I’ve been so impressed with Little Luxuries every time I’ve visited! Their COVID safety measures and general standard of cleanliness make me feel safe in their hands, and they do a super thorough job on your nails. I got this gel manicure almost 3 weeks before taking the photo and they held up in mint condition, even after two weeks of swimming in the ocean. I only got them redone because my nails had grown out. Can’t recommend them highly enough!

I brought my sister to get our nails done at a salon for the first time. Our nails were beautiful and we were ecstatic with the work! Unfortunately for my sister, at the two week mark, all but one nail popped off like a press on nail. The entire acrylic. There are a lot of factors that couldve come into play here (nail tech application, nail bed, product, etc.), so I wont place any blame. However, for the price I expected the nails to last at least two weeks, not up to two weeks. Jelly did my nails and mine held strong with no breaking or lifting for over three weeks.I went in for a fill and asked for nail art, almond shape, with length between short and medium. I didnt bring my sister since it didnt work out the first time. The nail tech trimmed my nails down to my desired length and I told her thats where I want the tip of the nail. It seems she struggled with the shape because she kept filing and filing so my nails were a lot shorter than I asked for. When she finished filing one hand they were all different lengths. Once filed down you cant add back length so I just asked her to at least match the shortest one.On top of taking off too much length, my nail lengths are mismatched between fingers. 2.5 hours into the 3 hour appointment we were finally ready to move on to polish. At this point Im pretty upset and want to just leave with no polish, but my nails were half clear/half nude color and I wanted my nails to at least look presentable. I just asked for a white polish so I could quickly leave, however the polish looks lumpy and I can see darker spots on the nails where there are dips in the uneven application (can be seen in the picture). Im so unhappy and shouldve just trusted my gut to leave earlier.Overall, I wouldnt come back to this salon since we had 2/3 disappointing experiences.

I have had concerns before my initial appointment on getting acrylics and which suited me best, as a hairstylist, and everybody has answered my concerns and assured me in the best way possible! For both sets, I went with hard gel acrylics (2ND appointment was a fill) and after this, Ill have to say, im never doing regular acrylics! It is light and so natural, Tang did an amazing job on my nails, including the nail art! My starry nails had so many compliments and lasted for so long! Tang definitely made my experience wonderful. She is easy to talk to and is just wonderful. If I wasnt moving, she would be my go-to nail girl after this experience! Please let her take care of you! You wont regret it!

First, I’d like to say that they have great customer service apart from the person who actually did my nails everyone was pleasant and you can tell the managers care about good customer service. I really wanted to like this place because it’s so beautiful inside but my nails took forever for a simple design. She did it and re did it sooo many times I just wanted to pay and leave but I didn’t want to be rude. I don’t think the nail tech that did my nails was experienced in doing nails at all. I felt bad for her you could see she was getting very frustrated. Also my polish chipped on one of nails. They do offer a free repaint within a 3 day period but I don’t think it worth it. Personally not the best nail experience in terms of skill and outcome. But I will say they do have better customer service than most nail salons.

I absolutely loved my first experience here! I was able to squeeze a last minute gel manicure in with Elizabeth. I had a couple of tears in my nails and she did such a wonderful job securing them and making them feel stronger with structured gel. They look and feel amazing now! Thank you!

Love love love this place! If you need a nail place in the twin cities this is an EXCELLENT choice, the techs are so friendly and skilled and the space is so pretty, you truly feel pampered. Little Luxuries is the best nail salon in Uptown, Minneapolis! They have the most talented nail artists that can do ANY nail designs you dream of. They offer the best acrylic and hard gel nails and even offer press-on nails! I’ve gotten my nails done here (and only here) because of their top-quality services. I highly recommend! 😊

First, I was told the appointment would take an hour, and it took almost 2.5 hours, and as a result I missed another appointment that I couldn’t reschedule. Second, I was forced to buy a LACE mask because I didn’t come in with one and would have forfeited my down payment. I would have been fine purchasing the mask for health purposes BUT FOR the fact that it’s LACE and didn’t perform the function it was intended to protect. Third, my nails are still badly damaged from the simple manicure/pedicure. The person doing the nails scratched them terribly and they’ve been frail every since. Worst salon experience of my life, I’m just sticking to professional salons like Aveda moving forward.

