I love going to these guys I never go anywhere else. There the best especially Michael. He did these nails today and I love them so much. Christy is also amazing she has done my nails in the past and they are both just the best people. Very friendly and the shop is always clean. I would recommend them to everyone. ❤️❤️

Ive come here since 2012 for special occasions and they never disappoint. Plus their prices cant be beat! They are very accommodating to your style. Fingers are a fake nail shellac, toes are a shellac, and it came with a foot massage, scrub, soak and buff. I had a massaging chair plus free drink for $65.

Got myself and my daughters nails done and boy do we love them!! We can be a bit indecisive but they were very patient and even helped with offering ideas it was yet another great experience!❤ loveem!!! 10/10 definitely recommend!! If I could give more stars I would!

Went here today with my daughter and mother in law, we had a great experience! All 3 of us got pedicures and fills with shellac, everyone was warm and inviting and conversed with all 3 of us while they were doing our nails. They even recognized their repeat customers when they walked in the door and greeted them by name and knew exactly what they were for. We had a great experience and we will definitely be coming back soon.

The service was great! Waited a little long than usual due to other people ahead of me but once they got to me they only took no more than 35 min to get my nails done! I’m the end my nails turned out beautiful and just how I wanted them! For only $31100% my go to nail place !

They always give us beautiful ideas when we don’t know what we want, plus they always try to get our inspo picture as it is or sometimes they make it better. I had a fantastic experience with Glamour Nails & Spa. I brought my young sister there for her birthday and they went all out treating her like a princess, making her day extra special. She loved her nails! They were patient with her which was great because this was her first time getting a manicure and pedicure. They were very friendly and professional. They prices were very reasonable and the quality was fantastic! My sister is already asking to come back soon. I would recommend this place to everyone!

Michael did a great job on my nails! I was on for a simple polish change but the attention and quality put into even a simple service was amazing. I dont normally ask for designs but he was more than willing to go above and beyond. Will definitely be back.

Got my nails done here on Sunday, I needed a fill on my acrylic nails that had dip on them. Yes they were busy and I had no problem waiting, they had told me the wait time was 15 minutes. After waiting almost 45 minutes, they finally started on my nails. I had three different people work on my nails within the first 15 minutes. The used the buzzer, like most places, but they used the buzzer on my nails for a little over an hour. My nails were hot and hurting. Finally get to painting my nails, I thought they did a pretty good job with that. Until, at home 4 and 1/2 hours later the shellac started chipping. Called the next morning, they could not refund me (understandable), told me to come back in for them to fix it. I informed them I would not be back in town until Wednesday and asked if it would be alright for me to come in then. They declined and told me I would have to come in on Tuesday or before if I wanted it fixed. ONE DAY DIFFERENCE. I will go else where to get it fixed. I read through many reviews before coming here and expected much better. Cheap prices for a cheap job that doesnt last. I will NEVER go back here again.

Great experience for me. I dont get my nails done often, so I look for quality more than convenience. $22 for shellac nails is a reasonable price for me. Staff was very friendly and easy to communicate with. I was told itd be a 20 minute wait, and that was about how long I waited. The manicure itself was done quickly but well. I liked the hand/arm massage was after the nails were done and not before. The salon was super busy, but the manager did good with cycling everyone through so no one was skipped or waited too long.

The best customer service. I called slightly later in the evening for a last minute set and they welcomed me with no hesitation and stayed about half an hour after closing to finish my nails. I felt very comfortable and not rushed and at the end she sent me on my way with treats for my dog. ❤ My nails look perfect, I love the shape and will continue to go back!

They did a fairly decent job on my manicure; lasted a week before it started chipping. :) It was a nice colour, but they could have done a wee bit better on the cleanup.

