Initially scheduling the consultation was a bit of a headache, but things went smoothly after that. I wish I had known that the whole inspection/sales pitch/paperwork part was going to take such a long time, I would have scheduled it earlier in the day. I know we bought a high quality product, but it was certainly more expensive than I was expecting. The installers were prompt and professional, got the job done in a single day, even with some unpleasant weather slowing them down. They cleaned up thoroughly, I have only found a few pieces of debris and nails in the days 5 after installation.

Erie Construction Did a roof replacement on our home. Erie was very professional and quick about getting the roof done. I am quite impressed with how clean the job sight was kept. We are now a month after the replacement and to date all I have found has been 1 nail and a small piece of cut off. We had an issue where I wasnt happy with the way the edge metal was lapped in one spot. Erie had there team back out quickly to have the problem fixed. I am quite happy. Thank You Erie!

We contacted Erie to look into roof replacement. The two gentlemen who came were very professional & kind. They showed us all the options & came down to the price. The could not praise their company & work enough. Made a lot of promises. They got VERY reluctant about letting us think it over for 24 hours. We stood firm. I contacted the salesman early the next morning to tell him we decided to go ahead with the roof.Then, the frustration started. We had to make calls to find out information. “The install group will call to set up a date 2-3 weeks.” We called them 3 1/2 weeks later to check. Everything that happened was because we called. Some of promises were not done.We do love our roof, but did not like the process or the headache that went with it.

Recently had a new roof put on by Erie...SUPER IMPRESSED AND PLEASED WITH OUR DECISION!! They came early. Materials was delivered a few days before. Dumpster was delivered an hour before crew was here. They arrived and immediately started work on our roof. They were very courteous and professional. We had a whole roof replacement. It took a little over 12 hours with 3 roof workers. My gutters were full of debris due to having pine trees. They cleaned my gutters out which I was not expecting. They did a very nice clean up after finishing. They did a great job on it. I highly recommend Erie Construction. We had a roof installed by Erie construction. We had been experiencing some minor leaks in one of the upstairs bedrooms. Jonathon (the consultant for Erie) was able to get up on the roof and take pictures of other damaged areas that we were not aware of. The crew was out just a few weeks later. They took the old shingles and some damaged wood off and replaced it with the new plywood and shingles. They were done in only 3 days and completely cleared away all the debris from the yard. We are very pleased with the outcome and would recommend.

Scheduled a consultation as a result of Facebook campaign. Went in desiring a tin roof style, but their version of a metal roof was something completely different. What they did offer was a roofing system that would last us longer than anything wed install ourselves. Patrick was thorough in his assessment and sold us into a solution that both we and he felt was appropriate for our house situation.Then nothing for two weeks. We had to call the home office twice asking for an estimated install date. The first time we called on a Friday, we were assured that we would receive contact regarding an installation window. We then called again on the following Wednesday when a pallet of material was dropped off in our driveway; Saturday installation it is. Its not like we had any weekend plans #thankscovid but we still would have appreciated some sort of timeline.Installation day rolls around. The foreman greeted me, let me know this would be an all day job, and gave me his contact information as he was going back and forth throughout the day. Workers couldnt have been more polite and efficient. Quality check and magnetized cleanup all happened before any sign-offs occurred. I have yet to find a nail or roof scrap since the installation.Salesman wasnt pushy, all interactions were professional and courteous, the installers knew what to do and did it well. The only reason this wasnt five stars was due to the communication breakdown in the middle of the process. I would do business with Erie again should a need arise.

Thought we were buying metal roofing, it turned out to be fiberglass. Wasnt told the color I picked out was not available in metal. NOT HAPPY AT ALL! Would not have paid that much for money for poor quality!

We received a quote from Erie as a result of a Facebook campaign. Our salesman, Jonathan, was very professional and very thorough with his inspection and his explanation of his quote. He did a very good job of explaining Erie’s materials and their processes. He made sure that we had a firm understanding before we made any decision. Once my husband and I signed the paperwork it only took about two weeks and they were ready to begin the job. The men that installed our roof showed up on time and were very polite. They put down tarps all around the house to help catch debris from the removal and Installation of the roof. However, after the snow melted we still did find some roofing nails around the home that needed to be picked up, but overall they did a good job. They worked from morning till night and they completed our roof in one day. My husband climbed up on the roof the next morning, walked the entire roof to check for any errors or anything that needed to be addressed, but he found nothing. Everything looked great! Erie’s workers are very efficient and their companies materials are of the highest quality! We couldn’t have been happier with our results!

Chris and Keith were great about explaining my roofing options. Went with the fiberglass option. No high pressure. Worked around my schedule for installation. Installers did a great job on the installation and clean up (only found one roof nail and few pieces of old roofing when trimming some bushes). Completed job in one day. Have had several neighbors comment on what a nice job they did and how nice looks. I agree. So happy I chose to use Erie.

We had Erie put a new roof on our house. The materials showed up with in a couple of weeks of them coming and doing the inspection. With in a couple of days the crew was there to start work. They had the old shingles tore off and reshingled in 2 days. They did pretty well with the clean up. Ive only found a hand full of nails and very little scrap in my bushes.Only issue we had was when they started to shingle the roof they ran out of thermal barrier and put their velt paper down instead. I called Keith the next morning and he came out and had the crew rip off the new shingles to put down the thermal barrier.All in all we are pretty pleased with their work!