I had the best experience going to little luxuries nail salon in Minneapolis! First the place was very clean which is a top priority of mine when getting my nails done. I came in to the shop twice when they were offering a discounted service. I’d been following the shop for quite awhile on social media. I love the work they do and I think it’s fantastic that Amy offers training to new nail techs. The ladies that worked on me were great, but still in training so I won’t knock their skill levels. The shop is beautiful, clean and feels safe. I gave birth to my son while I had a set from LL so those nails are forever apart of memories in photos. I’ll definitely return!

Love coming here. I do the hard gel, and its become a ritual for me. The girls are always fun. I usually see Jelly but recently had to use Tang and shes been awesome. Highly recommend to anyone looking to get there nails done or find their new spot.

My initial review of this place was amazing. However, after having LL manicure my natural nails and finish them with gel polish, the polish started to crack on 8 out of 10 of my nails. Also, most of my nails were weak and started to break. I have very strong nails and healthy nail bed. I have NEVER had this issue in the past, only after having my nails done here. I was very upset.The reason I tried this place was that my usual nail salon was extremely busy and I wanted my nails done right away. However, after this experience, I went back to the folks who normally do my nails.LL should stick to doing fake nails, because they don’t take good care of natural ones. Also, after reading many of their responses to negative reviews, they seem to need help with knowing how to respond professionally to customers. Again, I’ve been getting gel polish for years now, and this is the FIRST TIME I’ve ever had this problem.Based on my experience, I’ve concluded that LL seems to be able to make nails look beautiful, but they are not skilled at properly caring for nails so that they are healthy. They DO have very beautiful polish colors to choose from - some of the prettiest ones I’ve seen. Also, their salon is beautiful, clean, and relaxing. The customer service is great, too! Hope this helps those who are looking for a nail salon.

I have been coming to LL for over 2 years now, and every time I am blown away by the skills of the staff. Today I came in for a manicure of my natural nails and wasn’t too excited since I prefer full sets… but my nails tech Linda Yang made me a believer that short nails can be beautiful! I went there for the 1st time a couple days ago and was blown away by how great of an experience it was. They have strict COVID protocols (temp checks/masks/wash hands immediately). I got a gel manicure (with Melody V.) and was super pleased with how my nails came out. Environment is beautiful and luxurious. Will definitely been returning for all future mani/pedis.

I’ve come here for about the last 2 years now and my favorite nail techs are Jelly and Tang. They do amazing work and are super friendly. All the work they do at Little Luxuries is amazing and I won’t go anywhere else. Now the reason for the 3 stars is because I went in today and I was pretty bummed at how rough the nail tech was (I won’t name who, Little Luxuries should be able to see who it was based on my appointment). This wasn’t the first time I had her or the first time I had gotten a cut from her. I know accidents happen but it’s painful. I also only rated the shop 3 stars due to the fact that sometimes my appointments start 10-15 mins late. I usually wouldn’t mind because things happen but the shop does require a deposit that you lose if you are more than 15 mins late to your appointment.

The decor is amazing. I am right at home as soon as I walked in. I had given up on getting good pedicures Bc majority of the places I been to didnt do a “great” job, but Maya changed my mind today!! She did an amazing job and was even creative w the bling!!!

Sheng was the nail tech that provided me the service and she did an amazing job with my pedi! The shaping, to applying the color on my toes, she did it with ease and not once was I uncomfortable. It was one of the quickest times I’ve spent at any nail salon, but left very satisfied! It was my first time at LL, also. I will be coming back again for sure!

She had great suggestions, explained every step she was taking, explained every product she was using and why, it was wonderful. This was probably the best experience I have ever had getting my nails done. My nail tech was Jelly and I feel like she listened to what I wanted and even though I used the wrong description (I requested rounded square, but what I was describing was squoval) she was able to give me the exact shape I wanted. When I requested the nails to be shorter, she actually made them shorter! She was a great conversationalist, as well. It seriously was one of the best nail experiences to date. Thank you, Jelly!!

Good location in Uptown. Very nicely staged salon. However, I did not have a good experience.. I had an appointment at open and I arrived 15-20 mins before my appointment and was asked by the host- I had to wait outside or in my car since they had a “private event”/photoshoot going on. So be advised there is no waiting area for salon costumers as the owner and staff host “private events” as they please. Also, new clients get set up with new techs- meaning services rendered may be limited and/or take longer than usual. Never have I ever been to a nail salon where they do not have massage chairs. Quite disappointing for the pedicure experience. Specially for a salon this overpriced in Uptown, Minneapolis.

