The equipment seems okay but I don’t know if maybe the instructor was having a bad day. I know it’s there job to motivate but I didn’t feel like he was encouraging rather he had a belittling tone. From the moment I walked in, it wasn’t a hype you up type of vibe. It was more like he was irritated that I didn’t get the movement’s right away. It’s better to focus on getting form down and work with each individual at there pace until you can build them up to speed to avoid injury. Granted there is an introductory class so maybe you should take that but still no excuse for the attitude.If someone doesn’t get it right away take your time with them. I just didn’t feel a very welcoming vibe from him. The workouts were not bad, I would say at the right pace you can get a good workout. Try it out if you want maybe he just didn’t like my face or something haha.

Amazing coaches and gym. Great location. Im a returning Crossfitter, but this time I also signed up my teenage kids. Working out with family is amazing. Highly recommend this Crossfit.

I love CrossFit storm. I started here in 2013 . Originally this warehouse was located at a different location and then they moved here which is more spacious and accessible for bigger classes. This place is fully equipped with everything I need to focus on my fitness goals. Many rowing machines, assault bikes that burn your legs, kettle bells, barbells, weights, and much more. Coaches are amazing, especially Vicki and Alex. They’re super motivating and professional, they Always take time while explaining movements and also correct you when you’re doing a bad movement.

The coaches are great and very helpful. Pricing is good. Enough equipment for everyone. Been going for three months. Have noticed that Ive lost a bit of weight, gained strength so I say the programming is good.

I was in the area for work and decided to toss in a workout. the box was right around the corner from my hotel. I have been doing CrossFit for many years and have had the pleasure to visit many locations around the world. CrossFit Storm has proven to be one of the best that I have seen while on the road. They had a great structure and were very welcoming.Thanks for your hospitality! I look forward to returning.

Love this fitness center. You would not think a world class facility. Staff is great and friendly. Classes are terrific.

Did a drop in the other and send an email first, to which I received a quick and friendly response. Did the 5:30 am class on the coach was very friendly and helpful. Liked that the warm and stretching was really focused on the squat cleans we were going to do. A shame they were out of their t-shirts as they looked really cool, but will be back and pick one up the next time.

The trainers really motivate you to do your best and genuinely care about you becoming better. The staff is top notch.

First day today and also first time doing crossfit, they were nice and friendly, helped me to get started and showed me what to do and the coach was always making sure we were doing the right way to avoid any Type of injury.I felt very comfortable. Going back tomorrow for day 2 ;)

Great team work

I Was in Miramar Florida for a week on a training seminar. Decided to do a drop in at crossFit storm it was a great decision . What was going to be a one-day drop in turn out to be a whole week. I enjoyed my time there great program, great trainers and the people were awesome. I will return😃

I just love this place I started months ago but I didn’t make it cos my jobs but I’m starting again with all the passion and spirit !!! Once you start with Crossfit you never quit !!! And this place is so warm you feel like you are home !!! Great coaches !! Good music !! Awesome team work !!!

Best crossfit box around town!!! Ive tried ALL the different major gyms and membership and none worked for me. I tried crossfit storm on a 1 month discounted trial and Ive never looked back. The workouts never get boring and no matter what your fitness level or age, the staff does a very good job of making everyone feel like their welcome and not isolated. Great down to earth knowledgeable coaches who are very personable and approachable. Crossfit is now my thing! It did for me what gyms could not do...kept me interested and wanting to go back for more.

Feeling good about the WODs these past few weeks. Thank you to the Crossfit Storm coaches for making it an enjoyable and motivating experience. Anyone in the Miramar, Pembroke Pines area looking for a place that makes you feel welcomed and pushes you to your goal, check out Crossfit Storm off of Miramar Parkway! This is a genuine post because I truly enjoy working out there and I I love how welcoming the coaches and the box family are.

From the moment my husband and I stepped into Crossfit Storm, about a year ago, we felt welcomed, supported, and loved from the staff and members. There is such a positive atmosphere! The coaches take their time in explaining all the movements before the WOD. The coaches definitely pushed us to our potential where we actually competed in our first competition. Theres definitely enough equipment for everyone who take the class and those who go to open gym. Crossfit Storm is not just a gym, its literally a family. I recommend this gym to anyone! Whether youre new to crossfit or an expert. Weve definitely created some long-term friendships!!
