Very nice experience! Came here today with my mother to get a eyebrow wax and pedicure. Technicians were gentle and the experience was relaxing. Friendly staff and they took us right away!

I went in with extremely ugly fat nails and left with beautiful nails. She stayed late to make sure my nails were perfect and I’m so thankful. I have four stars because she filed to deep when taking off the old acrylic and nicked three of my nails. The light pink is what I went in with and the darker nails are what I left with. I feel so much better.

I have been going to this shop several of times and each time I spent 80.00 and more and the 80.00 was just for my daughter my nails and toes 100.00 to 120.00 everybody there charge different prices they don’t have one set price. I went in for a mail repair they claim they was too busy when in reality a nail repair didn’t cost much if you’re not spending big money they will not see you..Poor business

I call to make an appointment everytime with Tina mind you she does an amazing job but everytime I call she doesn’t do this she doesn’t do that she now supposedly doesn’t do pedicures which she had done my pedicure each time I have been there .... I am new to mobile, I am from Phoenix and I am used to getting my toes done year round! When I first came to this place I thought I found a place that would take care of my nail and toes apparently not ! Even gave them five star review... I guess I WON’T BE RETURNING EVER AGAIN!

Paid 125 for a pedicure and full set that only looked good for a couple days the shape is all off the acrylic was chipped on the sides and underneath. I never pay this much at my regular salon I wasnt very impressed .

Do not recommend this place to anyone! Pedicure was a waste of money! Feet soaked in water..just very rushed and half done...never got a pedicure before and upon leaving I needed lotion because my feet was dry and ashy...the owner’s energy was very rude...she waxed my eyebrows and they look Amess I will never go back!!

Went out to use our gift card today with my daughter. There were little customers in there and they were in a rush to get us out! As soon as our nails were done being painted they put our shoes on and messed both of our toes up and said “thank you.” I had to point out both big issues that were obvious and ask them to fix it. They also diluted my daughters nail polish. Will never go back! Wish I could share pictures.

I’ve been coming to Luxury Nail Bar for over a year; I get the same amazing treatment I got on day one. My mom recommended me and I def wasn’t the type of girl to get my nails done. But I gave it a shot and Ill never regret it! The employees are all so nice and helpful. I look forward to coming and getting my nails done so I can talk to my favorite nail lady (Mimi), but everyone here is very enjoyable to be around. When it comes to my nails, I get complimented almost every day. I bring pictures from Pinterest to them all the time and each time I’m impressed and they go above and beyond to make my nails exactly how I want them. I will continue to come and recommend people to come here! I love Luxury Nail Bar!

I love this place, it is the cleanest nail salon Ive ever been in and I have to say it is so fantastic that it does not smell like acetone at all. They really go out of their way to make it more of a spa experience instead of just rushing you through and taking your money. They also notice and care if you are a regular customer and that is hard to come by. My nails always look amazing, and the one time I had an issue I came back a day later and they quickly fixed it without charging me anything extra. I am always treated wonderful by all of the staff, not just the one person that usually does my services.

My favorite nail salon. The atmosphere is so relaxing. Never in a rush, even when they are busy. I have very dry skin and get the Coconut pedicure. Well worth the money for the service.

The WORST mani/pedi Ive ever had. My nails are HUGE, chunky, and shaped like horshoes. I paid $160 for SNS dip on my fingers and gel polish on my toes. My toes are already chipping off in less than 24 hours, one of my acrylics broke off, and there is lint under the SNS powder. The topcoat lines are showing and you can see the line where the acrylics meet my natural nail. I didnt have time to get it redone, as I was going to my birthday dinner. They refused to refund my money and are being extremely unprofessional. This is the worst service Ive ever had and Im so upset that my nails are ruined right before my party. If I had known that they were so unprofessional I wouldve taken my chances with press-ons, but their reviews seemed pretty good. DO NOT GO HERE!!!!

