The lady was on the phone the whole time. She didnt pay attention when I said I wanted a manicure. Instead, she just did sns and checked me out. I guess she was ready to go.

Pretty nails ???? i think ugly nails . the service was terrible the woman was rude. couldn’t go 5 minutes doin my nails without getting up and doin something else. then had a attitude when i asked her to fix something. wouldn’t recommend at all!!!!

I have been to this salon 4 times in the past few months. Each time I come I get the exact same length and shape of gel nails. They try to change the price on me each time, and I have to almost argue with them about my previous time. Last time I went in I just accepted the up charge that the woman doing my nails told me because they typically do a good job. (I explained to her then it was a different price than normal and she seemed annoyed at me the whole time.) Today when I went in I waited 30 minutes and watched another woman (without a previously made appointment) getting the same thing as me get seated immediately. Once I was seated and they placed the tip on and made the shape I was told a it would be $75 because of the length. I explained to the man that I have had that exact same manicure done here 3 other times for $60. He began to yell at me and tell me I had never been in there before. I told him I had the receipts from the 3 other times proving the original price I paid, and that I had been there multiple times. I even gave him the name of the man who did my manicures the first two times. The woman who did my nails last time also chimed in arguing saying I had never been in there and was lying about prices. He cut the nails off and still tried to charge me $15 for his time. It was extremely unprofessional and embarrassing to be treated the way I was after being a loyal customer.

My sister and I had to fly in with no notice due to my dad passing and we needed gel nails for the funeral. So four of us went for a 5pm appointment. We wanted full gel sets and was told $45 for regular nail and $55 for gel ok no problem. Once we sat down he cut my nails so short and did not ask what length I wanted them he said square or round I said coffin he said $10 more OMG ok I sat and said nothing else bc Everytime I open my mouth it was more money. My nails are short fat and not coffin they have bubbles and today made a week and one just broke. My mothers were short and horrible as well the other two sisters were short and bubbles on every nail. The place was beautiful inside and I felt we were in good hands and the work would be amazing absolutely not go somewhere else.

Pretty Nails made me feel so special for my wedding day. The older gentleman doing my nails even did some lovely accent nails for my big day. They look awesome and are very strong and beautiful.

The lady that did my nails here was VERY rude. She was rough and unsocial. She was the manager from what I could tell, although Im not sure why. Her people skills were far less than appealing. Will not be returning. Needless to say she charged $55 for a fill in. The picture shows my nails the very next day. The gel polishing is literally peeling off already!!

Walked in and was seated but after being ignored for 40 minutes, I got up and left. Kept getting mean stares from the employees who noticed me. The others kept walking by or stepping over me as if I were a piece of furniture. No one spoke to me at all. I guess they were all waiting for me to get the hint that I was unwanted at their business. Go to NexTop Nails down the street if you want good service.

My go-to nail salon. At this point it feels like home. I will tell you that Ive noticed, the price differentiates between nail techs. The highest Ive paid is $75 by someone Id never even seen working in there before. The lowest Ive paid is $65 for the same length and shape I always get. Something I have now learned from experience is, when you sit down in the chair and tell them what want, make SURE they tell you what it will be so youre not sitting there with sticker shock when theyre done. Other than that, Ive loved all my sets.

I was left sitting with my feet in cold water for exactly 20 min. I timed it. I could understand sitting me in bubbling, warm water while I wait, but she left it cold (and I told her it was cold), never turned it on, for 20 minutes. And she was so rude.Never again.

This place is awful i have been there once and hated it they did not fo the right color or nail shape and cute may nails rly short and they bleed. Now I go to angel nails and love they do a amzing job every time i request tina (manger) she is the best and they have so many colors and do what u want!

My girls had their nails done and it was horrible! They were rude and they didn’t do what my girls requested. My girls had spots on their skin that was rubbed raw, one received a cut, nails were not even length, not all nails had a top coat, sloppy paint. When they went to pay, my girls were charged more then quoted price! Never to return!

Got a gel manicure done 4 days ago. I noticed the day I got it done it wasn’t close to my cuticle at all and it was like clumped all at the tip of my nail (darker than the rest of my nail) but they were already closed. Then the second day, my thumb paint started peeling. I went back and showed them and they said they would fix it. I said I needed to go home since it was close to their closing time already (I also have dogs that needed to be taken out) and asked if I could come back the next day when I had more time. They said no. Really?!? Never will I go back. When I showed her my nails, she asked if i sat on the left or right side. So if you go in, I guess don’t sit on the left.

