Chris is amazing, helpful and welcoming. Most of the places are booked up until winter so they make sure I get in ASAP which was the next day lol. Their staff are helpful and very respectful. And also they take care of the vehicle and everything thats in it (I asked where was my towing attachments and they showed me where exactly in the truck they put it without second guessing where was it lol). Very professional and prompt. Will be recommending.

So my bumper was looking like it wanted to come off in the front of my car. I came to Premier Collision and they fixed me right up. They repaired it for me quickly and the cost was very reasonable. Tyler and Chris are wonderful and I will definitely use them if I need them again. I also will recommend others of they need a good collision place.

I was very impressed by the professionalism of Premier Collision when I was trying to get a pre-purchase inspection done on an used vehicle. I was able to send in pictures of the vehicle and got an estimate through e-mail for the vehicle. They also lifted the truck up and conducted a rust inspection for free. I ended up not purchasing the vehicle, but I was very thankful and grateful for the professionalism that Premier Collision showed me.

Lies lies lies, all I heard. When my insurance didn’t cover my costs, they said we could work out a payment plan. We talked over everything, and agreed to a certain amount I would have to pay and then I’ll pay the remaining balance when every 2weeks-a month. Every time I called said they were waiting on a part to come in from this state, it finally came in we’re getting right to it, air bag light is on, just any excuse they could use. After 3 months of them holding my car, I decided to get it back and my air bag light was never on. All the parts they said they were ordering from outta state, were from local shops. And I know because he gave me a printed paper on all the parts they were ordering and it told me the places they were getting them from. Bad experience and bad business to lie on the promises made

The owner of Premier collision word is as good as a 30 year Treasury note.I really think it should be named affordable Premier collision. I had an unfortunate accident and at the time didn’t have the time, money, or tools to fix the problem myself. I just so happened to find this place on a whim and they really turned my misfortune around. They hooked me up BIG TIME! If the time ever arrises for my to get anything fixed on my car I will be visiting the nice people at Advanced Collision for any reason.

They go above and beyond and have also helped me tremendously when I needed to get my vehicles in a timely manner. I have referred others to them and will continue to use them if need be. Terrible terrible terrible. I knew I should have taken my car somewhere else when the owner of the shop said it would cost $3,500 to repair my car. Now at this point in time they thought I would be paying for everything out of pocket. When I said I would make an insurance claim, miraculously it only came up to around $1,300. Well, my car basically stayed in the shop for almost three weeks when it should have been one. Whenever I would go to pick up my car, there was literally always something new wrong with it and I would have to go back the next day. This cycle literally repeated for 2 weeks. What’s even worst about this? When I went to pick up my car, my tire light was on. I told one of the owers told me my new tires needed to be adjusted and the light would turn off. I knew better than that, but I was ready to get my car back. Long story short, I’m stuck paying to have a brand new tire repaired that was damaged in their shop and I had to pay to have a wheel alignment because they did it incorrectly. The wheel was not centered at all. Worst shop ever and terrible customer service. Hated it and will never go back.

The people there are very friendly. The service is very good. Very good body work. If you have anything wrong, they will be glad to help. I cant say enough good things about them.

The body work/repairs they did were fine. I was initially told 3 days and it took 5-7. That was not the problem.(Wrong parts came in/wrong color/employee lost or damaged/ blah, blah)They damaged some parts not required for repair while they had it in August of 2016. Long story short, after an immense amount of lies and Ill call you backs, I finally got *all* of the *right* parts. It is July 27, 2017 They are friendly and all, dont get me wrong. But lip service and passing the buck for MONTHS on end is a joke. What. A. Hassle.

Chris and Danny are great. Ive had two vehicles repaired here and both came out looking like nothing had ever happened to them. Both were repaired in compliance with factory specs. One of the vehicles was a 2002 Chrysler 300. Parts were difficult to come by and these guys turned away defective or already damaged parts.No other body shop in Mobile will get my business from now on.

Advanced Collisions is the WORST business in Mobile! Chris and Danny will give you the runaround and take your money knowing the job isnt complete. They are very unprofessional and rude. Even their secretary talks bad about them! So my advice to everyone...... TAKE YOUR CAR SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!! I wouldnt even rate this Poor-Fair but thats the only option! They should have an extremely poor quality option!

Very unprofessional, and they will make any excuse up to tell you about your vehicle. They will drag things out when it’s unnecessary. Not happy with the repairs that were made.

Had work done several years ago and the paint has chipped excessively on the front bumper they repaired (but not at all on the side they didnt touch), the hood is discoloring because it was over buffed when they repainted it after fixing a dent (I asked another body shop why my hood was discolored; they said over-buffing). At the time of the repair they also couldnt figure out how to order the correct part and my repairs were repeatedly delayed. Not impressed.
