Really nice well organized pick and pull style junkyard. They have a nice members program, and will send discount texts throughout the year. Its a really nice junkyard model that is really efficient and easy to work with. They rent golf carts if youre handicapped (or lazy). Nice selection of always rotating vehicles. I suggest you bring lots of water in the summer because its going to be hot hot hot, and in the winter... obviously dress warm. The staff at this location are pretty nice, and treated me fairly at the checkout. Theres a lot of discretion there when it comes to how youre going to get charged, so a pleasant attitude and a smile from you will go a long long way towards an enjoyable experience for you.

Staff is mostly nice depending on when you go but they have no idea what parts they are looking at. On more than one occasion I have been charged the price for a fuel rail when I should have been charge for pigtails, I caught it once, didnt catch it the last time costing me $8 extra. Next time I will just cut them all off so there is no confusion. They also nickel and dime you on everything, thought it might be Pull-A-Part policy, but I have been to other ones and havent had the same experience. I wont be going back unless I really need something badly. Ill just stick to Barrys U-Pull-It.

Love they rent golf carts for 5 bucks an hour before you go out into the yard you can look up where all the cars are looking for in what row and all the rows are numbered

This is definitely the most organized and clean junkyard into the tri-state area, but prices are beyond ridiculous...they are many times higher than new parts from the auto store or online! Why are used parts that you have to pull yourself more expensive than brand new parts?For instance, I wanted parts for my MKIV Volkswagen. This junkyard charges $38.92 for a pair for coil springs before taxes. Luckily I researched and saw that a brand new pair of Moog springs were only $34.99 before taxes at Advanced Auto. Why would I pay more and spend the labor and time of getting used springs from a junkyard when I can buy them cheaper and brand new from the parts store? Another example is the window switch for my VW. It was $14.12 before taxes for a window switch with power lock button at this junkyard. When I got home I realized I could buy a brand new switch for $8.79 from Prime (sold and shipped by Amazon)...which has an improved design that fixes the defect. Another example is a bumper insert for my VW. The cashier wanted to charge me $23.05 before tax because its a plastic grill. It didnt matter that it was only a 4 inch piece of plastic because, thats what the computer says is the price. Well, I can order all three grill inserts for less than $15 brand new, not just one! At Barrys U Pull they would look at the plastic bumper insert and say $4, not $20, because they understand they do not get recycling money for plastics and it would otherwise be trashed. I like PullAPart, I really do, and its always fun browsing, but pricing makes no sense and the people working the registers are not allowed to have any discretion on fixing egregious pricing.

Im rating this because I already see how the yards are changing and charging for absolutely EVERYTHING. I seen the used coolant, wiper fluid, belongings from inside the cars, batteries fuses, but on top try to charge me for a card I dont want or need, while inside with someone, on top of charging to wear a mask for a brief walk through, WOW yall are also charging me for your environmental charge. I didnt get or bring anything to harm the environment.

I will not be back to this yard or any other yard associated with this one. Employees were above and beyond rude. I planned heavily on pulling 2 different motors I seen the day before. I was under the impression that Alabama had lifted its mask mandate allowing persons to choose whether they want to wear one or not. After being Told I could not enter without one by employees who were not wearing them at all and only halfway wearing them right, I was told I could purchase a mask just to walk through but it would not suffice for me to tie a shirts around my face to make them happy. So with the way the employees handled everything I will not be giving mobile pull a part or any of there franchises any of my business. I highly recommend barrys u pull it ive been shopping with them for years. Im A resident of Mississippi so anytime I come that way it cost me money so from this point on barrys will get all the business of mine that your employees lost you. Might want to get on that before some one files A lawsuit against your company.

I had an Awesome experience... There was a part that I needed..but I needed help in removing..some I stopped Adam Meadows an employee, who didnt waste anytime assisting me.He removed the part for me, and he didnt charge me anything. What a Super guy!!!!!

They told me they closed at 5:30 and they close at 5 and nothing is where the cars should be there all mixed together

This is a great place to get your parts, employees are awesome. They help you when you need to position the A-Frame where you need it specially for the engine & transmission. The Supervisor Anna was doing a wonderful and great job.

Inventory is well organized but they are a lot more pricey then berrys you pull it. I will go there if I really need a part and berrys in theodore doesnt have it.

Good selection of cars and a neat yard. Organization is a bit non-existent, wish they split it by make instead of by parent company, even if it isnt perfect, it would help a lot. Going through 20 rows of GM to find the one Oldsmobile or Cadillac is annoying.Biggest problem is part pricing. Everything is expensive, usually 30-80% more than the other place in town. They also tack on core charges on parts that usually never have a core charge. If youre buying a larger part (CV, Wheel Hub, Steering Box, etc), be sure to shop around for cheap new parts. You can often find new within a few bucks of what youd pay here.Also, be wary of getting tagged for each individual part. If you purchase an assembly, depending who checks you out, you might get charged for the assembly, or you might get charged for each part of the assembly, which is way more expensive.Would buy more, but over-priced parts are really off-putting. 3 or 4 small parts can quickly get you above $100.