Everyone we dealt with was very professional and nice. They will take time to make sure that you have a firm grasp of understanding each step in the process. The materials they use are very well made, high quality. The men that installed our roof were very sweet and hard working lads. They made sure to clean up after themselves pretty good, what with roofing nails and materials taken off. To us, the nails were a concern because we have dogs. We have found a few here and there but all in all they did a good job of patrolling the area for leftover trash/nails.

The men putting it on did an excellent job on tearing the old roof off and tearing the chimney down and replacing damaged plywood. They did an excellent job of reroofing. They did a good job of cleaning up after themselves, putting tarps down and seeing everything was picked up. They were good about taking pictures before and after they started and made sure they caused no damage after they finished. The foil underlayment you think is so great did not reduce heat in our attic. Your advertisement doesnt live up to the product. But as far as the reroofing it is excellent. Had no problem with communication concerning scheduling and installation.

We were idly looking at the specialty metal roofings, and choked at the prices. Then the salesman showed and told us about the 30 year warrantied Fiberglas roofing - much more in our price range! Had a few issues getting the install scheduled - timing problems wit the prior install customer - but finally got er done. Looks a little lumpy right now, but once the sun and a bit of heat hits the shingles, it should look great!The salesman handed us off to Trent to ramrod the project, and Trent has been fabulous! That man has the patience of Job when dealing with a customer who has a million questions!The install crew were quite interesting, but efficient for the most part. We would definitely utilize Erie again!!

Very nice roof, 50 year warranty and looks great. Better than expected.

We went with Erie because we were impressed with the fiberglass roofing system and their inspection revealing improper ventilation. The roofing system included covering the front side of the roof with ice and water shield because of the low pitch. They also put a 3 1/2 ft. strip of the ice and water shield along the edge of the back half of the roof. I understand from talking to an architect that this is standard for commercial property but not for residential. Also, they do not use tarpaper to cover the rest of the decking but use a very tough waterproof film. Although the shingles look like standard asphalt architectural shingles, they have a 100% fiberglass core and are made to withstand 120 mph wind. Hard to tell if this is true so will have to take their word for it unless we get a 120 mph wind. Because of the ventilation problems they had to replace 30 squares (90 sheets) of decking. The workers were efficient and good natured. I did not get other estimates so am not sure about pricing.

They were extremely friendly and easy to work with. We did have a couple of issues and they resolved the issues quickly. I will definitely be using this company for any other work I have done.

We went with the 3D shingles. Cause we didnt think our HOA would allow the metal. And I have to say, this is GREAT PRODUCT! We have had some pretty good storms come through since we had it installed. And not one shingle is out of place. The guys came out installed in a half a days time. And left no trash on the ground. Very impressed with Erie Construction and would suggest them to anyone!

We were in desperate need of a new roof. Salesman spent nearly 4 hours inspecting our old roof and answering all of our questions. Installation took 2 days and the crew was very friendly and professional. Cleaned everything up as if no one had ever been there. The end result is a beautiful roof.

I had Erie come out and replace the flat rubber section of my roof as it was leaking whenever it rained. Everything looked good but today it started raining and I immediately noticed a leak from a new place in the roof. I called them right away and theyre sending a crew out within 2 hours of my call to them to get it looked at and fixed.

We had a few hiccups, but were resolved quickly. Overall we are satisfied with the work. They done a great job cleaning up afterwords. I will recommend eerie to people when they ask. I will also contact them again to do other jobs I need to do to my house.

Did not even get a real estimate. The young man said it would be about 48 thousand dollars. This price was 4 times the other quotes that I had received. The salesman also asked to many non essential personal questions just to be nosey.

The installers were courteous and friendly to us. When the whole job was done, there were no extra hidden costs or surprises that we were unaware of. With Erie Construction, I believe I got what I paid for with my new roof. My wife absolutely loves the way it looks!

They are Terrible!!!! We recently had them put a new roof on our house and not only does it look worse then before but they didn’t cover it up after they tore all the old shingles off. We ended up having water coming into the house due to getting 4 inches of rain! Damaging my front room. Then they just wanted to paint over the water stains not knowing there was already mold growing. Thankfully we have a great insurance company. This company is the worst decision we ever made!! Nothing but lies!

So we are in desperate need of a new roof. We had them come out to do an estimate in November. The estimate came to $33000.00, not a insignificant sum. We said yes. We dont have the greatest credit. The company kept saying to fix this and fix that on our report. Then radio silence, all the time water is still coming into the house. Finally they reached out us in late January. Then told us all you have to do is sign the documents again because too much time had passed. Okay fine. Then they came back and said the finance company wouldnt approve the full amount because of a medical bill that had went to collections since we originally applied. Ok fine. Started working on that. Then they tell us that theyre going to do the job for the amount the finance company is willing to do. I cannot tell you how relieved I was. So much stress melted away knowing our roof was going to be repaired. They cash are down payment and then, radio silence again. I tried to reach out and keep the lines of communication open through this whole process. Then today I go to the mailbox and find a refund check for our down payment. No communication before this. No one had the guts to actually tell us. Thats ok we figured it out. So my recommendation. If you have the means I guess you can go with them. I wouldnt because this shows how well they treat people. My wife and I understand our credit scores arent perfect. However we thought someone was finally giving us a break. So after wasting months on this we are back to square one. So Erie if you want your sign back you can pick it up before at our house by Tuesday after Tuesday you can pick it up at the Vigo county dump.

They are professional when they give an inspection until they get to the price. They quoted me over $102K for a 47 square roof. They then try to pressure you into purchasing the roof. Had to almost force the guy to leave when we said no.

They kept us updated on the roof and we are still waiting on the gutters to be replaced and installed.
