Dude, this place was bad- like really bad. I’m pretty easy going and have been here a handful of times for pedicures (not bad, not the best.)Today I went in for a fill for a specific request. The woman doing my nails was rough and moved fast. A lot of mistakes were made. Acrylic gel on my skin, not all previous color removed before fill, and she roughly removed two nails making one of them bleed. Filing is uneven, nail polish on skin and they look lumpy.My biggest issue with this place is the cleanliness. The health department should be paying them a visit. Not once did I witness any sanitation measures. Equipment such as nail files and buffers had been used on previous clients. Flies everywhere. Just gross.I won’t be back.

The ladies made me feel like home and apologized for the short wait time. They are wonderful people who make sure you get what you want!

For the price, this place is fine. I will go back just because it’s by my house and the other places by my house have done an equally poor job ... perhaps if I build a relationship with them, they will do better. Immediately after my appointment, I could see bubbles and what looks to be separation of the paint in one nail. I could tell while she was doing my nailed this wasn’t going to be a good job... she didn’t even remove the clear base coat that I had on my nails fully prior to starting and she had already begun before I could say anything... The photos added are the day after and I can already tell that my pointer finger is going to start flaking off shortly😒I am really going to try hard to make these last a week but I doubt they will.

Ive been here a several times in the past several months (much more often pre-covid), but recently visits have been of poor quality. Of late my fills have been painful due to excessive drilling/buffing which has burned my skin/nails. I was literally there yesterday for a fill because Im heading out for vacation, and already my nail has chipped. One day? Not worth $95. At. All. Will find new salon upon return.

We had a great experience here! This was admittedly only my second time at a nail salon; we came here as a follow-up birthday celebration, and I was happy I did.The staff were very kind and attentive, and the service was fantastic. The massage chairs worked well and added a nice touch. Prices were reasonable, posted on the board at the entrance and on the selection chart.When we arrived, there were already a few people getting various services rendered, but I did not feel unsafe and I feel that the salon did a great job of providing a safe space, checking temperatures for everyone who arrived and requiring masks (which everyone complied with).I would definitely recommend this place to anyone who is interested in the services they provide!

Great service and reasonable prices! The staff was friendly, available for walk ins or appointments. Covid19 guidelines were clearly being followed with guests and staff wearing masks, temperature checks, social distancing, frequent cleaning, and all products used were single use.I got a deluxe pedicure with my significant other for my birthday (get the deluxe, totally worth it!). We felt safe and the experience was great. They also painted my boyfriends toenails and were just as excited as we were about it! A previous salon we went to wouldnt paint his nails even though he picked out a color, so I was glad the experience was good this time!

I very much enjoyed my mani/pedi here. The staff were very nice. I upgraded to the deluxe pedicure and I loved it. It really made me feel pampered. They also did a lovely job on my nails and had a wonderful color selection.

My boyfriend and I had pedicures here this morning and decided to go deluxe and it was amazing! Well worth it! $30 for the basic though if youre wondering, I wasnt able to find the prices anywhere but inside. 👍

Been coming here for years, staff is very attentive and friendly. Very experienced and clean. Gives great communication and results! I would highly recommend this place over any other nail shop in the cities!!

Ive gone her a couple times before and had great service. This time I had a lady do a fill and pedicure. She ripped the side of my toenails off so much skin that I now have huge wounds on both sides of BOTH of my big toes. I could barely wear shoes today as I am in so much pain.And then when I got my fill she was so rough AND My nails are different lengths! very bad experience

Every time I have come in here, they’ve treated their Black customers poorly. I arrived at the shop when there was no line, and they let two other customers who arrived at least 30 minutes after me go before me, even though those customers explicitly stated that they did not have appointments. I asked multiple times when they could service me and was ignored or told to go sit in the waiting area, even though I was helping my mom describe what service she wanted. When my mom asked for gel color options, the nail tech told me to go find a green basket of nails options and became rude when I came back and said I couldn’t find it where she’d told me to look. The last time I was here, an employee made me pay before the service was complete because she “didn’t want problems at the end.” No other non-black customers were treated like this on all of these occasions. One instance of unfair treatment might not be based in racial bias, but numerous instances of prejudiced/unfair treatment solely for Black customers shows a pattern. Very disappointed. Find another salon…there are many to choose from in the area.

Love this place! Affordable and quality work!

