Nails started coming off at day 4. Super uneven shaping. Bubbles and texture under the polish. Got a matte finish. And it didnt even cover all of the polish so parts still have a gloss finish

There is polish all over my fingers, the nails are rough around the edges, there’s lots of texture on the nails (they don’t look smooth). They didn’t take care of my cuticles at all. Only one person knows how to do any designs. They were rushed and paid no attention to detail. I also got my toes done and they look like I could’ve painted them at home. I won’t be coming back. Save your money. Go somewhere else

First pedi since pandemic started and my feet were in rough shape. Was able to get walk-in appointment. The man who did my service was very thorough and my feet look great! Will definitely come back!

WARNING CHEAP CHEAP CHEAP !💙Went here for the first time because a friend of mines told me they were affordable but the nails were bulky and broke off only two days after coming and ironically I was definitely overcharged 154 dollars for cheap nails, I returned a second time to try to give them the benefit of the doubt but again I was charged over 100 dollars for a “pedicure”… that only lasted a few days I was told I can’t get my money back because it’s “been processed” even though I paid via cash app so if you’re looking to have raunchy disappointing nails this is definitely the place for you 💙

This is my favorite nail shop. Always friendly and have lots of options for gel. This is a small family business of color and they take care of you. Very clean and with the new Covid rules they take all precautions bro make you feel safe.

I had acrylics removed and got gel polish on my natural nails instead - and they turned out fantastic! Price seemed very reasonable, friendly service, and a manicure I’m thrilled with. Will definitely be coming here from now on.

I just got this done yesterday/ this is only one day old its really bad, this women doesnt even know whats shes doing. Didnt day anything because felt bad. Payed $41..plus tax. Disappointing 😞

I went in for a gel fill as a walk in and they got me right in. The young woman was quick and did a great job! I had broken 2 of my nails and she took the time to take the gel off and start over. Great prices for the amazing work!

I have gotten a gel manicure here a few times, and theyve always done a really nice, thorough job. They really take their time. And, bonus, the prices are very reasonable!

Wanted to get my gel nails redone and the work that was done was the worst Ive had. Application extremely uneven, filing job also bad. I dont know if it was just the person who was doing them, but I was expecting much better...

I had my first ever gel manicure done yesterday and today I saw pock marks on my nails. Someone at work said its because the under layers hadnt cured properly. I called KE Nails and the young woman said to come back. I did, and got the same person from yesterday to fix the problem. He filed my nails, making them even shorter, not sure why he needed to do that, buffed off the top coat, added a color coat and a top coat and then filed again. I questioned him about filing the nails AFTER the color and top coat were applied and didnt that break the seal thats essential to avoid chipping and pulling away and he said, you want another coat? So he did another clear topcoat but the the color polish isnt even and there is no color on the tips which makes them look cheap (see images). Im leaving town in a few days for a major family event and I really wanted this to be perfect. I dont want to give up on KE Nails because Ive had such good luck in the past when I get one of the young ladies but at this point nothing will get my nails longer or correctly shaped before Monday so its not even like I could go somewhere else for a total redo. Im just really disappointed.

Lovely little salon! The service was careful but efficient. I got a fill going from French white tips to a pink color. He even did 3 coats of the color since you could still see through some spots! Super great job! My nails look fabulous again!

Been coming here for several years and they always do a great job. I see Ann or Jane! But Ive seen their mother and father too in a pinch and they did a great job too. Prices are good and theyre very friendly. I love the family oriented vibe.

This is a good nail salon run by a family from Vietnam. I have been in multiple times to get my gel nails filled and new gel polish put on. Theyre very quick, which is nice. I rarely have to wait more than five minutes when I visit.

Small place and very busy. Even though there was a line, I came out with a fresh pedicure in less than two hours. Everyone is so nice!

I get my nails done frequently. I decided to try KE Nails, and am disappointed. My pedicure is messy, like a child did it, and my gel nails chipped after three days. I love to stay local, but I just cant recommend KE Nails at this time

Definitely coming back! Very fast and precise. Took maybe 45 mins for gel fill and gel polish with chrome. Nail tech was very nice an gentle. Think I found my new nail salon 😊

I was satisfied with how things were going until I seen the paint job. It was awful. Uneven looking, smudges, and paint all over the sides. We won’t be back. My daughter got a manicure by someone else and the same thing.

Be sure to only use opi polish. the other polish they have will chip in a day or two. also they rush you to pick the polish and then do a shoddy job. i would drive a bit further to get better service and better color/polish brand selection.

Place is okay. First time was a great pedicure but second time I went I got acrylic nails and three fell off within a week. They dont have appts either so its a risk knowing how long youll wait.

First time here. Good experience. Staff is friendly and does a pretty good job. Easy parking. They dont have any prices posted anywhere and no website so thats kinda confusing. I spent $70 for gel mani pedi before tip so average price to give you an idea. They do eyebrow waxing so thats a plus!

I went in to get my acrylics removed and the lady buffed the skin around my nails until they bled. My fingers still hurt a day later. Never going back

Ive been doing business with this family over 20 years before they moved to this location. They use to be really nice. They still have good prices, but the service has gotten bad. Very sad to see from a place Ive spent so much money at for the last 20 plus years.

Best place for eyebrows and pedicures

Rude, just rude. The person who did the work went too fast, did a terrible and halfhearted job. When the nails got smudged, he went over the smudges without smoothing the folds of half dry nail polish.

First time here, salon is clean, service was great, and nails done perfectly. Ill be back!

I travel from Nashville to see blood family and personal care family. Nobody takes care of me for such an affordable price, and Ill always come back!
