Nancy always does an amazing job on my nails!

VERY RUDE! I was going here on a REGULAR! I would bring the Whole family sometimes! I can’t tell u how many ppl i sent here! I WILL NEVER EVER GO HERE AGAIN!! I came in with my 2 minor kids (as usual) and THIS TIME, it was a lady and her friend and another lady whom was by herself ( all 3 of those ladies are white) MS.TAMMY walked over and asked what services we would need and i told her, SHE THEN ASKED MY MINOR KIDS IF THEY COULD SIT N THE CAR BC IF PPL SAW THEM N THERE THEY WOULDNT WANT TO COME IN!! MIND YOU MYSELF AND MY KIDS WAS THE ONLY PPL OF COLOR SITTING IN THE WAITING AREA!! I told her they are minors and NO they can’t sit n the car by themselves!! IT WAS OVER 80 DEGREES OUTSIDE!!!!! SHE PROCESSEDED TO TELL ME I COULD LEAVE WITH THEM! I WAS BLOWN AWAY! I NEVERRRRR IN ALL MY YEARS HAVE I BEEN TREATED SO RUDELY FROM PPL WHOM I SPENT SOOOOO MUCH MONEY WITH!!! I HOPE THIS PLACE GETS SHUT DOWN!!!!!!!

I’ve been coming to this nail salon for 15 years. They are friendly, clean and they do a wonderful job. I see Nancy and she does a wonderful job with my SNS nails and pedicure. I won’t go anywhere else.

I had made a pedicure appointment two weeks ahead of time for myself and as a birthday present to my daughter. There was nobody greeting the customers but the lady in charge giving a manicure pointed out two chairs for us. Then we waited and waited. The appointment was at eleven which I had even double checked earlier. Instead of soaking our feet at least while waiting, no water, nobody came over in over half an hour. I went to the same rude lady that I had spoken earlier asking why we were still waiting and how much longer did she think we needed to wait. As rude as she was again giving a manicure to a client snapped that someone will be with you. That was it. I was ready to walk out but this being part of my daughter’s birthday celebration we ended up staying.I have my pedicure once a month in Charlotte but this was my daughter’s first in two years. This place reminded me of a assembly line in a factory where all customers are squeezed close together, nothing personal, in and out as fast as possible. I paid extra to have a special pedicure for my daughter. There was absolutely nothing more special about that than hers had bubbles in the water when we finally after over a half an hour wait were able to soak our feet in.A total disappointment. Never again. The worst experience I have had since I started having pedicures. Two stars is one too many, but I felt bad for the young girl needing to work at a place like that and she tried her best.

This place is beautiful with very reasonable prices! The first time I went there, I was absolutely astounded by how beautiful this place was. It was clean and very organized. We didn’t have a long wait time and got seated very quickly. The only thing that sort of bothered me was that my nail tech at some points did seem to me that she was getting annoyed at me but maybe that’s just me! My nails look better than they ever have and I will be coming back!

The employees at Lee Spa Nails were wonderful! While being busy, they were able to quickly accommodate 6, 3 of which were children. The technicians were so friendly and great with the kids. It made the experience even better! Will definitely go back for future services.

I was visiting my mom and sister and they suggested we take my three girls to get pedicures. They are 4, 6, and 9. They were SO good with my little ones! They all left having a pleasant time and with nails they loved. They even fixed their paint when the inevitably messed one up before they were dry. They were so wonderful I had to get on and give them a review.

Nancy always does a great job on my nails and eyebrows! I wont go to anyone else.

ALSO THEY SAY WHAT I PICK OUT AS FAR AS COLOR AND DESIGN THAT IT WILL NOT LOOK GOOD BECAUSE MY NAILS ARE TOO SHORT. I WANT TO SAY THIS, I AM A SINGLE MOTHER I DO NOT HAVE THE BUDGET TO COME AS MUCH AS I LIKE TO OR MAYBE NEED TO. I REALLY LOOK FORWARD TO GOING ITS ME TIME BUT I ALWAYS LEAVE FEELING EMBARRASSED AND I SHOULD NOT FEEL THAT WAY AFTER SPENDING MY ALONE TIME THERE AND MY HARD EARNED MONEY!

Very clean, professional, and I only go here to get my nails, feet, and wax done. Tiffany is my go to girl, shes amazing😀

Was seated and never got my pedicure. Me and my friend (Mexican and African American) waited around 20 min. They didn’t care to take care of us at all, the water was never turned on while we waited and they didn’t even let us pick out a color. It seemed like they were avoiding us on purpose. Once we decided to walk out they didn’t care to tell us to wait or anything. Everyone who was in there seemed to be taken care of fine (Caucasian) I would not recommend.