My technician spent an incredible amount of time making sure my coffin shaped nails blended well with my weirdly wide fingers. She worked on them for over an hour and i just feel so absolutely fabulous every time i see my hands. I went in for a full gel set expecting a much higher price tag and when i heard $45 i was shocked. Its going to take alot to make me go somewhere else to get my nails done.

I have enjoyed coming here! I have been here three times and everyone is so nice. I also feel heard. I enjoy my time there!

Great experience! Nail tech Janny S.was amazing! Her attention to detail was impeccable; checked nails at multiple angles when shaping and was gentle with dremel tool. She made sure to ask if I was happy with the shape and length. Great customer service with the service provided and conversation. Price was perfect for full set acrylic and gel polish. I would definitely return to this business and recommend to others. Also, its nice that they are open on Sundays.

It’s filthy in there. They don’t clean their stations in between clients. They are also always overbooked but still tell you they can take you and then you end up waiting thirty minutes.

I was happy with the quality of the gel manicure I had done (shaping, filing, cuticle trimming), but I chose a color changing gel polish, and the actual colors are VERY different than shown on the sample and the bottle itself. I think the polish must be old and faded. I mentioned this during the appointment, but the worker did not understand me as she did not speak much English, and just moved on. I didn’t push it very hard and didn’t tell an additional worker about it so that part is on me, but I was disappointed the color was so faded and different than the sample and bottle.

Extremely unhappy with the service at this salon. My sister and i went in for pedicures and I needed a fill. The pedicure was standard. There were just a handful of customers in the shop and it really seemed that the nail salon technicians didnt understand enough english to fulfill the wants of their customers. During my fill, i asked many times for her to clip off any lifted acrylic and clean up all the edges she ignored me and just put nail glue over the lifted areas and you could visibly see the dirty parts that needed to be removed. She also left red color still on some of my nails and you can still see it through the new color. She also didnt use enough powder to cover all the edges snd now, just 4 days later, my nails look horrible. In addition, she charged an extra $10 for gel.. The color looks bumpy and my nails look dirty. This shop needs to step it up. Very disappointed.

Don’t waste your time for the dip. Nails are so inconsistent. Got knicked too. Pedicure was decent at best. I couldn’t even relax, was having to watch the whole time because she would only point at the foot that she wanted me to put up. Massage was weak. Polish looks bad on both. So embarrassed. Definitely not worth the $100.

Thank goodness they remodeled. They also started using liners in the pedicure stations. The pedicure chairs are old, but give a better massage than the newer versions. Last time I came here I would have given it two stars, but I will definitely be coming back now.

I have been going here for over two years and I have always had a warm welcome and amazing service. Jennifer is one of my favorite nail techs and is a magician with nail designs. Everyone there is kind and has great attention to detail.

Even though my nails are okay (few minor spots on the ends), I felt very awkward here.. My manicurist Jennifer asked me 4 times if I wanted to get my eyebrows waxed after I told her no the first time. This is highly unprofessional even if the clients need it..They also lied about my debit card not working so I had to use my credit card and got charged the surcharge. I checked my bank account immediately and it was not declined. I will not be coming back.

My aunt and i always come here, and they do a great job. If you do a mani pedi at the same time you save on the overall cost.

I almost never leave reviews but I was very impressed yesterday with the service given. The staff not only was friendly but took extra time to fix mistakes done by another shop and made sure I was happy with my nails before leaving. Will definitely be back!

Got a pedicure here today as well as a full acrylic nail set. Loved how patient they were with how difficult what I wanted was. Loved the pedicure process was over all great. Thank you!

Their pedicures are great! Super professional and very relaxing. The foot massage was so good that I almost fell asleep. Ive been here a few times and cant complain. Theyre a hidden gem in the area. Plus they were able to accommodate a group of us the day before Christmas Eve.

My new go-to nail spot! Ive been going here every couple of weeks for about 8 months now. I get a full set with gel polish. Ive worked with 3-4 different ladies and they are all very sweet, and are super gentle! Ive never been hurt here, which is unfortunately a common occurrence at other shops Ive gone to. Highly recommend, great pricing as well!

It was terrible for me. The technician RUSHED through my gel mani/pedi. She only spent 40-45 minutes on ALL of it. Hurry, hurry, hurry!! I was looking forward to a relaxing, much deserved and long overdue pampering. Half-a**ed is my best description.However I still paid full price, of course. I will not go back.

