We called the establishment and asked for an upfront price over the phone and was told the fill in was $15 and that a cut down would be included after arriving and confirming the price when the service was completed and we were given a total of $30 and the tech argued that the quoted price was incorrect and gave us a pamplet with the prices even still the price was only $20 and they still insisted that $30 was owed. We will not be using them again and I encourage anyone to make 100% sure that they will honor the quote.

Horrible came here to take my niece for her birthday we waited an hour and five minutes before we even got seated horrible service Ive been to salons all over America and have never waited this long in salon wow is all im gonna say yall need more employees! If not your gonna loose more business!Didnt even have time for my nails after that kind of wait extremely disappointing!

I usually have an good experience with them and everyone seems nice. And I always refer people to them. But I get SNS and I told the nail tech that was not the color I pick out. She made a smart remark and stated it was and then went and checked. It wasn’t! So she had to redo one of my hands. I’m assuming they think we don’t understand then since they speak another language but a comment was made that it’s probably my dark skin that made it an different color. Not! Don’t think I will be going back! Not for $40 dollars and I can’t get what I want.

I got SNS Ombré and a pedicure, paint is chipped and my nail broke off after 1 day. I went back to get it fixed they used the wrong powder on my nails (color swap), not to mention the lady who normally does my feet is great. But the old hag messed up my toe nails making them uneven and pulling too much skin off of them making my toe look like it’s leaning . Not to mention they stole my phone charger 🤦🏽‍♀️. And I saw them steal it and when I asked for it back they told me I didn’t bring it in.

I was pleased on my first visit. However, my nails looked horrible on the second visit . Its my first experience with the sns nails and apparently it works best if you choose a color vs a more natural look. I thought they would look the same as my first visit, but I can see through the old nail of where it has grown out. On top of this my cuticles are cracked from where they soaked off the old product with acetone, but from what I am told there is a process that should have been used to protect my cuticle. I asked for a color change before I even left out the door because I wasnt satisfied and was told that it would cost an additional $20 on top of the $35 (not including the tip) that I had just paid. She didnt even get up to look or try to see what the issue was. They came highly recommended from my coworkers, but I cant say the same.
