I worked with Jason Botello here. He was really great in terms of finding apartments that would suit me, and then showing the places. I really did not enjoy working with my Realtor here. He kept pushing us towards an apartment complex that my roommates and I did not like (which we later found out paid a high commission), and he was not at all helpful with finding somewhere that fit into our budget. He only took us to two places and expected us to make a decision. The only way to set yourself apart from others in this industry is to have good customer service, which I did not get here. I do not recommend this office.

Claudia Vargas. You set me up with Barranca Square apartments and forgot to mention several key components to this apartment; Security, noise, and cleanliness of the apartment. In my stay (2015-2016) 2 doors were drilled into, 3 cars broken into, massive brawl in the parking lot damaging 1 car, and I went through a home invasion at 4:00 AM at night. There is always trash in the parking lot and even on the 2nd and 3rd floors. There is no security, it is not a friendly environment to study, and the walls are hollow enough to hear people outside, inside, and even upstairs. Ive had 4 panic attacks while living hear. It is a absolute disgrace 24th st realty offers apartments like these to students and it just comes to show that it is not in their best interest to look for a suitable apartments for students.

I had a wonderful experience working with Christy Neikirk. My husband and I were first time homebuyers and were unsure of the real estate process. We drove around north campus and saw 5-6 various apartments which were already pre-selected by him based on my budget and preferences. The options were all very good. When we decided on an apartment, Jason made it very easy to go through with application process.I highly recommend 24th St Realty and Jason B. in particular to anybody looking for apartments in this area.

The best experience I could have hoped for. This is the first time I leased on my own and I made an appointment with Brandon Keily. Having been to other Real Estate Companies and being treated like just a paycheck, I was nervous. I though it would be just another sales guy just trying to make the highest commission. I HAVE NEVER BEEN MORE WRONG. Brandon was extremely professional, patient, kind, and understanding. He actually waited with me at one apartment complex for an hour (of my 3 hour appointment) making sure I had all the correct information.I found a place that I was going to lease but it ended up not working out. I went back in hoping to work with Brandon again, but he was unavailable. Brandon sent Chris Zaiontz my account and he narrowed down my search, with helpful advice from Jason Botello and Eric Grosskopf. Then Todd Tipton took me to look at the properties and by the end of the day, I found the perfect apartment for me.