Very busy but worth it. Lot of business. Really liked Rosie, pedicure technician and, think her name was Paula. Believe she was 1 of owners.

I have a doctors note stating that I am absolutely under no circumstances supposed to wear a mask and they would not do my nails because they wanted force me to wear one even after I showed them my doctors note which by the way was a violation of the HIPPA act

I came in to get my nails done. I wanted just them painted regular. I picked my color a light pink color. I sit down and she starts with my nails. I told her I just wanted my nails painted regular and she asked if I wanted gel and I said no but she did gel anyways and I asked and she told me it was fine. Then she starts to paint then and instead of using the color I already picked out she went and got a different color and painted my nails orange!! ORANGE!! I have never been more upset about nails in my life. Worst experience ever.

I got a manicure with gel nails. The manicurist rushed through it and finished faster than Ive ever had this service done before. Unsurprisingly, it was horrible quality. Gel nails are supposed to last 2 to 3 weeks (usually last 3 for me) but these were peeling off after 3 days. I am very disappointed, and will NEVER be returning. A waste of my money.

So I went to this nail salon today for a faucet and pedicure. The lady that did my pedicure was actually great she took so much of her time and did my toes perfectly. Now the bad thing is that I actually left this nail salon crying today. The girl who did my nails was very inconsiderate she kept questioning me as if I couldn’t afford what I was requesting, she told me my nails were too oily and that my nails wouldn’t last long at all. She then also ignored my request to put acetone on my nails before applying them due to the fact that my nails already that’s normally what the nail technicians do for me. And after that she there refused to finish my nails and told me someone else would take care of me. By that point I was in tears I really had planning on having a peaceful enjoyable day. But I was super disappointed and sad when I left this nail salon. I’ve been there three times before and never had this issue but today will definitely be my last time at pretty nails and spa.

I have been to this nail salon several times. The staff is always friendly and professional. They always do a great job. My nailbeds are oily and do not really hold acrylic very well but I can keep the dip nails on for 2 or 3 weeks before they start lifting. They have always been accommodating and nice and it is a very relaxing experience. This is definitely my go-to salon.

I’m only rating one star because I couldn’t rate any lower! The last couple of times I have been here, I have NEVER paid the same price and I ALWAYS get the same exact thing: long coffin shaped acrylics, basic nail polish. I usually pay no more than $65! I went in earlier today, wanting the exact same thing! The tech tried to persuade me TWICE to get dipping powder and a shorter length. I told her I was only interested in dipping powder if I got ombré nails, and she told me that the STARTING price for that set was $65! Since I only wanted to pay NO HIGHER than $65 I declined. She applied tips and NOT my coffin shape yet before she told me that my nails were ALREADY $80 I told her that I was here last and got the same thing except my nails were LONGER and that was only $65! She simply replied “our prices have changed since then” I told her to STOP the services, and I would pay for her just applying the tips. She seemed confused as she spoke to the tech next her, and then walked to the manager. She came back and charged me $10!!!!! for only tips and a shape I didn’t ask for!!! I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE OF BUSINESS! I am a paying customer, and if they have a problem servicing customers who only want LONG, ACRYLICS (mingle, dipping powder, etc) they shouldn’t be in this business. They make up their prices depending on how much work they want to do! UNHAPPY CUSTOMER!

I went here to get three nails repaired because the salon I normally go to was closed. The man who did my nails wasnt very friendly I was talking to him and he didnt say much. He did not shape my nails like the other ones and he put acrylic over a cracked nail and my nail broke with in a few days. I called and asked to speak with the manager and the lady who answered said she was the manager and I explained to her about my nails and she said that theyd fix them for free and when I got there it changed she said shed fix the misshapened nails and but the one that broke off because that man put acrylic over a already broken nail she said I had to pay $10.00 for it. I told her no thanks because that was ridiculous when he was supposed to be fixing it anyway and she got mad she threw the nail file on the table and was rude to another lady who came in.

Worst experience ever! I got them done today and this is how one hand looks. I cried coming out. I asked how much to take back off, was quoted $40. Very disappointed

Bring mask to wear. If you dont have one, they will sell you one for $1. I always get nice results at this salon. Ive been going for at least 2 years.

I got acrylics for the first time and honestly didn’t quite know how I wanted it but they were a lot of help and my nails have looked the best they’ve look in years. Incredible customer service as well as extremely experienced and professional. I will definitely be back again!