My pedi from Maya is fantastic, needed some relaxation and Maya did an immaculate job. I was on the fence about choosing a bold summer color and she gave me the confidence I needed to go for it. I love my neon yellow toes !! Definitely coming back in the future.

This is definitely my go-to nail salon when I want me time, a pamper day, have big events to attend and when I went to bring friends and family along. I know the team will always take care of each and every single one of their clients and they are 100% honest about everything you ask them. The team is always onboard with the trend and definitely have a passionate team who strives for the best. I have been coming to Jelly for nearly 2 years and EVERY SINGLE TIME she delivers. I refuse to visit another shop, nothing competes with the detail, professionalism, and ambiance of this place. For reference I received a: long, coffin shaped, deep French manicure and I am in love.

I received an acrylic color full set. They were very detail oriented and made sure I was happy with everything. They asked how I like certain things and made sure I was completely satisfied. It came out just how I wanted and even better than I was already expecting! There is no question that they deserved 5 stars. On top of all of that the customer service and friendliness was amazing.

I just moved into town from Southern California and I’ve been on a hunt for a nail salon. I googled high rating places around my area and bumped into this place. For starters, everyone seems pretty friendly. I really wanted to love this place, but I just do not like that a pedicure service takes over an hour. I paid extra to get a massage and that must’ve lasted no longer than 3-4 minutes. My one color, solid polishing took 40 minutes (?????) like what? I arrived at 11:55. It’s now 1:16 and she’s finally applying the top coat. Not worth it. I wish she would’ve taken this long on my cuticles and calluses removal.BUT if you’re a perfectionist and doesn’t mind someone taking extra care of the polish step of the pedicure than this is you’re spot! (:

Made appointments online for my husband and I with ease. Parking is available in a pay lot behind the location. The location is beautiful and luxe, not your typical nail salon. The polish color selection is impressive! The staff has excellent safety measures in place and the location is very clean. We received wonderful, relaxing pedicures. Customer service was impeccable and we left feeling relaxed and rejuvenated. We will definitely return!My only critique: the pedicure chairs could be more comfortable. I definitely missed the standard massage chair.

Tonya was so sweet! She made me feel so relaxed, everyone was so kind there. They made my feet feel amazing and the chairs there are so comfortable. The purple and pink colors in there made me feel like a princess. I wanted to stay there forever. The pedicure I got that comes with everything including hot stones was a great value for only 65.... I will be visiting them every time I come to Minnesota from now on

Going to Little Luxuries is the complete nail experience, and so much more! The quality, care and creative of their nail artists is unmatched. My nails stay so healthy and I always leave so happy. Ive made appointments with multiple nail artists at LL and changed up my nails from basic to extra, and I never leave disappointed. Great service but.. I went in for a full set and a pedicure. I just got a solid color on each nail and an easy 2 line design on 2 nails for my full set... 4.5 hours!!! Loved my services but not for over $200 and 4 and a half hours of my time plus parking. They also made me bleed thanks to cutting my cuticles way too short.I previously rated you 3 stars but after the sideways comments and lack of communication on time frame (let alone you posted the entirety of my bill) - 1 star. I’m going to admit I was a bit nervous to get my pedicure, as a plus size woman this is always a fear. I was welcomed and made comfortable. The pedicure was AMAZING! But what really made this a great experience was the friendliness of my pedicurist. I had a great experience and would highly recommend!

This place is so cute and clean. Tang was my specialist I did the luxury gel manicure and ultimate pedicure (I also added the gel polish for my toes). I love love love promptness and that’s exactly that they provide. My appointment was on time, the environment wasn’t extremely loud and no extra people running around (but I also went at 10:30am) it was a real chill vibe. Definitely will be coming back for an ultimate me day before I leave Minnesota

I recently had a full set and pedi done at LL. It’s by far the best experience I’ve had yet. Such quality work and artistry. I had Tang for my nail tech and she did an amazing job on the design I requested for. I recommend her! She will not disappoint.As for the facility, I appreciate they took the extra health and safety measure to limit people in salon by appointments only, and checked our temperature on arrival along with hand washing. The staff were very kind and welcoming, making sure we were comfortable. I will come back for sure!

