At first all is good. Then they lure you in with one lie after the other. Price goes up, promises not kept, and proper paperwork is not made available. Under the understanding that there was included coverage...Gap was to be included...yes for a price that you were not told of. Service warranty included...again yes for a price you were not told of. Deal breaker decision...installation of a hitch...only done after 2 phone calls and arriving at the dealership to speak face to face, finally a service appointment scheduled and it was successfully done. Excuse after excuse. Need to speak to this person...no this person.So done with this dealership. I will only return for scheduled service under my contract. Nothing more. Let’s just hope they get the license plate taken care of properly because if I get pulled over because of the plate...I know it will be lawyer time.

Until today I would have recommended this dealership for used cars and service but it was a completely different experience today! I came in for a free oil change promotion with tire rotation purchase, which literally a month ago was $19.99. Today I was hit at check out with a $43 bill because supposedly the tire rotation is $39.99. Then the girl responsible for the promotional texts said she was who I was communicating with and the message said the oil change was free with the $39.99 tire rotation. So I said thats fine it wont be a mistake I made again. Then I go back and look at the texts and no she didnt say anything about the tire rotation being $39.99! So I tell her this and shes like oh well Ive told people that have asked! I didnt think I needed to ask when I was literally there a month ago servicing my car before I went out of town and it was $19.99 for the rotation! The same girl previously informed me I couldnt test drive a vehicle without it being put on my insurance. Never have i had to put a vehicle on my own insurance to test drive it including my Outback I bought a year ago from this dealership! Or the one I had previously test drove for the weekend that ended up having a radiator leak! Regardless I have zero interest in doing anymore business here or referring anyone else here!

Not impressed. Came here for tires and a lift for my Jeep. Closed on a Saturday!? Dealership open. Guy that I needed to ask about lifts and tires takes weekends off. The young man at the desk seemed a little confused about what I was asking for and had a hard time explaining a simple thing, and didnt seem to know what day it was.

Bought truck 7/20. Next day TPS alarm comes on. They worked on it over 5 hours at Bobs with NO resolution. Took it to Bob Mills in Jacksonville and they messed it up even moreThey then sent me to Westgate Ram and they worked on it 2 days with NO resolution to my tire pressure problem .

Buying the car was easy as well as dealing with the salesman. What I am not happy about is the fact that after 2.5 months my license plate has yet to be turned in after being told they would handle it days later since the vehicle was purchased on a Saturday. I am now being fined by the DMV for not having insurance on the tag AND can not get a direct answer from the Manager about when this will be handled and I have spoken to many people over the course of many days. I live out of town so I guess I’ll be taking a day off of work to drive down & grab the plate. This has been a huge pain in the butt and would really be leery about recommending anyone buy from here. Indirect answers and not following through with things willnow cost me more $$. Unhappy is a mild word here.

I went in to look at a Dodge Journey that had just been moved to their Jacksonville store that morning, but I knew I wanted it. I have never got a car loan and was extremely nervous but Chuck took care of the financial portion quickly and efficiently and set my mind at ease, and Jud was an excellent Co-pilot to pick up my journey from Jacksonville. It needed some detailing and they put me in a great car and got it taken care of by the next day. I had an amazing experience!!

I went in after a day of going to the big dealerships, I was frustrated and probably not the most pleasant person. Jared was amazing! He was not high pressure and was so easy to work with. I found my new car and he even came and picked me up from Enterprise so that I could turn in the rental car. Was not a bad deal with getting the yukon financed but make sure you look over every vehicle. I ended up with a truck that had been wrecked before and has several different color body panels. Now having to get the whole truck repainted to match. Bad business. Pictures in photo section.

Terrible service, they had me waiting for at least 30 minutes every time I went there and they were going to buy my truck and even shook my hand to confirm they were buying it and then never contacted me again. I called up there and they said there accounts were backed up. I do not recommend buying/selling from them.

Stopped in at Bobs to check out a BMW x5 we saw sitting out front. They were so informative and helpful, and even offered to let us test drive the car for the weekend. I wish we could have purchased our car from them, but I will definitely be returning in the future and recommend them to those I know.

I came in to Bob’s by complete accident, I was looking at their online catalog and saw they had a 2016 Subaru BRZ it was the only one in the Wilmington area that I could find. The vehicle had low mileage, manual transmission and the bare necessities. This car was in great condition when I went to look at it, upon arriving at the dealership Ronnie came out and greeted us. Ronnie allowed me to test drive the vehicle and let me drive it “like I stole it” the car felt great! Ronnie then took me and my family in and started the whole purchasing process. I had free oil changes with the purchase of my vehicle from this business. I have went for 4 of them. I later went to have my car inspected by them and was rudely told by the bald, short mechanic I would have to schedule an appointment 3 days out. He was so rude I didn’t want to take my car back for the last oil change. It was time for my 5th oil change and the mechanic doing my oil change has found my oil has been leaking! It has been leaking from the drain plug meaning Bobs mechanic DID NOT tighten my drain plug completely! Luckily my car did not leak too much oil and my motor was not blown!
