Had a great experience with the eval process with my daughter. Very thorough and profession. Would highly recommend !

We were recommended this place and made an appointment in Feb and the earliest available was May. A few days before the appointment we got an email stating that because didnt fill the forms in time, our appointment would be cancelled. Our dentist, doctors, car maintenance, etc send us email and text reminders regularly so surely a place that purports to care for the health of kids could do that; there was not even an offer to reschedule. As with the other complaints, no one picks up the phone; we left a VM and no one has called us back nor replied to our email.

Had a appointment on Friday July 9th, the lady that did my sons testing was BEYOND rude, has NO CLUE how to deal with a child that has behavior issues! Will NEVER go back there.

Terrible. Never got results and no one answers the phone, responds to voicemails or emails. This has been an absolute nightmare.

Horrible! Never got results back and been waiting almost 3 months. I havent been able to reach an actual human being, just voicemail. They say they will get back within 3 days on their answering machine-HA.Do not send yourself, your child, or a family member here!