My mother and I went here for our first time for me to get my nails done before my wedding. Hands down the greatest nail salon I’ve ever been too. I had a full set of acrylic nails done. Was very happy when I left. 5 days later they started lifting. After losing 4 I easily removed the rest. I have had acrylic nails for over 25 years and this only happened 1 other time. I called and explained what happened to the guy that did my service. I was very disappointed 😔 he was not even willing to try it again and give me a discount. Instead he said he was busy and hung up. I would not recommend this salon.

Wasn’t a very clean salon. The employees were complaining and talking about very negative topics. My shellac polish popped up in the corners after 5 days.

Love the job they did on my nails! I had glitter gel done, really pretty - like jewels on every fingertip. Very well shaped. I will definitely be back and will recommend this shop. I took cards to give out - people will be commenting on my nails and I will point them in the right direction.

3 stars for affordability, but you do get what you pay for. I got a pedicure and gel manicure on Sunday. My nails started chipping almost immediately. The polish on my thumb completely came off on Thursday. My pedicure is ok, but if it was offered I wouldve paid a little more for a more precise application. Pretty disappointing.

I have been coming here ever since BEFORE I have ever gotten my nails done, with my mom. They treated her amazingly and did an amazing job every time so when I started getting my nails done and waxed, I would come here and have been coming here myself for about 6 or so years. Never have I had a bad job done! They are so pleasent and nice, I dont go anywhere else. Love every single visit I have had here!

Michael is an artist. He created a unique design for my nails. He had huge selection of Shellac and design items like gems. Michael is able to create any design you can think of. The best part is that he speaks perfect English which makes explaining exactly what you want done so much easier. A shout out to Michael, Melissa, Christie & my new salon! I have been to a lot of salons, but Glamour Nails is the best around.

Ive been here a few times, thought they did an outstanding job the last 2 times I was there, i got my nails done for my engagement photos there. But this time they didnt meet my expectations at all. I made an appointment for 12:15, got there early, and wasnt sat down at a station until 12:50, which totally fine I understand youre helping over people Ill wait, but i sat there for almost an hour. I wasnt helped until around 1:15, once again i totally understand you have other people there. The reason I am giving them a one star is because the individual who was doing my acrylic fill cut my fingers, my nails arent the same length (AT ALL, all the nails on one of my hands are a good 3-4cms longer than the nails on my other hand), got nail polish all over my fingers, got upset when I simply asked for a 3rd coat of paint on my nails, and when I got a scuff on my nail it was the end of the world. The worker yelled at my saying it was all my fault and that I was the one to blame borderline crying all I could say was accidents happen (were human).. which turned into more yelling. I would not recommend going here, especially after today. I understand being busy, having to push appointments back, and getting irritated because life happens, but how they handled the situation and blaming the customer for a simple mistake is not okay.

I take my daughter and 2 elderly grandparents in once as month to get all our toes done. They are really super nice and do a great job for a very reasonable charge. They are very gentle and helpful with the elders who are in thier 90s. i would recommend them to anyone.

I have gone to get my nails done for 14 years. I have never had an issue with the quality of my nails, as well as I like everyone that works there. From the moment I walk in to the moment I walk out, Im satisfied with my service. From the time Ive been here, Ive seen and heard some customers walking in complaining and wanting discounts on their nails or even sometimes their money back. Theyd come in wearing nice clothes, but they want their money back on something small. All they want is a free service on their nails. They spend all of their money on nice things, but want their money back on their nail services. All the money spent on other things for what...?

I have been a long time customer and have enjoyed the many services they provide at very low prices. They offer many choices of nail polish colors and shellac. I never have problems with my nails and I always get complemented on how nice they look.