Had a terrible nail experience somewhere else. They fixed my nails, they took their time, they were super clean and super nice. 10/10 recommend. Will definitely be back!

I really like this Spa. I have been going there for years. Ive missed the last year due to the pandemic and visited for the first time yesterday. It wasnt crowded and everyone wore mask. My technician was professional and quick. I didnt give a 5 because the prices have increased alot in the past year obviously. 😐

I’ve been here several times before for gel polish and they’ve always done a good job. Today I wanted to try the SNS powder for my upcoming wedding, and even though I waited for about 30 minutes, the lady there did a very good job, good enough where I will be doing my nails here for my wedding 😊

I am very disappointed. i went maybe 4 days ago and i was so over it, i get making a mistake but making many and not saying sorry is not okay. at one point the lady raised her voice and told me i was not putting my hand right ( under where it dries your nails ) when i was, i know how i’m supposed to put my hand and she would get mad at me when the clear colorwas coming off with my other color and i’m assuming she thought it was because i was not doingthe right thing which i was, i was so frustrated i just wanted to tellher “ stop it’s fine “ mistake after mistake she kept on being rude.

For me to come there for the first time I was not pleased with my services there. Tim did my nails an they were horrible. If I go back he WILL NOT DO MY NAILS!!!!!

My first time going and I will never be back. I went in for a fill-in, and was told that I needed a new set (no problem). The lady then proceed to cut my nails off. The problem is that I had an acrylic overlay and not tips added; so she was cutting my nails. When I told her to stop and that I didnt want my nails cut she argued that she wasnt cutting my nail, she was cutting off the tips. Then when she realized that she was wrong she told me she had to do the rest to make my nails even and she could add tips on but she would still charge me for them. Pictured below is how I had to leave because I refused to let her mess up my nails any further. (and note my real nails were all the same length as my thumb nail)

The first time I went I got a manicure and I told her to lightly file down for my gel manicure. Well I ended up having nubs with gel and it was not cute. The next time I went with my fiancé to give them a second chance. We both got pedicures. Mind you, they were literally almost 50 bucks each. His pedicure lasted 15 min. We won’t be going back.

The only salon that I have been to that doesnt make my nails look crooked on my fingers. Fantastic people that actually talk to you.

This place was horrible. The nail tech was not very friendly. She didn’t even bother to touch my cuticles. Got a full set and none of them are even and doesn’t look pleasant on the eye. Even pass all of this I still have tip and didn’t even say thank you.

I have been coming here since I moved here over a year ago. They are usually great. Twice I have made an appointment and both times several walk ins come before me. Today I had to change from a full set to a manicure due to time crunch. My appointment was for 11 at 11:25 someone started. Two walkins came in at the same time and were taken care of right away. I said three times I had an appointment. On top of that my manicure was awful. It looks like a kid did it. I won’t be back.

I went in trying to get marble nails but they don’t do that kind of work, but at the end I was happy that Tim was able to do a full set with color acrylic.. I will definently be back.

I went in on Saturday for a fill-in and my polish started peeling the same day. I’m so disappointed as this is the first time something has ever been unsatisfactory. I have a chunk of polish missing on more than one nail and I have polish peeling off on others all on the same hand. I’m highly upset.

I came in as a new customer very upset with the nails I got done at a different salon.. right away i was greeted and welcomed ! My nails look and feel so much better!! I will definitely be coming back and sharing my experience with others:)

Very delighted with my experience. My manicure looks great. This is an extremely welcoming and personable salon suite. I decided to come here after reading the reviews and based on location. Lee Spa Nails lived up to its expectations. Tim was wonderful and patient. He really took his time on my cuticles and was very prompt from the moment I walked-in.

Amazing amazing service!! Best shellac manicure I have ever gotten and best of all, if one happens to chip, they will fix it for you. I typically see she is amazing! She takes her time and makes sure every manicure is perfect. I have seen several other technicians when was available and they were all really great. The lady was rude, rushing me because she said she was ready to go home, and it WASNT Even CLOSING TIME! She rushed me to pick out a color for my nails, rushed to get them painted, and did a terrible job if you ask me! I have a few nails that are crooked and I think they should make it right and fix them for no charge! It’s ridiculous to pay so much for a service, and don’t even get close to what you pay for!