This is a family owned salon. Husband and wife have over 20 years experience apiece. Loved the atmosphere, and service was extremely professional. I took my daughter here as part of her birthday weekend, and they even gave her a birthday gift. My new favorite nail salon for sure!

So yesterday was my first day there I do not recommend this place they are in a rush to do your nails and they handle u so ruff an I had missed up a nail goin to the car an when I came back the lady had a attitude.

I finally found a nail salon I can trust! I have tried many nail salons over the last two years and thought I would never find the customer service I expect until I found Luxury Nail Bar. If you want to feel comfortable while getting your mani and pedi, this is the place to go. They have a great selection, a serene, clean environment and affordable prices! I adore my nail tech - Mimi, she cares about her work and makes sure I am a satisfied customer.

I’m giving 3 stars mainly because the place is very nice inside and the workers are nice but the lady that did my toes kept over and over cutting my skin area around my toes and then kept digging in the side of my toe where I literally had to ask her to stop because I was in pain. Thought the point of going there was to relax not be in pain. On top of that all she did was put my feet in water for 5 sec pretty much to wash them off didn’t let them soak or anything. It was very rushed. I will not be returning there.

The interior is fancy but the service is not. I paid $40 for pedicure and $10 for finger nail painting on my lunch break. Very disappointed. The lady who did both on me barely took any time on my pedicure, heels were not softened, and my polish looked okay but not great like Im used to. I had to ask multiple times for her to fully remove the previous nail polish before applying new ones. They chipped off within a day because their polish is all old and diluted. She had to stop and dilute it while doing my nails. I expected more from the looks of this place. Will not be going back.

Last week, i had a chance to visit in Mobile. I have a great moment in this luxury nail bar.My mom and me got a predicure on last Friday. Mimi and her family were nice and professional here! And i cameback in my hometown, all my friend love this design of nail.it is wonderful to see it. I would recommend anyone to come here! If having another chance i will come back here^^^^

This was the worst pedicure Ive had in a very long time. They didnt sand my callouses. I asked for help polish. The gel polish wasnt the color I selected. I was charged $20 extra for gel. I didnt get a massage. The lotion didnt moisturize my feet. I was very unhappy. 3 days later, my feet look terrible.

Would not recommend this place! I had my nails and toes done a little over a week ago, the gel has completely came off of my nails and is now starting to crack on my toes. Extremely over priced for the services offered, AND they have extension cords running everywhere. The lady did a great job on my brows but that’s it. $100 wasted!

Worst experience I’ve had in a long time with a manicure / pedicure. I do not recommend this place at all. Super expensive for a horrible job. The manicurist didn’t cut my cuticles or nails until I had to ask multiple times and still didn’t do much of anything once she finished. My girlfriends had the exact same experience :(

Google doesn’t allow to give no stars unfortunately. A friend of mine and I went to get our nails done here as we were watching a movie close by. This place is expensive and not worth your money. The second we walked in the door we got bombarded by 3 different people asking us what we wanted and telling us all the stuff they have. We both showed them pictures of what we wanted and they did a horrible job on both our nails. I got sns and my friend got gel. They were messy around the edges and my friends popped off within a week... and we both paid $60 for our nails. Do not go here!

Worst nail salon I have ever been to. Went in there with gorgeous nails that needed to be filled in. I asked the lady if she could replicate my ombré pink and white dip powered nails and she said yes. After soaking them off she did not replace the tips and said she could make them square shaped with my natural nails. The finished product looks terrible. They are crooked, unevenly coated, and EXTREMELY short. Staff was super rude and unprofessional. Will never return to this nail salon again.

I was in Mobile during a conference and chipped a nail (sns), so I visited this place and decided to go ahead and get a new set. They charge an EXTRA $5 to do your nails if theyve been done somewhere else (shared after the fact, as he returned my card) also, a cuticle was cut with filing and I got an infection-pus and all (1st time in over 5 years of wearing SNS nails). Color drastically faded in days, called and they agreed to redo... But were less than pleasant on my return. The redo was sanding top coat off and adding 2 new coats of a different color. They explained to me that sometimes colors fade- which I understand; however, this time they did a horrible job! Nails are bumpy and extremely thick. Wont be back, wont recommend!

