The owner is very polite. She also does eye lashes at an affordable price!!

I have frequented this establishment many years.Nobody in the Twin Cities gives pedicures like CT nails! And if you really want some eyelashes you better see the co-owner Miss Tran she does an exceptional job!

First of all they are very nice and,accommodating,clean people. They will actually pamper your feets lol and I love it so much...I enjoyed my stay and they did a very good job tho. I definitely recommend this store go check it out and thank me later guys.

I requested a GEL manicure, they gave me acrylic - which Im allergic to & told her so. Instead of removing, she filed down & put gel powder OVER it! Nails are poorly shaped and Super Thick. When I requested she reconsider charging me full price, said shed fixed. She did not & charged $50. This is unacceptable & poor service.

Best nails Ive ever received. Nails perfectly shaped. They want to please, and I like shopping locally. I highly recommend.

HORRIBLE ! I Just Got My Nails Done Yesterday, Well Last Night My Nail Got Cracked, I Had To Shape Them Myself, This Shop Is The WORST At Nails, I Liked My Feet But I Would NEVER GO BACK !

This place was absolutely HORRIBLE!! i came in for two nail fixes, the color was not the one that matched, the nails that were fixed were super bulky and did not even match the length, size, or shape of all my other nails. ALSO, when i was in the process of drying the polish, MIND YOU I TURNED THE DRYER ON THREE TIMES TO MAKE SURE THEY WERE DRY.... they smeared right away. they man was very rude and was rushing me to pay for the nail fixes. i will NEVER be returning to this nail shop again... worst experience I have ever had with getting my nails done/fixed!!!!!

Is this a joke!!! I will give a place a second chance. I was in the area and needed a fill. I am not happy with the nail job at this place x2. I havent been cut in twenty years. My finger were bleeding. Then swollen afterwards. I just only imagine how many other people she have cut and spreading germs and infection. 2nd time, I tried someone else in the shop and it was 6pm on Saturday and my shop I usually go to was closing soon. My fill was a hot mess!! I was so embarrassed to show them to anyone. I wish I had a pair of gloves to cover them up when I left!!!! It wasnt smooth, not enough fill or polish on them. It wasnt that fresh new look like it was just done . It looked like I had them done by a three yr old. I can see where my nail had grown out. He knew the nails was not smooth because he said it and tried to fix it. He just applied little acrylic and the nail had a hump. It wasnt shaped. OH WOW, The painting was terrible!!!!!!!!!. The paint was pass my nail bed and on my fingers. I should had more polish on them . My 8 year old niece can paint better than him!!! I will stick with U2 Nails in the city, or Jae Nails in Eden Prairie. These places do a great job.

Theh were okay, they kept making me switch between people becuase they were understaffed, the color doesmt really math what I asked for but it was still pretty, the gel nail polish goes past my nails a bit, but the worst part was they violently filed my nails i kept looking over to my friend with my face scrunched in pain she wasnt even looking at my hand when she did it. need to be gentler i was afraid my new acrylics were gonna rip off.

Asked for a gel manicure, they literally just changed my color of my nails. Didnt cut my cuticles, didnt put oil on my cuticles after, and nail polish over my nails. They charged me 27 dollars to change my color! The ladys station wasnt even clean, nails from the last customer were all over the little table (GROSS).

Theyve no loyalty, money come first to them. Ive been going to CT nails for 6 years, the only time I came back because my nails got messed up as it wasnt done right from the start, they wanted me to repay to change the messed up color they used in the first place. I cant go to this place again! They got very rude with me. No good customer service and no respect.

Worst service ever! The nail tech messed up my nails so bad the paint was on my cuticles, nails were filed uneven, then when I said something about it the lady acted like she couldn’t understand me.

I hate writing this but I have been getting my nails done on a regular basis for the past 7 years and this is the worst experience Ive ever had. This was my first and only time that I will go to Ct Nails. My french manicure is terrible/uneven, fingers are cut, took a long time (1 1/2 hours), overpriced (charged $10 more than my last three places that I went to) and didnt offer a discount or apologize when I said I wasnt happy. I will not go to Ct Nails again.