I went in yesterday showed a picture of what I wanted all soft colors so I could wear to work. She talked me into trying the dip. My nails are bumping and not what I asked for at all. She cut two of my fingers with a nail file one cut bad enough that it wouldn’t stop bleeding. By the time I realized how dark the red she was putting on my figure I was done and over it. I will be going some place else to have them fix the color. I paid 62 dollars for something that looks nothing like what I asked for and ended up with two cuts!!! This place is just bad.

Wow! I love this place. Today was my first time coming, and I had my little girl with me... They made us feel so at home and were so sweet to her. Chris did my nails and seriously did the best job Ive ever had! Not overly priced, so nice inside, and the people are even nicer. Will definitely become a regular!

Every time I go to pretty nails I either have a good experience or a terrible one. honestly would not recommend, they rush through the job and the result isnt pretty. last time i went i got a gel manicure and by day 2 of having it, 3 of my nails were chipped. it really looked like i did my nails myself (not good at all)

I went a few days before my SILs wedding. The employees were nice and my powder dipped nails looked great initially. After two weeks they began cracking. I’m not sure why or how, I’ve had multiple sets of power dipped nails from various salons and none of them have cracked and chipped like these. I’m not sure if it was the brand that they used but it was my first visit and I’m not sure I’ll be going back!

Wont be back. Lied about requirements by government and state board requiring customers wear masks. No such law. Harmful for people to wear masks when they have asthma or copd for long periods. However there was no seperation of distancing between stations..nail or pedicure. Guess that wasnt financially convenient for them and their income.

Vincent is the best nail doctor in the world. If you have problem nails like I do, Vincent is the person for you. When I first came to Vincent, my nail beds were very damaged. I trusted Vincent and let him use his techniques to build up my nail bed. Vincent also recommended the gel polish. Now, my nail beds are healthy and due to the awesome job Vincent does, I get my nails once a month! He is the only person I trust with my nails. Additionally, Pretty Nails has remodeled. The inside of the salon is like a spa. Ask for Vincent at Pretty Nails. You will not be sorry and your nails will thank you! Awesome job, awesome price. Very Professional.

I’m currently visiting for the holidays and yesterday was my first time at Pretty Nails. It’s a beautiful salon and the color palettes they have show beautiful colors. I went in with coffin shaped nails and wanted them cut down and reshaped. She cut them down but did not reshape them correctly, so they are various looking shapes, mostly square and some are crooked (one side looks coffin the other side looks straight like square). She seemed to be rushing even though they were not busy. I wanted to use 3 colors, they couldn’t find two of the colors I asked for so she rushed me in finding two new colors. Then AFTER painting my nails they told me it would be extra because I used more than one color. I’ve never been charged for using more than one color. Some of my nails are thick some are thin. Some are smooth (like they should be) some are bumpy and splotchy. They charged me for matte finish on two fingers. They just nickel and dime you and don’t do a wonderful job. Overall my nails look OK considering the nail color is nice, but I’m not happy and most likely won’t be returning the next time I come home to visit. I wish I had gone to my regular nail tech but unforeseen circumstances got in the way. I’m rating them a 2 because the nail colors are pretty and the facility is nice. Wish I could post pictures but for some reason the option isn’t available.

I really like this place for pedicures. Everyone is very friendly & professional. They use new in package products & or sterilized utensils, very clean. I like being able to walk in and get pedicure without a appointment. Great selection of nail polish, and can do great designs on nails also. There prices are very reasonable Pedicure is $25 & up manicure is $15 & up depending on any extras you want. I would definitely recommend this nail spa.

I had the worst experience ever here. Im known for my crazy long and pretty nails but with prom coming up I opted for acrylics. I told the lady the length and shape I wanted before she started but she waited till after she cute them off and glued the tips on to tell me what I wanted would be $50(which I didnt have) so now Im stuck with nails shorter and crappier looking than my original ones. They also gave me an accent nail with scattered glitter which is not at all an accent nail, everyone knows you cover the ENTIRE nail with glitter. My finger also got cut and the lady who did my nails was so rude. Wish I had just done my own nails at home, would be 10× better than this trash Im wearing

After waiting 40 minutes to get a pedicure and of course water being cold, I was finally helped by Moon. She did a great job, but they either need to hire more people or let you know ahead of time the wait. Not just leave you sitting there!

I go into the nail salon to get me nails taken off. I was literally sitting in the seat for 15 min and still no one had came and assisted me. With that being said, there was 3 nail techs that was just talking with each other. & still no one came to do my nails. Literally the most annoying thing !

