I had a wonderful experience. Devin did a great job, the others were friendly and pleasant, and the place is clean. Additionally, they ask everyone to wash their hands upon entering which keeps the polishes, etc., from getting germy. I highly recommend!

Went into luxe nails today 9/18/21 got nails and feet done. The nail tech had me to wash my hands in the water my feet was in. I will never go back there ever again...

Way to pricey for the minimum and its nothing luxurious about it they dont even offer complimentary drinks. Its a very basic nail shop and they charge you for things without making you aware of it until its time to pay. Ive never been charged to have gel removed when I was getting a service.

DO NOT COME TO THIS SALON!!!!!! Im crying right now from pain, humiliation, and anger. I went in to get a pedicure and was cut severely. A chunk of my toe was carelessly snipped off by a pedicurist that was trying to rush. But thats not the worst of it, when blood inevitably started gushing from the wound she poured superglue into it and then wiped it with a non sterile towel without my consent. The towel of course stuck to the gash, and then she ripped it off which was extremely painful and proceeded to put my foot back into the water and ignore the blood flowing from it. I had to ask more than three times for the manager before she called her over and I had to beg them to give me a bandaid so I could leave. I may have been able to forgive the pedicurist for the cut, but the complete incompetence that followed is unforgivable. I should also add that the pedicurist was smirking and took all of this very lightly as if it had happened before and I was offered no compensation, medical care, or apologies by management. Theyre completely unprofessional, dangerous, and unsanitary!

I have been to this nail salon several times before and have always loved it, they have 100% health score and usually do a very good job with my nails. I went there today and had the worst experience I have ever had at a nail salon. The lady doing my nails was very rude and was rushing so bad she tore my cuticle TWICE which caused me to bleed, (I have never had that happen before) she was snatching and throwing my hands around while mumbling under her breath. This was the most unrelaxing visit to a nail salon I have EVER had.

Went in asked for Mani pedi french tips they got done and forgot to give me french tips very disappointed dont even like the nails have to go elsewhere to get fixed.

Did a terrible job on my feet my feet weren’t even bad now there feel rough basically paid 42 dollars for my feet to feel scratchy

Went in for my eyebrows and decided to also get my nails done. The prices were great and the experience was wonderful.It was busy when I got there but the wait was not long at all. The staff was extremely friendly when I came in and while I waited. For my eyebrows the lady did a great job waxing them quick and pain free. She then proceeded to pluck any stray hairs paying close detail in every angle she could. Then a light trim to even then length of the hairs on my brows. Then a nice massage with cooling lotion. Next for my nails the young girl who did them was intensely precise and didnt make a single mistake. She did such an amazing job and I found no flaws with my nails. I will definitely be returning here from now on. This is my new regular place to go.

Quick service, friendly

I received a gift card, actually two. I was excited to use them. However gift cards from here have a very short shelflife. Be warned. I went into use it not realizing they only last six months. In fact it had only been a week expired and they would not except it. I asked to speak with a manager was told its no good, so I left. It’s a service, not something that goes bad. A gift card should last longer than six months. I have two $50 gift cards that are useless. So basically they got $50 free nothing.

One of the best nail places in Mobile. Moved here from Birmingham where I went to the same place for 15 years. I tried a few different salons down here before I found Luxe Nails. So glad I did! Everyone, no matter who you get, does an excellent job and they are all so very nice.

I’m am really appalled at how unprofessional these plp are!!! My nails were so crooked and they tried to tell me I should’ve told them not to follow my nail bed...its not my job to tell you something that u can clearly see yourself!! She was rushing so fast that she cut me with the drill!! I will never go back to them again and I suggest no one else go either !!

Brought my mother here for her very first pedicure,Not only did the lady hurt her because she was way to rough but they were talking and laughing not in English so she was very uncomfortable thinking they were talking about her!!!!!! I will never be back Not a good experience at all I felt it to be very rude and because of this my mother probably will never get her feet done again 😡

Love this place! Maci did a great job with my pedicure and Taylor did amazing with my full set and eyebrows, as always. They are so friendly and never make you feel uncomfortable. You will always get what you want here. I wish i could give 100 stars

We were in town visiting and I was looking for a nail salon in the vicinity of my hotel for a pedicure. So happy I found Luxe nails. They got me in first thing in the morning and the staff was extremely nice and friendly. Salon was very nice and clean. Im sorry I cannot recall his name, but the young man who did my pedicure was so gentle. I could not have asked for a better pedicure! You never know when you try a new place what you might experience. I would not hesitate to return if Im ever in the area again and I highly recommend if you live in the area. ☺️

When I walked in no one acknowledged my presence. I stood there for 2 minutes, no acknowledge my presence..I walked to an employee and ask how long for a nail repair, she states 30 minutes... ok I sit on the sofa..A women walks in right away the owner acknowledges her ask what she wants and tell her to sit in a chair...after bout 20 minutes and ppl leaving..I quickly relieve that Im the only black...They check in on the customer that came in after and the other white women..No one speaks a word to me...accept for 2 customers...I guess it was a white day..normally when its 2 or more blacks in the place they dont leave you alone! ..They will not get a brown penny from me!

Horrible nail job...looks like a 2 year old did my nails..got sns nails but it was nothing like the color on the swatch.. was supposed to be pink but it came out a dark red..was told the swatch was faded..they did find the right color but put the pink on over the red..the red is showing through at my cutucles..now I get to go spend 40.00 more dollars and get them re-done somewhere else..will never go back there

They messed up my toes polish sent me out without drying and my daughter said French tip they gave solid white,I will never go there again

Went in today at 235pm to get an eyebrow wax, the co owner TAYLOR was waxing 1 person. Once done with the customers wax she asked me to move to the wax service chair. I moved to the wax chair and she went and started on someone’s nails. There were over 10 techs doing nails. And no one doing wax. I waited for 35 mins and no one ever came over.A wax takes 10mins ATMOST. Normally the techs take a quick break and get the wax customer. But she never came back over or acknowledged she had told me to move to the wax service chairAfter waiting I proceeded to walk out. The co-ownerNever said a word!This is poor customer service especially coming from the owner. If it was going to be an a half hour to 1 hour wait for a quick service they should tell people.

Taylor, the owner, is very rude unless youre getting traditional nails. Ive witnessed her argue with multiple customers after shes ruined their nails, but since she never ruined mine I continued to go there until this visit. Not only did I receive attitude, but a horrible experience overall. Now Im walking around with two lego blocks for eyebrows because she got upset and refused to do my eyebrows and decided to let her mom do them.
