Very unprofessional. They werent rude, just self owned and not very well ran. There was a huge dog on a chain as soon as you walk up. I was a bit afraid. We payed the man and he almost didnt write a reciept. He asked if we needed one and my husband spoke up and said yes. He had to go find the paper to write it out for us. We got the car and it looked the same as before. I would hate to see how it would have been for me if I wouldnt have been able to get it out of there the same day.