I have been coming to little luxuries nail Lounge for a couple months now and I have not been disappointed not once they’re so welcoming they don’t make you feel uncomfortable or unwanted like other salons I’ve been too have made me feel I never feel rushed or like they don’t have time they’re so nice and the owner Amy is so attentive to every customer coming in. Sarah my nail tech always takes her time to get my nails done just how I like them And make sure I’m 100% satisfied. My daughter went for her appointment to get a full luxury pedicure and full set nails.Then the manager told her she didnt have time to do it but can give her a mini luxury pedi instead. Manager didnt have time to do my daughters nail but had time to sit and do her own nails. And then everyone suddenly has time when a celebrity or famous person walks in. The owner needs to sit down and have a serious chat with the manager and workers there. All customers should be treated equally. Just because were not famous or family dont mean we get treated less. Not coming back and word of mouth to others.

I loved the design of my set, but the acrylics were really thick, with in 4-5 days my nails just started falling off, and the paint started chipping and peeling. I spend $140 on a acrylic set that lasted me one week. I’ve spent $40 on nails and gotten much better quality, and they lasted 3+ weeks. When I reached out to their Instagram I was left in seen for hours, then when I sent a photo of my broken nails I they never respond d. Their Instagram looks great and the salon was pretty, but quality genuinely sucked. I was so disappointed in quality & customer service. I wouldn’t recommend it this place.

Super clean and beautiful inside, staff is very kind. I suggest calling to set up your appointment, because I set mine up online and it was a frustrating experience. I made the wrong type of appointment and therefore was not able to get the nail services I was hoping for ((MY FAULT THOUGH, not theirs )).

This nail salon is so beautiful and well organized. My nails were all shaped in detail and all my nails looked so uniform! Definitely going back!

First of all, I felt like a queen in this place, the vibe is perfect. The staff had a great system in place. My nail artist was so talented and kind. The design I wanted came out perfect too!I’m ready for my next appointment!!!!

I have been going to Little luxuries since its opened. I love the staff, beautiful salon, they have light snacks & refreshments. They accept credit/debit or cash. You can earn services on a punch card, you have to use cash though. I see some comments based on price but you do get what you pay for: a friendly staff, beautiful & clean salon, great nail artists, & quality nails. The owner Amy is amazing, you can go to any person on her staff & get the same great results. Ive never had to worry about booking with a specific nail tech because they all do a great job! Manis, Pedis, full sets, you name it. They have a little retail area where you can buy lashes, nail products, etc. This whole place is a mood, clean, great music, great service. Parking is available on metered street or there is a parking lot next to the building.

Wonderfully calm environment! Everyone was great to work with! Tania was so wonderful. Friendly and sweet and my pedi is lovely! Highly recommend!

You have to pay for parking and finding a spot is terrible, they nickel and dime you for everything (nail length, nail shape, extra bonding polish if your nail lifts), they make you pay a deposit and if you’re more than 15 min late they keep your deposit and make you pay full price (mind you did I say it’s hard to find parking). They have their windows boarded up definitely not a spa like experience. By the time you park and get in you’re exhausted! They need to do better.

This is easily our favorite nail spa in the Twin Cities. The staff is very warm and friendly while still enforcing safe COVID measures. I always love working with Tang. She has done a beautiful job every time with very high attention to detail.

Got my nails done, it was definitely pricy but it was worth it! Most beautiful nails I’ve ever had and Na was super patient with me. I came in there not really knowing what I wanted but she helped me figure it out and answered all of my questions. They were very upfront about the price and how much each addition I wanted would cost. I don’t believe I would have any problem staying within a certain budget here either. All in all a great experience

This was my first time at Little Luxuries and I loved it. They were on time, and super clean. My nail tech made sure that I got everything I wanted from shape, length, color, and style. She made sure to ask me lots of questions in order to keep me in the loop on the process (i.e. is this color too sheer, how is the length/shape, this type of nail is extra $$ etc) and I appreciated being in the know of everything going on. These are definitely my favorite nails I’ve ever gotten and will be back for sure!! :) thank you

I really enjoyed my experience. My nail technician, Na, was super friendly, outgoing, and made me feel very comfortable. She told me what to expect and walked me through each step. I would definitely recommend this place!