Best junkyard experience I’ve had. I’m a VIP member and I visit regularly. They seem very well organized, the staff is always friendly and never hassles me, and the yard seems to have good turnover on vehicles. I’ve never had a problem here. The prices seem high on a few things I’ve bought, but I’m willing to pay more for all the amenities they provide. Great return service, intuitive location finder, nice wash station. I’m sold.

Sold my car to Pull-A-Part today. The customer service on the phone was great. Allen picked up my car and he was awesome. As long as you have your stuff together, its a quick transaction.

This place used to be great and a definite recommend to anyone who would listen. Not much advantage anymore though, pricing is almost equivalent to auto stores where the parts are new and you dont have to do any work. No longer friendly or local. Best to make the drive to Barrys or any other junk yard.

Went today. Found one of three parts I was looking for but it was the color I needed and the price was better than I ever expected. A young mans and a little older lady were very nice and helpful but, the rest of the staff wasnt friendly at all. Ill be going back.

I bought a recharged truck battery from these folks June 2014. Today is April, 2019. 5 years is better than the new junk batteries at Walmart and all the auto stores. Great service and friendly, helpful staff with about anything you need automotive!

I havent ever seen any yard that comes close to this one. You can even be put on a list to be texted when they get a car or truck that you need parts from. 5 stars is a must for this kind of service.

The parking lot is clean and well marked. The store front is convenient and staff is helpful. The yard is well spaced and picked up.The sign on the door says, no firearms permitted. So, no 2nd Amendment rights here. Its a Safe Zone. Also, for your security you get your picture taken. So, Im a thief and they will know who to blame in the Safe Zone. Rights of law abiding citizens have been put aside for the sake of violent part thieves. So, this will be the first and the last time I will patronize this business. Be a patriot, stand up for your rights. You decide if this business is worth your rights.

Since the addition of the golf carts, this is now my favorite junk yard to go to. Aside from the large selection of cars to choose from, the golf carts get you in and out faster and it damn sure beats almost breaking ur ankle walking on those rocks. Prices are slightly higher then other junk yards but i dont really care. $27 to rent the cart but u get $25 when u return the keys. They charge $2.50 or $2 by the hour tho

Awesome customer service. I bought a transmission they took great care of me very helpful.

Had to meet them and take them to my place because they couldnt find my place even though I gave them the exact address, and step by step directions to my place. Even if you have brand new parts and tires on there, you cannot take them out or the tires off and get your money back, and they do not add that into the pricing, so they keep all the hard earned money that you newly placed into the car and profit off of you and give you pennies.

I would not recommend this place to anyone I was ripped off repeatedly and the raised the price on the car part once I came back for it the people who worked there were VERY rude and impatient to my father and myself. I will never spend my money here again and if anyone wants a nice fried ly cashier this is definitely not the place for you.

The experience I had at pull a part was not worth a damn they are charging new prices for used parts they charged me 225.00 for a rear bumper and a rearend both for a 06 f150 i suggest if you need parts go to Barrys u pull it they dont have golf carts but at least you get parts at used prices not new prices and i will never set another foot in pull a part

The 16 year old policy is too strict. I am 16 but dont have my ID so i was not allowed through to thr lot. A little girl ran barely through the line into the lot because her dad was very close to coming in and the lady at the check in area because making rude noises to stop her from going any farther but she slightly crodsed the line. I do not believe she did the right thing at this moment. She should have first seen how far the little girl went then said come back in which she did not. Then when she realized she ran to her dad the lady said she is not allowed to cross the line. Considering this girl was roughly 4 or 5 the lady took it farther than it needed to go.

Rude, rude, rude employees and they nickel and dime you to death. Parts are too expensive, sometimes they charge more than a new part costs. The employees are never nice when I go in there and act like I am interupting their day. I hate going there and only do when I have to.

I went to Barrys first, and it was just junk. Went here and found some trucks still in good condition and not torn apart yet. Jackpot!

I like pull a part because there you can either use a wheelbarrow for free or you can pay 5$ and rent a golf cart and their prices on parts are reasonable, it costs 2$ to get in or you can join their vip club for free and with your vip card you only pay 1$ to get in

Its a total rip off tried to buy a whole assembly and they wanted to charge for each individual part thats like trying to buy an engine and they wanna charge for each individual spark plug tried to get 4 wheels and had to buy 2 to even test fit they didnt fit and couldnt get a refund only the core charge on the rims so I paid for them to keep their wheels will not be back

I had went to another local junk yard several weeks in a row and could never find the part I needed... as soon as I walked in the door they offered to help me and printed a list of all matching cars and the very first Hood I opened had the part I needed!! So did the 2nd!! I dont know why it took me so long to go there!!