Terrible experience overall. I went into the salon with my two daughters, but I was the only one who got a decent pedicure. When we left, we noticed there was sloppy nail polish all over one of my daughters toes and nail polish only covering the middle of her nails. My other daughters toenails were cut down to little nubbins. Also sloppy job that didnt cover the edges. The employees rushed through the whole appointment. We asked for manicures AND pedicures but they only did the pedicures and walked away. After we reminded them, they said we never asked for manicures and acted like they didnt want to do it anyway. After we left we all laughed at how bad everyones toes looked and were grateful we didnt get manicures after all. They gave US a job to do, haha. Never returning. But good times if you want comic relief? Thanks to my 11-year-old for writing the review :)

Not a fan. Needed a quick fix over lunch and this was close so I tried it and wont be going back. Customer service was sub-par, was barely greeted upon entrance, the lady who did my nails didnt speak 1 word to me the entire time, just rushed through my nails and as soon as I went to dry my nails she was nowhere to be seen the rest of my visit.The place was messy, shower curtains separated the pedicure chairs and the vibe was not relaxing at all.I will say that there was one lady {not sure of her name} that worked there that seemed friendly and well-liked but unfortunately she was with other customers... on to the next salon.

The attention to detail and care these women put into mania, pedis, gels keeps me coming back

I wanted to like this place. It was calm and relaxing..at first. I got a Mani/Pedi. She asked if I wanted my toenails cut and I said yes but explained that I am prone to ingrown nails on one toe if its cut too short. Next thing I know, shes yanking and cutting the side of my nail. I was in so much pain I asked her to stop and she said she had to finish. Visually, I could see why so I stupidly let her continue. It has been 3.5 days and my toe is swollen and painful. I cant even put on regular shoes. Basically, I CANNOT EVEN WALK OUTSIDE DUE TO THE PAIN. On top of that, my nails are filed all raggedly, she used her nails to push down my cuticles and the paint is already chipping off. NEVER AGAIN!

Janny is an experienced nail tech. Not only does she do a great job on my pedicure, she is working on my toe nails to correct some issues Ive had for years where the nails didnt reattach correctly after an infection under the nail.

This has been my Go To pedi place for 7+ years. Its a Mom and Pop type place, not fancy but VERY nice operators. I have 1 ingrown toenail and they are the only place Ive found that will ask about it and take the time to get it out. Which feels great after. Plus its next door to Tea Source so I head there first, grab and iced tea an a cookie and relax and have my pedi.

Blood was spilled. This is my second pedicure and while she did a nice job on the toes, she cut my heel open using the dead skin grater. She wasnt really paying attention and kept rubbing the grater so the blades would slice, instead of grating the dead skin off. She knew she did it because she immediately put my foot in the water and left it there. I felt the pain, but wasnt sure until I got home and found blood on my heel. So in the future, please pay more attention with using sharp instruments. I had a 12 pm appointment and we didnt really get started until at least 12:20.

Don’t go here. The lady working on my nails did not paint my full nails because she was rushing. I told her and she applied a third coat which was sloppy and looked bad even at the time. Then after three hours of being super careful it still smudged because it was so many layers it never dried. Never going here again.

PLEASE DO NOT GO HERE.... Had an appointment at 1 yesterday for 2 mani/pedis and went in 10 minutes early and didnt get started until 1:30. No big deal, but since it was my sister and I both getting Mani/Pedis youd think we would be there for ATLEAST an hour once it started... Nope we were both done by 2:15. The same older lady did both of our gel manicures in about 20 minutes. Most people who get gel manicures knows it takes longer than 10 minutes to do a professional gel manicure. The paint job is so sloppy and it looks like I did it at home. I can tell how horrible my pedicure paint job is too from standing up and if you can tell a pedicure is bad from that far away then its pretty freaking bad. I dont know if this is how they do their services for people who are not regulars or what because the other reviews from non regulars had the same issue. If you are not a regular stay away 🙅🏽🙅🏽🙅🏽 It only had decent reviews because of their regulars. And as far as the salon goes, it is trash. One of the grossest salons I have ever been to.

They got me in same day, within an hour. I got a basic manicure and gel removal. The manicure was okay, some nails were left crooked but the price is right. Id go back in a pinch
