This is the second time we’ve come here and Kelley has cut my kids hair. She’s amazing and always friendly and has an amazing attitude. The first time we did not request her as our stylist but we did this time and will from here on out. She really makes my kids feel welcome and comfortable during their hair cuts. She takes her time with them and talks with them. I love how she makes sure everything is right before sending us on our way. As long as Kelley is here we will definitely keep coming back. My daughter was nervous because she’s had a few bad cuts in the past but she felt amazing and her hair looked stunning! She took the time to update my sons account since it had been some time since he had a professional cut and the cute lengths were out dated. My kids are always excited to come back and get their hair cut and it’s no longer a hassle getting them in the car they actually ask us to go now.

We put my husband and son on the online wait list. At 4:45 we received a text that my son was on deck and to be there within 15 minutes. We were at Michaels and the wait list had jumped from an 18 minute wait time to 0 minutes. We got over to the store at 4:55, still within the 15 minutes but both my son and husband were taken off the list. We put our names back on the list but it was a 40 minute wait so we decided to wait in store. 15 minutes later a woman called my son up, but Lily ran up and said no. She then pulled a different man back who was under both my husband and son on the list and had a wait time of 1 hour and 15 minutes. Lily then put my son back on the list and he now had a 1 hour wait time. This behavior was unbelievably petty and so rude. This is now the behavior you expect from someone who has a name tag that says coordinator. Also when I asked for the corporate number to complain of course she didnt have it.

Got mine and my sons hair cut by Ms. Kelly, i have to say i love the technichians personalities! There was another wonderful woman who braided my hair going above and beyond!

After a 2 hour wait and checking in online I finally made it on deck. Once on deck I was dropped to another 30 minute wait and watched my stylist straight leave. The online is pointless, this is the second time this has happened at this location. I do not recommend.

The only place in town still trying to force you to wear masks. Walked out and we will not be back.

I am a busy business man and set up an appointment online and checked in and had a show time. When I showed at that time they told me I had another over hour wait.that is very poor service and screwed me out of getting my haircut today. I am not very happy about this. Really needed my cut but couldnt wait another hour away from work. Things like this make a person not want to use their services. I dont recommend them especially if you are expecting to be on time.

The hairstylist was extremely rude!! Definitely won’t bring my son back.

It used to be a good place to go but there are so many new stylest it seems like the turn over is almost weekly. I typically stick to one person to cut my hair but here it seems impossible. Unfortunately after the haircut I just received where the stylest used the wrong notes butchered my hair. I will no longer be a sports clips customer................................................ Post statement Patricia Hernandez is this stores saving grace. She offered to fix what the last stylest messed up granted its not the haircut I wanted but it is one million times better than what I initially left with. Only seeing her from here on out.

Signed in on line for my son and myself. When we arrived my son was removed from the list, I questioned as to what happened they apologized and added him back but now he had an extended wait time. I was next on the list and the stylist moved someone else up and extended my wait time. We left and will not go back if this is the kind of service to expect from this sports clips. Do not recommend at all!!

Got a terribly botched haircut, at least hire employees who actually know what they’re doing before you cut someone’s hair. Never going back

Ive been going to Sports Clips for the last 6 yrs and they always greet me with a hello, I just love Patricia because she will kid around with me plus we talk about other things like our families and sports, shes the only one that cuts my hair.

I was first, waited prior to opening. Six people were cut before me...told them to take me off the list. Have used them for over a year. Will not be going back.

Heather is the only i have issues with. A medium fade has nothing with the top of head! She didnt even ask me how I style my hair. I was planning to grow it out to slick it back but thanks to you it has to wait longer. Learn to ask the customer how they style their not just assume. This is the second time you fed up my hair. Its not that hard to do a simple fade. The first time you messed a low skin fade. And i had somebody else finish the cut. Ive been going to this place for years now and Heather is the worst. Everybody else youre awesome...

Quick professional service and a great staff

Still relatively new to the area, though work brings me here every few months. This is the first place Ive found that has given me a quality haircut. The scalp massage and MVP package was nice, though not really necessary and it felt a bit gimmicky to be honest. However, the hair stylist was wonderful and was quite lively in conversation. Believe her name was Heather and I would definitely recommend her. Very lovely professional and made the experience all that much more enjoyable.

Consistently clean and provides a quality haircut. I buy the season ticket MVP card as I am a regular customer.

Always a great experience. Both my son and husband get their hair cut here. Love the board that shows wait time and the ability to sign in on the app. Only dislike is that the staff always tries to get me to tell them how my son wants his hair. I understand why, however when I say it is his hair that should be the signal to ask him not me.

I called, and asked to be checked in because I was driving. The girl told me to go online to check in. I informed her I was driving, and she said oh well. I cant check you in on the phone. Go to the website.. That seems to me as if she is advocating using your phone while driving. That seems careless, and not quality customer service. So I will no longer be using the services of this establishment.

My female cousin got her hair cut here because it was the only place we could go at the moment and the people who were going to cut her hair laughed and said careful on this one its a girl before they called her name. Thought it was pretty rude to be honest.It was a short haircut and it took forever but it was decent I guess.

Stylists are very hit or miss. Ask for Kimberly if you want a consistently good cut.

Asked for medium fade, instead got a super high fade. Will not be visiting this location again, the one in Waco has never messed up my haircut. Will say the MVP here is pretty good other than the fact that the temple location doesnt know what a medium fade is.

Will not go back this is the second time this place messed up on my Beard.

Checked in online it told me it would be an hour and 15 minutes arrived at the store at the time requested and then when I check in at the store it said it would be another hour wait. Not sure why I even checked in online. The online check-in process has broken (this review is 1 year old lack of response from owner is saying please go somewhere else we dont need the business)

Finally got a great haircut in the area where i live. Great atmosphere. Very technological advanced, i was surprised, that was the first time going to Sport Clips.

The lady cutting my hair left it patchy, and all i asked was a 0 all around. Requested that she simply clean up the beard, she decided to shape it up and it came out uneven and horrible. Im not sure why I trusted to come here. But I promise never again. Oh yeah, the MVP treatment was worthless. Skimming fingers and barerly massaging or anything. I spent $29 plus tip to go back home and try to unf*ck this. And I have to shave this patchy mess any way. Might as well go clean shaven and start fresh. Pathetic.

Today I brought my brother in; specifically asked Angelica for a 1/2 on his sides and 1 on the top and to FADE. At no point in time did she ever say she didnt know how to do it. Well, now he has a buzz cut and it is ABSOLUTELY not what we wanted. Do not go here; none of the experienced hairdressers are there anymore.

This is my new place to get my hair done. Great people here.

Do not come here unless you, have someone who cuts your hair regularly. My son comes here often just gets who ever is available . But the last time we came we we got this old lady with shot hair forgot her name but she DOSE NOT know how to cut hair whatso ever asked for a ededge up on my son wage choped of his side burns and did not do the style I asked he looks handsome in everything so Im not tripping but when we checked out sue MADE us leave at least a 5$ tip there was no option they usualy do a good job I guess it was just the one we got.

So saying that Easter Friday hours maybe different, myself and two other people walked up at 6:40ish, I always tip very well and always get the works. When an employee runs to the door and looks at your face and locks the door, there is something not right about that.

Best all around staff, cut and experience for a reasonable price. They are always trying to make you comfortable, they save your cut style in the computer so you dont have to describe your style everytime, and never that boring awkward silence during your cut (unless you want it) haha!

This place gets packed at peak times and the wait can be pretty long. Haircuts are somewhat inconsistent but you can get the MVP which helps make up for it.