I went to lee spa nails on July 31st, yesterday, and my gel nails are peeling already! I wouldn’t even give them a star. They use to be good, but you never get your moneys worth. They glide through your cuticles. I still have my ingrown. The best technician is Ally. She really takes her time and make sure your satisfied. I wouldn’t recommend anybody else to this place if the owner, owners wife or Ally doesn’t do your nails. I’m utterly disgusted and omw out of town. That’s what hurts the most.

They do a great job with cleanliness and take their time. My toes look amazing thank you!

I’ve been to Lee Spa a few times and my experience was fine. The last time I went, the man who serviced me was rude, told me the color I chose for my nails wasn’t going to look good and that my nails would be broken in a week. He rushed his work and had bad customer service. The color I chose looks fine and my nails did not break! I will not being returning.

I went in to get my nails done today and they look terrible. These are the worst nails I’ve ever gotten. im extremely disappointing and they’ve honestly ruined my day.

As good as it gets for sure! They had a great assortment of everything I wanted: colors (gel and regular) and drinks. I had some time before a happy hour and decided to come into Monroe early. I was greeted right when I came in and their massage chairs are some of the best I have been on. Will 100% return.

A Caucasian lady paid for her nails after her nails were fully completed. Jenny made an African American (me) pay for mine before the color was even placed. I complimented her work. Jenny didn’t even say “thank you”. She said “okay”. I even gave her a tip. She still didn’t say “thank you.” Then once fully dried, I noticed my nails were sloppily done. I politely asked for my tip back because of the bad quality, not even because of the racist service. They were unable to do that. They will never get another penny from me. Jenny, please be considerate that people of color pay your bills. Even if you don’t like us, fake it for the sake of putting food on your, and your family’s, plate.

Im not sure why, but my experience wasnt pleasant at all. The nail tech I had was not friendly and when I asked her about a Jelly Pedicure, she simply said that it was a deluxe pedicure, as if I didnt know that. Im new to the area and and as a server I try to get the works but from jump the vibe wasnt pleasant. I still tipped her for her services but I will never return.

If you guys read my review just know I’m the girl with the ring you guys always question if I’m married or not, I use to enjoy going to y’all but last night the chic that did my nails was the rudest I gave her a $3 tip I wasn’t even gonna give her a tip she didn’t deserve it but out of kindness I did it, she slapped my hands instead of using a brush she didn’t use the color I wanted she made me pick another she wouldn’t even pick a conversation at that point I tried to make her laugh but she was acting dull I was about to get up and leave she was the rudest and I had my slightest patience with her not to mention my nails don’t even look that nice since she rushed like I get it y’all were closing but it’s not my fault it was so packed I could’ve reacted like I was thinking about in my mind but nah my mom taught me well, I’m never going back now! I’ve never been so disappointed

Don’t let the looks deceive you... it looks nice but the staff is very unfriendly. I was charged $41 for a polish change. Yup. POLISH CHANGE. Never again.

My experience was horrible. I was moved from place to place just to get my nails done. The customer service was horrible...but for some people that of a lighter hue where treated great. I work in customer service...and this was horrible. The last lady that I was with was wonderful. I will never go back to this place...such a disappointment. I spent over 100.00 there to treat myself after a bad week. Still on a search for a great salon.

Lee’s Spa Nail is conveniently located close to where I currently live so it is easy for me to visit on the weekends in here for a manicure and pedicure. Honestly, it is a short walk to Lee’s Spa Nail from my apartment. Last week, I got a manicure here, looking for a creamy white gel color on my nails. Indeed, it lasted for two week without even a smudge, and the manicurist I saw actually mixed colors together to give the exact gel nail color I was envisioning. In addition, the results are impeccable. For this reason, I was glad. Lee’s Spa Nail has excellent service, staffs and very worth the money. Overall, I could not be more pleased with my new neighborhood nail salon. I will come back this salon more and more!

After coming to Lee Spa Nails for years, I came in today because I was back in town. I bypassed other salons because I LIKED their service and work, BUT TODAY, I will never return. I was barely greeted and told to pick a color for my pedicure. I chose a color thinking someone had starting my pedicure tub, NOPE. No one had lifted a finger or butt cheek to assist me. I asked several times which chair to sit in, no response. So I asked another technician, they told me to choose any chair, none of which had water ran. I said theres no water any of them. I was then told to just pick a chair. I chose a chair only to have to sit waterless for 10 minutes. I wasnt offered a beverage or anything. A lady came in after me and was greeted warmly and offered a beverage even after she accidentally dropped and broke a polish. The customer service has truly gone downhill. I will never come back because the vibe was TERRIBLE.