I went to get a pedicure and a manicure yesterday. I was shown to a pedicure chair and sat down. I sat there for 45 minutes with my feet in the water before anyone touched me. A lady finally came and started my toes. About one minute after she started on my toes she answered her cell phone. She processed to talk on her phone for a while. Then she got up and put an earpiece on. She was talking harshly and saying unpleasant phrases such as, “if I loose this job I’m screwed,” and “I swear to god.” I had to listen to all of her issues. She also was rough and hurt my toes. She also said, “I am going to cut you if you don’t stop jerking.” As you may no, it is difficult to sit still when your toes are about to bleed. My toes arestill sore today. Also, throughout this experience I couldn’t tell if she was talking to me or whoever she was speaking with on the phone. Needless to say my pedicure wasn’t relaxing.I then was shown to a manicure chair. I was hoping that I wouldn’t have the same lady that did my pedicure. But, unfortunately I did. She continued to speak on the phone. I already had the Nexgen Dip powder on my nails. Usually they soak your fingers while you are getting your pedicure to remove the dip powder but this lady just drilled mine of quickly and carelessly. This resulted in raw fingers for me. She then say, “I am seriously going to cut you with this drill if you don’t relax your hand.” Again, it is hard to relax when your skin is being drilled. I told her that it hurt and she didn’t even respond and continued with her conversation on her phone. I am a regular and usually have a great experience here but I will not return to Pretty Nails. This was the worst nail experience I have ever had.

My wife got a pedicure it was average, they dont use the dremal tool for thick nails they use hand files. Friday afternoon as a walk in the wait time was less than 15 min, the service was friendly the atmosphere was relaxing and the price was average... 3.5 overall experience.

I thought Id try Pretty Nails today. Soo glad I did. It took a little bit longer to actually be seen, but it was well worth the wait. I got acrylic tips with cats eye gel. She did an Awesome job. Steady working on my nails but yet not rushing like most places. I also liked the respect given. Theyre not constantly talking to each other in a different language. If I could give a minus 1 I would...their system? for taking clients in the order of arriving obviously does not work...I arrived with my 2 daughters, none of us having appointments...my daughters were taken promptly to chairs...I sat and waited as others came and went around me....1 daughter was completed and done...the other still sitting with her hands soaking in acetone ( for about 30-40 min )....suddenly noticing I was was still waiting by staff...thanks, but no thanks...guess what Pretty Nails...you have plenty of competition in this town...I will never grace yours doors again...

If I could 0 star I would! My first time here I was very happy but my next 2 trips were a disaster! My nails came off after 2 days and the last time I went not only did my nails look awful but my 4yr old goddaughter loves to get her nails done so I took her and the lady was so rude to here AND THEY DID NOT CLEAN THE STATION SO MY GODDAUGHTER PICKED UP SOMEONE ELSES NAIL AND WAS PLAYING WITH IT!!!! IT HAD RED NAIL POLISH SO IT WAS EASY TO SEE SOME OTHER LADIES NAILS ALL OVER!!! When I told the manager his reply was Oh sorry.....They are expensive but I was ok with it because I assumed it meant better quality... I was so very wrong!

She didn’t push my cuticles back, so it already looks like I need a filling, and on my thumb, there’s a bump where she didn’t smooth the gel all the way. I’d go there for a pedicure, but don’t trust getting a manicure from there.

My Pedicure literally took 20 minutes.. I had the worst person doing my pedicure he was very lazy didnt say but all together about 3 words all he did was tap my foot when he wanted me to put it back in the water or out of the water.. This was my first time here and definitely will be my last.. Any other pedicure I get they atleast take 30 to 45 minutes more on the 45 minute line.. Then it cost me $30.. For that?? Like if I paid them what it was worth it wouldve been $5 just for the supplies.. I just cant begin to tell you how much this place sucks!!! NEVER EVER AGAIN!!

Good costumer service, but the quality is horrible! Gel nails only lasted 3 days and they started peeling off. Environment is very relaxing and clean. I will not be going here again. I tried it out 2 times already and the quality was the same. Very disappointed!

I went in on my birthday I got the pink and white theres nail gunk under my nails the color is Burgundy so its all under my nails one of the nails was done crooked that looks like my fingers Crooked. Ive called getting no response back from anyone to try to rectify the situation which if they wouldve called and rectified it all wouldve been good but this is the worst nail place Ive ever Been to!

