I have purchased several watches from this location as well as a wedding band for my wife. I have sent watches off to be restored and had my wifes engagement ring reset and cleaned also. The staff at this location has always been helpful and each time I have gone to see Cynthia. Its the only jeweler in Montgomery that I use currently.

Fantastic experience here, Cynthia helped us with - not only same day repair the day before my 1 year wedding anniversary - but was so welcoming, we ended up buying a watch and bracelet to celebrate. Thank you all, I would highly recommend to anyone that lives in the area or is passing through.

This place is amazing! Great customer service and selection. My husband bought me a beautiful diamond engagement ring, I kept going back to size up the center stone, I wanted a 2 carat center stone which they didnt have. But Shelby Baker found what I wanted. Also, I had a blue diamond ring sized there, when a blue diamond fell out I took it back to Jareds. Shelby did all in her power to find a blue diamond to fix my ring, and had it sent to a different company who had blue diamonds to fix it. I experienced nothing but the best customer service at this store. And will definitely go back to this store if Im in the market for any type of jewelry. All the employees are so friendly and Shelby Baker is thee best hands down.

Every time I go to Jared’s whether it’s for a purchase, inspection or maintenance; the staff always rushes to serve me. I always receive a friendly greeting. I’m not a new customer and because of her expertise from the first time I entered the store; I insist on conducting business with Miss Baker. She understands the importance and symbolism jewelry means to people. I highly recommend Jareds and Miss Baker! I will return for future business.

So I decided to buy an engagement ring after speaking with Cynthia Hall, and she told me about a leasing payment plan that would be for 12 months. I dont make many large purchases ever, so this sounded like a great option for me, or so I thought. I later came back to get everything set up for this payment plan, and I was helped by another salesman. It was at the time of purchase that I found out that the interest would be more than double the cost of the ring, the quote I was originally given was $200 less than the actual price, I had a question soon after I left the business and I called them on the phone and was treated like a peasant. Why did I get my ring from Jareds? Because my soon-to-be wife means the world to me and with the warranty and convenience Ill know this ever so meaningful piece of jewelry will be taken care of for life. But never again will I go to this location unless it just happens to be the very last jewelry shop on planet Earth

100 stars! I went from the stress of trying to find real quality cheaper jewelers online waving around one year warranties. To a truly beautiful experience getting the most stunning ring I could find to propose to my man with and a lifetime warranty of quality and trust from the Jared Jewelry store and my man too 😆💝 . Store hours are misleading!!! I arrived around 6pm with an hour before closing and I was turned away so that staff could have an hour for clean up. I even asked for a few minutes to take a quick look to decide if I needed to comeback and it was still a no. Super disappointed, they definitely lost my business and I will not recommend them.

Poor customer service. Hours are clearly stated online that they are open until 7pm. I was turned away at 6:05pm today. Change the hours or clean after closing like other businesses do.

My mother brought me a bracelet from there and I took it back because it flips over in the class would open they discovered one of the diamonds was missing theyre going to replace it and they will repair it

Went to enter the store at 6 pm website said open to 7 pm! Was met by employee and told no entrance to shop after 6 due to cleaning??? Poor customer service and this store lost my business today and ever... we were asked to come back another day??? Wow in this economy you’ve lost a sale?!

While shopping for a valentine gift for my wife, I tried to buy it at another store close to Jared but they didnt have the item. When I asked about ordering it, the clerk told me that Pandoras wouldnt order the items for me and told me to get it off the Internet... Nice girl, but wasnt the best salesperson!I drove across to Jareds and they had what I was looking for, both items, and I was finished in 10 minutes! The sales rep at Jared was very nice and knowledgeable. She gave me a quick tour of the shop and said they clean and repair jewelry there in the store. Every visit to Jared is always professional and wonderful. Every 6months we have to have our wedding rings serviced and they always come out clean and looking just like the first day we purchased them and if we need touch ups in between they have no problem doing it for us. I would definitely recommend Jared to my friends and family for sure!!

We visited this Jared location just to look over the selection. We have been to the Jared in Knoxville and it was great so we hoped to find great things here as well. The store doesnt appear to be that big and I didnt find anything I particularly liked in their selection. However, service was polite and staff was available to answer questions if I had any. We will look again one day.

By far the absolute worst business to buy jewelry from. They sold damaged earrings as new & could not get a replacement in sufficient time. They claim they havent checked their shipments or dont know what happened to my earrings. I wouldnt suggest anyone to do business here!!!

I was trying to find the right engagement ring for my soon-to-be fiancé. Holly and Craig worked diligently to help me pick out the perfect ring. When I went to do a lease on the ring, there was some kind of discrepancy with the leasing company and said engagement ring. Andrew and the associates of Jared - Galleria of Jewelry worked hard for two hours to resolve this issue for me. I couldn’t have asked for better service. Good job team, you guys killed it! Always a friendly face and helpful hand around. Doing business here is easy even on the rare occasion that a mistake is made, theyre quick to accept fault and fix it.

Was not impressed with service, my wife and I walked inside not dressed up due to it being a Saturday. We felt like we were looked down own. My wife have a engagement ring from the jared in Birmingham that was over 30k. We werected looking for something for our daughter and just decided to leave. Pro2wont go back to that location. Also when we walked out, there same sales associates were right outside the front door smoking. Not professional at all.

Customer service is very misleading and not honest. Extremely disappointed. Would not recommend purchasing any product from this location.

This was the worst experience I have ever experienced at a jewelry store. We walked in, not in our Sunday best, and received the ugliest looks. None of the workers were doing anything except standing around talking. But NOT ONE single worker asked to help us. We stood there looking at them, and asked for help for 5 minutes, but still NO ONE offered. PITIFUL. Do NOT go to this location. Save your money and spend it elsewhere.
