Had the hot wax gel polish pedicure. A must have this will have your feet 🦶🏼so soothing and relaxed ‼️

I was skeptical when I first walked in, gave me very much prison vibes. When my nails were started nothing came out of autoclave bags or were sterilized. The cleanliness is what really bothers me. I paid $100 for a pedicure and an sns set and I couldn’t even get clean instruments? Nothing was explained it was just grabbing my limbs and moving them around without communicating. You are dealing with peoples blood do better and learn cross contamination. I will say the men that worked there were friendly but that doesn’t change the fact it was unhygienic

The last 2 times the charges were extreme. Went Saturday had only a fill in, regular polish and eyebrow wax. I have never paid $25 for a fill in. Not to mention the were very rushed, unprofessional. Im more than sure I w a s over charged but its fine. That will be the last dollar they get from me.

Way too rough when filing nails. They asked me 3 times if I wanted my eyebrows and feet done and I repeatedly said no. I wont go back. Charged me $52 for a full set. $28 for a full set, $16 for a little design on 2 fingers and & $8 Im assuming for glitter.

My nails were rushed! They also take the gel polish off ur toes after your pedicure and defeted the point of the pedicure!!! I know they were talking about me the whole time I was there it was the worse experience I have had in a while

I guess I am lucky because most of my reviews seem to be favorable! This will be another - felt really pampered and my nails look beautiful. After a couple of years of neglect on my part I set them with quite a task! Everyone was friendly and nice. A positive experience.

First of all I had been visiting for years even start taking my dear deceased mother before she passed away. They are to moody the owner sneakily talks about you and thinks that you don’t know it alone with his wife if they liked you it showed if they didn’t you knew it. Money is Money.I could feel when I entered that it was something about me they didn’t like for what reason I will never know. I didn’t talk much, smiled and was nice🤷🏽‍♀️ John did my nails and he had begun to act the same way. I would notice that they would tell everyone else thank you have a nice day when leaving, but when I was done no one said anything !!! So one day was my last day I will not be made fun of or mistreated and pay out my money. They are nasty just as someone stated but especially moody, there are to many other nail shops in Mobile to go somewhere and they act as if you’re not wanted there. God only knows why? I refuse to pay my money just as everyone else and receive bad treatment. I could say more of the obvious🤔 they favor the most and it showed. I want go there because it would be (racial) but they don’t have to frown or look sad anymore when I enter because I want be returning EVER!!!! Don’t do nail that good anyway!! Don’t know why I tolerated it as long as I did. Terrible experience!!!!!

Wonderful experience!!!Savvy does an excellent pedicure. Kim was very helpful with my eyebrows. I am sensitive to wax so she plucked them for me. The staff is very friendly. The salon is very clean and not full of fumes. I would highly recommend this salon to anyone.

I waited 2hrs and 30 min for basic nails. I assumed it would be a long wait because Mother’s Day is coming up but god. They started working on my nails 5 min in but that was only so I couldn’t leave. The first hour two people worked on me . The first one was very sweet she she took my color off the next one was rude. She threw my hands back and forth like they were mannequin hands. Then walked away I waited for 30 minutes after that then the first one came back to shape my nails she was in such a rush she used the automatic shaver ??? If this is a new technique I’ve never seen it before and I’ve been getting my nails done for 16 years. The outcome was ridiculous everything was uneven. I waited again then the rude one came back and put powder acrylic on it took forever before she finished the last two she switched with a guy who proceeded to start all over again he just piled more and more on. Then he told me to put my hand under the light bulb my thumb got really really hot and started to burn really bad. That was a dumb idea he then started to shave my nails down for the next hour very roughly. I can’t blame him for taking a long time he had to fix what the other two messed up. After all of that the torture was finally over I went to pay and they charged me for a full set gel nails and eyebrow arch . The lady also had the nerve to charge me for long nails. I got the most basic nails I work with my hands I cannot have long nails . I could have walked out of this establishment and never came back no problem but the audacity to charge me 15 dollars for long nails after making me wait 2 hrs and 45 min this place is sad. The only reason I’m giving it two stars is because the girl who did my eyebrows did a really good job and she was nice. I wouldn’t recommend getting anything else.

The absolute worst nail shop I have been to so far in mobile,al. I went in today for just a toe polish. I literally waited so patiently for two hours. I knew from the beginning I would have to wait due to it being the day before Easter. I picked out my color and I waited in a chair . I say about 4 people were assisted ahead me in this two hour wait. I was so flustered!! I stood up and said I just want my toes polished!. One of the workers,which was the guy who spoke very feminine(if you visit here you would know what I mean) said sit in a chair and you will be my last customer. When he said that I was livid . I did use profanity which was out of my character but after two hours, it seemed to be the last resort to get some assistance. He also said why didnt you say anything ? And how hes professional. I was like really. Everyone saw me waiting and no one said anything . Im glad I left. I dont think a apology and a free service would of solved this excuse of bad business.

Very friendly! Husband and I got pedicures, seated right away and into water-mine was nice and hot-almost too hot, but they cooled it for me. The place could use some sprucing up but the service was definitely great.

Charged me $20 to remove gel off of my toes which he did after doing my pedicure then he charged me a extra $32 for a gel pedicure..do not visit this place..I live in Atlanta & never heard of anything like this!Will not be returning..52 dollars for a pedicure?a basic gel pedicure at that.a joke

I used to live in Texas and at every salon I went to either messed up my nails, made me bleed, or messed up my eyebrows. I quit going to nail salons when I moved down here because I was afraid the same things would happen here in mobile. I finally decided to go and this one had amazing reviews. This place was absolutely fabulous! Did an amazing job! I love love love them and I will be coming back!!!

Mayas pedicures are the best

This place is not it. I just got my nails done a few hours ago and my nails and fingers HURT from the man getting acrylic ALL OVER my fingers!! He cut me MULTIPLE times w the drill and the nail file. This was a very unpleasant experience that cost me $50... I def will NOT be returning!

Terrible! It looked like a 5 year old painted my nails! I pointed out where there was polish all over my cuticles and fingers and she wouldn’t even fix it! Do not waste your money here!

Dirty nasty place. Pedicure chairs all taped together, tools are not clean AND the gentleman working on my nails has s nail fungus and was not wearing gloves.

Love my eye brow

They were able to sit us fairly quickly however my nail was smudged and instead of fixing it they painted over it. The nail then took forever to dry and wasnt smooth.

Horrible experience here. Three different people did my nails, they kept taking breaks leaving me sitting so it took forever, and barely gave me time to pick my polish. I won’t be coming back here.