They huffed every time someone came in the door, as if it was an inconvenience to have customers. The guy who did my pedicure was pretty rough, constantly spreading my toes and readjusting my feet. He was pretty rude the whole time, and got annoyed after telling me I should do something new and improved instead of gel nails (3 times) and I kindly refused and said Id like to just do gel. He acted as if I was stupid for doing that and that they wouldnt be as nice or stay as long. I wont be going back.

Never had to write a bad review in my life until now... The tech doing my nails had a piss poor attitude the entire time. She didnt even ask how I was doing when I first sat down & just said, What are you wanting? Im not an uptight person & really dont mind you using your phone.... but this chick was consistently calling & texting people while I sat there and waited on her to be finished. When she was done, she didnt even say thank you. Every question I asked seemed like it was an inconvenience & her response was always short. Ive worked in customer service for 5+ years, so I know how hard it can be to deal with the public. For this reason, I always tip at LEAST 20%. This was the first time Ive ever left a business (restaurant, salon, spa, etc.) without leaving a tip. The sad thing is she did a great job on my nails, but her personality & the overall vibe she gave off completey overshadowed that. Needless to say, I wont be going back.

Was charged 55$ for a gel fill in when it’s posted in the salon and online for 30$. I asked for a cut down which is 3$ and i never got that. So i asked to speak to manager and apparently was charged for my length. 25$ for length !!??? I’ve been getting my nails done for years and never again will i go back to pretty nails. I got a plain color no glitter no design. Sad how companies can’t honor their own prices.

This nail place is awful, they just get clientele because of its location. The customer service is terrible, the staff is always in a bad mood and inpatient. I used to go there because its convenient, but last time I got my acrylic nails done, 2 days after 2 of them broke. I went there to get them fixed and they dont just charge me again but they made the new ones longer than the others and in a different shape. If you tell them anything instead of fixing it to make it the way you want, they talk back to you and argue. I have never seen a salon with a staff so disrespectful! Never going back there!

Only came here twice. Really nice place but its expensive and my nails did not last as long as they said it would. I got the dipping powder which is supposed to last two to three weeksm the first time I got it, it cracked the same day and by day 6, I had to get them redone. This time they lasted a little longer but still not as long as they are supposed to.

I asked to get ombre gel powder nails. I asked if they can file down my acrylic really thin and do it over the top. I was told yes. When i got to the nail tech she said i needed a full new set to do that. ( i have had this done before this way) so i said ok but i want something different bc im tired of basic nails. The tech did do a good job recommending halo powder nails and said she could do it like an ombre. I do have to say they were beautiful and i loved them. She did a pretty good job reshaping bc the last place did a bad job ( been trying to find a new nail salon) we didnt talk much which is fine... Im a little quiet anyway. The trip went well but i did feel like i got robbed when i got a price quote. $65!!!! OMG!!! REALLY THO?!?! She said 40 or 45 for fill in??? Said bc of length. They are not super long, i would say average. Then i guess the other 20 or 25 for the halo. It did take a while to do them and she did try to satisfy me but that price tho...outrageous! An one was kinda messed up a little. Idk if i will b back. I think they mostly do a good job and its a nice place butti just dont think i can afford that for every fill in when its usually 30-35 with gel polish.

Not impressed.Understaffed for the amount of customers, expect a long wait - possibly with your hands in a bowl of acetone, because they will take you, and then leave you at the table for an extended period of time - and leave in the middle of your work for other duties without so much as a word about it too once you do get someone.Used a buzztool on my gel polish - for speed, not good for nails or anything other than removing hard acrylics. Tools were not fresh or taken out of a sterilizer, but out of a draw - inquired about sterilization, was assured we sterilize everything from a drawer? I replied, she merely sniffed.Will not be going again, cannot recommend anything - even the finished product wasnt what I wanted in the first place or well done.

They do a great job & are friendly.

I only get my nails done here, Ive been to a couple other places in Anderson and I always hate them. Its so nice inside and Im always very satisfied.

I went in to get the new SNS nails done the tech did a bad job, I had to hand a tip out on one nail she didnt even glue it down right. She put so much of the powered on that nail it looked deformed, and keep touching it to shape it. All it did was make it look really bad. Went back in to have them fix it and I still had to fix them my self when I got home. I would not advise anyone going here again

Very Slow but they do very great work

They dont have very good nail performance. They dont get the gel manicure or nail polish all the way to the cuticle or on the sides. Also, for some weird reason the nails for gel chip within hours of getting it done!!! Would not recommend going here.

Ti did an awesome job on my nails! Great customer service
