If you are looking to get the job done and done great for gel manicure and pedicure come here. If you are looking for a spa experience do not come here. They are quick, great, and straight to the point. My nails look great!

Terrible technique, nail polish bottles were guncked up with so much dried/wet nail polish, pedicure chair was clearly not clean. They were rushed through everything, even though it was not busy. Every employee had an attitude. Just dont do it, even if you think oh maybe this person over exaggerated its not worth the waste of time and money!!The only reason I went was because a friend wanted to go and didnt want to drive to WM to my go to place. If you want a awesome nail salon try Super Nails in WM off cypress st, next to Bells ole south diner!!!

Rushed me the entire time and it was the worst pedicure I’ve ever had. My nails look terrible and uneven. Never going back.

Took a bit longer because they were packed, but great job. Sweetest people!

The employees were rude and not friendly at all. She didn’t ask if I wanted my nails clipped, and when I asked her to she acted like I was an inconvenience. She was working on me and another woman at the same time which was aggravating for the both of us. I observed other customers receiving bad customer service, as well. They speed through the job and it reflects on the final product. I will not be returning, I was very dissatisfied.

Waiting 30-45 minutes for the lady to RUSH through my $45 pedicure. She also got mad at me because she caked on gel and it would harden saying I didn’t have my toes pointed a certain direct. Will NEVER go there again. Waste of money and time.

Loved the fact that it was empty and QUIET!!! Nobody talking LOUD on their phones as if their the only ones there!

I love this place! I started getting gel nails and pedicures from here in 2016 and it’s by far my favorite place to go. I have gotten pedicures in Ruston, West Monroe, and even in Mississippi and I was disappointed that I paid money at other places when the quality and service I get here is so much better!

This is your place if you want fast and crappy service! I saw the bad reviews but wanted to give it a try anyways....big mistake. I ended up paying for a $15 manicure that left my cuticles bleeding because the guy was rough and rushed through the whole process; there was even blood trickling down the fresh polish. My nail edges were not shaped smooth or even close the shape i asked for it to be in. If you end up coming here anyways, please do yourself a favor and request for one of the females instead (they were much nicer and my mom says they do a good job but as for me, im never coming back).

Love it!!! Im here with my daughter faithfully every 2 weeks. They keep my nails healthy and makes my 7 year old feel pampered.

Do not waste your money! My pedicure was finished in about 10 minutes. I put my feet in some hot water, my tech put some lotion on my feet, and then painted my toenails, and thats all that took place. There was no scrubbing nor massaging. Very disappointed

Fast, friendly and good service. Ive found that it helps to call ahead. They sometimes get booked during peak times and weekends. Clean environment!!!

Went in for a pedicure and waited 40 minutes before receiving service with my feet in the water. Long story short, withered ties and cold water.

Absolutely WORST freaking customer service ever. Supposed to been got a design on toe nails.. well lets just say nobody even realized I had sought there for 30 minute while only 2 other women are in here. NEVER AGAIN! I REPEAT SPEND YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY SOME WHERE ELSE!!!

Worst manicure ever!I wish that I could give them less than 1 star. They left 5 nails jagged and dirt under my nails.I could not believe it! I did not want to wait longer for them to fix my nails. A 5 year old could do a better job. They should have taken the mani part off of the bill, but I actually paid for it. Wont be back!

I ABSOLUTELY GREE with the HORRIBLE service! I will not waste my money here again. Pedicure was like 10 minutes. Feet were put in warm water, scraped for like a minute & left dead skin. I didn’t receive the shape & trim of my toenails like I asked. The polish job was horrible, I asked to fix my polish on certain toes numerous times to point where I just got frustrated because it didn’t get any better. I should have read the reviews first! Customer service like this is super annoying!!!!

Absolutely the worst customer service I have ever experienced. And consistently, over a period of a year going back with my mom and sister to possibly give it another try, still the same. If you go here, get ready to receive impersonal service where they push your hands/feet around because you arent moving faste enough for them. And please dont realize you dont like your color choice. You will experience a full on nasty attitude. Have experienced these things from multiple workers here, not just one. Will never go back if in some strange way my life depended on it.

Less than a star. Worst manicure ever. It lasted maybe 2 minutes literally. Did not soak fingers. He dipped them in plain water. He was rough and not friendly. Then lady painted nails, again not friendly. I put them under light for her recommended amount of time and they were not dry. 2 nails were smudged and I asked her to do them over. She said I messed them up. I dried them again and when I got ready to go another nail was messed up. I just paid and left. By the time I got home, every nail was smudged and nasty. Money wasted for sure.