I love this place. Best service hands down. I live in Lancaster and work in Fort Mill. Have tried almost every salon in Lancaster, Fort Mill and Rock Hill and none compare. I will bypass all those and drive to Monroe every time. Cathy is awesome and my pick but the others are also good.

I went in to get acrylics off and the lady cuts them down then proceeds to RIP one off without soaking them until I had to ask to soak. I then asked for polish but grabbed a really light color that ended up being clear. When I asked if I could grab another color she escorts me over to the polish and pulled one out of a childs hand to ask me if I liked the color. Definitely a rude and unprofessional experience for me.

I have been going here for years. But NOT ANY MORE! Also I always get a design on my ring fingers/toes they got where they can NEVER do it right. If I pay 50-60$ every 2 weeks I expect it to look good. I will not be back. I would not recommend anyone to go here. They seem to rush through to get to the next person.

My daughter treated me to a spa day well neither my manicure nor pedicure were satisfactory. The skin around my toe nails were peeling like it was an incomplete job. I have ingrown toe nails. Hang nails on my fingernails and my cuticles look like they were cut. Never going back. Im sure they dont mind because the 2 ladies that helped us did not even want to. This was not a good experience.

I go to Tim and he is awesome. Ive made three appointments and all three have been honored for the time I booked. I try to go around off peak hours which may help with that. My manicures always last for 3+ weeks.

Wow, i called to get a price on a service and to schedule an appointment and the lady that answered did not have any time or patience to answer my quesiton. I promise you it was one question and because I could not understand her she said when you come in u can see the prices for yourself. I am sorry but i have many many years of customer service and that is NOT AT ALL the way you treat potential customers. NOT only that but the lady hung up on me after i told her that the purpose of my call is to get the price upfront before driving out to her. i will NEVER step foot into this place. you need us as customers, we dont need you because there are plenty of places out there that offer better services and better customer service with friendly staff.

First off I will say they did a great job on my pedicure...thats the only reason Im even giving them more than 1 star. It was a very unwelcoming environment. My husband and I went together. The lady kept making fun of my husbands feet and talking loudly about how shed be working on them all night. She made sure to tell everyone about them and had half the salon staring. I felt so bad that my husband had to deal with that. The ladies doing our feet clearly were talking about us the whole time-they made it very obvious. It was just a very uncomfortable situation and I wouldnt wish that experience on anyone. Not relaxing at all. Its a shame because they really do a great job but we wont be returning due to unprofessional/rude staff.

If I could rate it zero stars I would. This place is horrible. First this lady thinned my nails out way too much and then proceeds to cut me with the cuticle remover and not even apologize. The manicure and polish job was horrible. One of my nails broke in half the next day and I went to get a refund and they refused it and told me the only thing that they could do was cut my nails. No thank you. I can do that myself and who knows maybe you’ll cut one of my fingers off next.

I keep coming here hoping they are going to get better. That is the definition of insanity. Every time I come it gets worse. They are worried about turning numbers and have lacked in customer service. This will definitely be my last visit.

I began going to Lee Nails about 3 years ago. They were friendly, fun and personable. I liked them so much that I booked my Wedding party with them. I enjoyed having my nails done by Ken, who is no longer there. He spoke good English and was very creative. I am not sure what has happened over the last few months but everyone acts stressed out and bothered by customers. They have stopped interacting in English and whisper about each other while making fun of customers. Very uncomfortable atmosphere and no longer seem to care about keeping customers. Lost this one after 1 too many unpleasant experiences.

I wish I had listened to the negative reviews of this establishment and I wouldnt be so disappointed. They talked badly about the other customers, yes, news flash I know, but, some Americans speak multiple languages. I would like to comment on someone elses review about someone having a lighter Hue possibly having a better experience, but this was not the case for me. I dont believe it has anything to do with color, I think they just give all around poor service!Let me translate into words for you what they mean when they say the wait will only be 10 or 15 minutes:They are putting you in a chair to keep you there and to make you feel obligated to stay, but you will not receive service until after the hour to hour and a half mark!I have been here on 3 separate occasions now and each time they said there was a 10-15 minute wait. After sitting me in a chair to do what I felt was to prevent me from leaving, no one came to check on me and when I was at the pedicure station no one so much as put water in the Basin so that I could at least sit down & relax for the duration of said wait. They did take the time to clean the other foot tubs so they were able to bring more women in and hold them there!I left after an hour and 43 minutes on one occasion as this was a Sunday, and unfortunately, they are the only nail salon open in the area.Lesson learned! I Will NOT be back again!