Horrible experience here. Paid for shellac and extra for unicorn. Finish product was uneven and started peeling within two days. Went to get repainted and woman owner was very rude. She started swearing and bring vulgar in front of my 12 year old daughter. She then forced her husband to stop repairing my nails by grabbing the brush out of his hand and forced me to leave the shop without finishing. I did call the police but they informed me getting any refund or repair was a civil issued. Never go here

Oh my goodness--- first time coming here a(ll the other places I normally go to in town are closed on Sundays.) I LOVED them! Great energy and very kind. I also mentioned some concern about my nails being cut as I have been cut at other places accidentally...Michael was so careful and really took his time on my pedi. I am only sad that I didnt know about this place before! Ill be back!!! :)

Excellent location. Very personal. This is my 5th time visiting. I highly recommend this location. Owner operated. I swear they like my service animals more than me. Jk. If I dont bring one of mommas babies with me, I swear they wont recognize me....:) my advice is always go to this location, you will regret it otherwise. The customer service is like no other. The lady was great but Her husband did my nails once. I will never go back. He cut me 5 times. The first 4 I just thought it was very uncomfortable and he was just getting to close. The 5th he cut me bad. I jumped and looked at my hand. Four fingers started bleeding the fifth was so bad it didn’t stop bleeding for 45 minutes. He charged me $5 for 5 cuts.

I went into get my nails done and the guy did them they looked half way decent until I got home and really started looking at them. They had dips and bumps all over them the polish was messed up on a few fingers. They were suppose to be cat eye and you can even see them eye on my nails. They also had hunks oh acrylic underneath my nails that things kept catching on. I called the owner and she very rudely told me that there would be no refunds and she was not going to fix them either and then told me if I didn’t like I could go somewhere else. Well that’s exactly what I’m going to do because this place really did my nails horribly and wouldn’t even correct their mistakes. I feel that is done horrible customer service. I would not recommend this place for my dogs let alone another human. I would of been ok had she offered to re do them for me but she said she would not. If your smart and your a new customer then GO SOMEWHERE ELSE SO YOU DONT GET RIPPED OFF LIKE I DID. That was a complete waste of $35.00. I am very disappointed in Glamour nails and I will tell everyone I know not to go there. Since my experience was the absolute worst I have ever had in any nail salon.One vet unhappy customer 😡😡😡😡😡

I have nothing but amazing things to say about Christy and her staff at Glamour Nails. Ive tried every other nail place in Monroe and they dont even come close to the customer service and quality experience I get here. I walk in and they immediately know what I need. Theyre honest about the wait times if there is any and their pedicure chairs are pure luxury. Sometimes I ask to keep sitting there long after Im done. Come visit them! You wont be disappointed

Have been sitting in front of the salon going on 20 minutes. They were supposed to open at 9:30, and it is 9:45. Still no sign of them. I just moved back into town and this was the one place I used to enjoy getting my nails done at but this is making me rethink my choice in salons

I walked in and asked to get a fill and the owner sent me over to a gentleman. I said I prefer that women to do my nails and she told me to go back to my old salon. I told her she was very rude. I didn’t have a bad attitude, i’m sure he’s a very nice man, but I simply choose to have women do my nails and u didn’t like that. I didn’t threaten you with a bad review because you wouldn’t do my nails. I told you as I was leaving that I was going to let people know how rude you were to me, in a review, for saying “ go back to your old salon”. You didn’t care enough to ask why and you didn’t allow a moment to explain my preference. Instead you instantly got mad and were instantly RUDE!

I love this place!!!! I was in a so so mood and ready for panic attack. I even sat in parking lot for 20 min with my pup before going in. They where wonderful!!! The atmosphere is outstanding!My dog was greated with treats and I waited a very short time to get nails done.MY nails came out PERFECT!!! If your into some laughs and a REAL time, go here. Ive been coming to this nail place for about ten years and Ive never had a bad experience. All the staff are super friendly and really nice. Theyre always game to try to do fun new designs that I come up with and are a really good price. I do waxes and get manis and pedis, they always do really well!:)

The place had nails dust from the Dremal took everywhere. Looked like it had never been clean. My nail tech was on her phone the entire time while doing my nails. My nails were crooked and my polish is so uneven. I will never be going here again. if she was paying even a little attention she would have seen what a horrible nail job it was.

They all do a great job and its allies fun place to go. I usually come in with a pintrest design and they do it willingly.