I will say this...the place is beautiful and has an amazing selcetion to choose from....but the service and staff are horrible!!! Lady who did my pedicure also did my eyebrow waxing and screwed up both. She was very rough and for a $30 pedicure mine looked like it was worth $15. MY eyebrows were not shaped at all, when I notified the manager she gets rude and tells me No else complains which from talking to many people that is her favorite line along with Well I looked at the camera and you didnt seem unhappy. This place is a joke and I see people on her stating how professional these people are and Im just trying to figure out what is their definition of professional. The people in this salon do not value their customers and need to be removed asap. Who ever runs this place really needs to take a course in Business and learn you should never argue with a customer since its customers who pay you!!

The only reason I give one star is because I couldnt leave a review if I didnt other wise no star. I paid $45 for sns nails for my mom one by one they started popping off within the week. She goes back and first the young boy tried to tell her sns nails dont last long because its medicine when she asked for the owner this hag comes out and says policy says three days after looking for the policy its discovered in a 8x11 picture frame with extra small print...bottom line $15 to repair nails 3 to be exact...on top of $45 initial cost...never again shame on them customer service was mediocre to say the least...we have to stop spending our money with these ungrateful people and find places that respect us as customers

OMG THE BEST NAIL BAR IV BEEN TO, ITS MY HOME NAIL SHOP, YES IT LIVES UP TO ITS NAME VERY LUXURIOUS.

This place is a rip off. I will never go back. They charged me double what the place I normally go to does. I got my nails done on a Saturday and by Wednesday 5 had popped off. When u went back to demand they fix them they blamed it on the weather. They bombarded us when we went in and are just very shady. Terrible place. Im furious.

Never get your eyes wax here EVER!! Took my daughter today and the wax was so hot it took my daughters skin off her eyes.. her skin is very sore and and both eyes look horrible!!

Me and my daughter went there for some mother/daughter time and the women we got rushed through the pedicures, the one who did my daughters toes did NOT even trim or file her toenails or trim her cuticles. We paid way too much for the service we received

After 2 days my gel manicure started chipping (usually last at least 2 weeks) and when I went to get it repaired that week they told me I had to pay for it after 3 days. I got it the Friday before going out of town for Labor Day so wasnt able to get back in that three day window. Aggravating because it is already more expensive than other places in the area for a gel manicure and this is the second time Ive had a gel manicure chip from this place within a week.

I would give no stars but its not allowed! I walked in the nail shop and ask for a polish change. I wear SNS Dipping Powder. The young Asian lady that greeted me told me they charge $5 to take my polish off and $35 to do the polish change. I replied wow you guys charge to take off when the client is receiving services? She replied with a nasty attitude yes you can go somewhere else. I replied thats no way to talk to a client. She threw the color ring at me and told me to pick a color. Inwas hesitant on getting services but was pressed for time. Against my better judgement I tried to give them a second chance because the Asain guy that came to soak my polish off was nice. My coworker walked in inquiring about liquid gel acrylic; they did not offer those services. The services they offered was going to cost her $55. My coworker proceeded to tell her fiance on the phone her nails were going to be about $55 and the young Asian lady told her, You can go somewhere else, you dont have to get services here, we have high rent! I told my coworker she didnt know how to talk to nobody and she proceeded to talk to a man in her language and he walked from the back telling me, We rufuse your business! I told him I was leaving anyway and take my money to a shop that appreciates it! I left and went to World Nails on Airport Blvd and received the BEST SERVICE EVER! All the staff was friendly and fast!

Horrible job. NOT WORTH YOUR MONEYYY!!! I went inside and I got a pedi cure the lady was complaining about how my nail polish was hard to take off and asking for other clients help . They barely massage my feet and the lady was complaining the whole time she was doing my feet. It was too expensive for nothing.
