Excellent Excellent EXCELLENT SERVICE!I had a flat tire and he was quick to get me and when the rude Walmart employees refused to help me, instead of dropping me there with no help, he took me to Pep boys and ensured I got help. Im in the middle of a move and I have to be on the road early tomorrow, he made sure that I got the help I needed! Also, had a great conversation about Civil War Architecture, overall my bad experience with my car was made better from his help

Don’t know anyone at the company well. Never used them. But don’t make a name for yourself and tell people you own it when you’re crooked and do things outside of your job being a thief and a lair. When you make shady deals with people and present your Blackwell last name with fame and tell them where you work. You should make legit deals and not cheat people and steal things that aren’t yours. James Blackwell likes to sell repossessed vehicles with stolen property to people and trade his own stolen property for someone else’s non stolen property. He’s a liar and a thief and according to most of the views on here someone should put a lawsuit on this company because they’re violating laws.

I was stranded and used chevy roadside assistance. They sent Blackwells Towing. While waiting on them, I googled them to check out their reviews. I was at first nervous after reading previous reviews. But I had a great experience. They were on time and courteous. They even gave me a ride back to the dealership where my vehicle was being towed. My drivers name was Fluffy. He was experienced and knew what he was doing. I would use them again.

Never call these people. I had a horrible and very unprofessional experience. The driver refused to let me get my bag, ID, and wallet out of my car until he was forced by the police officer. I was very polite and respectful in my request. The driver responded by getting in my face and threatening me. I truly feared for my personal safety. Do not call these people. Walk home. Uber. Hitchhike. Any of the above will be a better option for you.

Clyde was the best, by far, an awesome, kind gentlemen who should be the boss!! But, he works for Wayne Blackwell--a complete egotistical, RUDE PERSON who, unfortunately, runs the business!! Not only were we charged a gate fee OF $125 to simply UNLOCK THE GATE, but, was charged $250 to tow an enclosed trailer off the mobile Bay bridge, $40 storage; for a grand total of $415--CASH!! Wayne Blackwell is a rich, spoiled man, with NO EMOTION for the people he deals with!! If you are EVER in need of a tow, DO NOT CALL BLACKWELL TOWING!! If the police call them, take it from me--DECLINE THEIR SERVICES--REQUEST-- Anytime Towing --THEY WILL BE FAIR AND UNDERSTANDING TO YOUR NEEDS!!

We locked our car as directed by police. It was then towed away by Blackwells from our accident scene inside the Wallace Tunnel. The car was stored at their yard for a bit until it was towed to the body shop. We didnt see it again until it was at the body shop and it had been broken into and damaged, items stolen from inside. When I called the owner to ask what happened, he interrupted me, berated me for calling him for an incident that happened weeks ago and hung up on me. He wouldnt answer any further calls. We filed a police report for the damage and theft. I honestly dont understand how theyre in business.

Rude charged outrageous towing someone report to better business bureau 400$ for one tow less than a 1/2 mile

Thieves!!!! is what they are. They have a connection with the hwy patrol. Trucks trailer was towed for a few miles and was charged almost 10 thousand dollars to get it back. BBB has already many complains and yet they still in business.

Owner is beyond foul and rude, most unpleasant experience I have ever had with a tow company.

I would be ashamed to be even seen here if i created this place id kill myself