First off. I love lee spa nails. i was accommodated when I had to bring my 1 year old in his stroller and my 8 year old sister. My nails look fantastic but the tech who did my nails seemed like she was going too fast and she nicked my finger with the hand file. kind of painful but no biggie. but she also kept mumbling under her breath and i felt like she was irritated for some reason. next time i go back Ill be requesting tim as hes the one that usually does my nails and he always does aA++ job.

The only place I take my mother to get our nails done! Best pedicures in town.

Everything was great here! My acrylic nails was nicely done and their customer service is outstanding! Not only they made me feel very comfortable and relaxed! Tons of colors to choose from!

I wish I had the stellar experience that other reviewers are describing. I sat for over 30 minutes waiting to be serviced. To appease me about 15 minutes after Id sat down I was told to move to a station, at which point I sat for an additional 20-30 minutes. Had I had other options I certainly would have exercised them, unfortunately Monroe leaves a lot to be desired as far as choice of nail salons and I needed them done quickly (so much for that). So I sat and sat and sat. Fortunately, I dont get my nails professionally done often, but Ill likely look elsewhere the next time I need a manicure/pedicure.

My best friend is injured and they have made every effort to pamper with a pedicure despite of her crutches!

I tried this place last minute in the area for my birthday. Was uncertain about a new place and Tammy was nothing short of amazing! So much that Lee Spa Nails is my new go to. Ask for Tammy shes the best!

My sister and I walked in at 7:30 on a Wednesday expecting to be turned away because it was so late. This was not the case! We walked in, they asked us what we were wanting and they hopped right to it! The deluxe pedicure was really nice and they did a great job and were really friendly! We will return!

Tim is my favorite! He has done my nails for over 17 years and never disappoints! Highly recommend Lee Spa

Very nice place, saw a bug in the bathroom so thats why Im giving four stars. I was also offered a drink. Nancy is amazing, she really massages your hands and knuckles to the point where you hear them crack! Shes also very fast, I got there at like 10:40 and was home by noon even after finishing and going to Target. I dont see any of the gel polish messed up on my nails, just that some got on my finger but I can wait a day or two and it comes off. The regular polish on my toes didnt smudge. Its not like a luxury place, but if youre looking for cheaper prices this is the place to go. Side note, stop complaining about them talking about you. Were all adults here, and they can talk about whoever whenever. If you have a problem with it, confront that technician!

I am totally impressed, its clean, staff is nice, but just curious why, people of color have to pay before polish, and i notice everyone else paying at end, maybe you got burned before, and Im sorry for that, but its very obvious and not fair, also the staff changes climate if tip isnt large enough, people do what they can, at least I hope they do, maybe if they didnt ask for payment up front they would get a bigger tip, just curious!

The staff were rude. the complete exp,was the worse.. I have ever had. They cut my toe, laughed . Told my friend to lift her leg, then talked among each other and said she had Fat legs..they didnt know we understood them.. They staff DOES NOT, I REPEAT.... DIES NOT ..UNDERSTAND ENGLISH !! OK THEN, as my toes were drying, I asked if they had hand sanitizer, once again they didnt understand, So I pointed to the bottle on the check out.. They told me to get up and get it.. So, I would never return.. The pedicure was $35. They were done in 20 min. The stone massage was 1 MIN. No rubbing.. JUST TERRIBLE

Tim at seat 13 is the ONLY person I will go to to get my nails done - the only person worth a damn in all of Monroe ! He always gives me the cleanest, sleekest nails and will fix anything just to make sure I’m happy with them ! 5 stars - highly recommend Tim !!

My wife went there today, only to be, completely, ignored. Very rude. Because of this ALL of the ladies in my family now refuse to go there. Thats a loss of, at least, 6000$ a year. Enjoy the lost revenue and poor rating.

Ive been coming here for about 7-8 months and couldnt be happier! They always greet you with a friendly smile, make sure you are happy and comfortable! Never pushy! When I started coming my feet were horrible and I have a thumb nail that doesnt grow properly. They offered to put acrylic over it. I use my hands a lot with my job. For the first time, I can show off my hands rather than try to hide them all the time and wear sandals with confidence. Thank you!

I have enjoyed coming to Lee Spa Nails to have my pedicures for several years but the last 2 times they cut me and caused me to bleed. (Cut my nail so short I cant where a shoe without pain) When I flinched the technician called me a baby and acted like I was being ridiculous. I went back after the first incident because I thought it was just a mistake but now that it happened again at the very next visit I wont be going back. They really just dont seem to care at all so I will spend my money somewhere else.
