The apartments are clean and well maintained. The staff is professional and pleasant to work with. They make moving in and out a breeze. Alicia Allen, the property manager, is caring and helpful in every aspect of your moving process. She even helped us find new doctors, dentists, and recommended churches in the area. We are so happy with our choice.

The apartment was beyond spotless, felt like moving into a brand new place. I was highly impressed with the cleaning lady. Give her a raise!! The girls in the office are very sweet and helpful. Le Mirage Apartment Homes is must definitely our home away from home; we moved to Midland over a year ago and since then Le Mirage has been our home, I honestly do not have one single negative comment about the apartments nor the office staff, which by the way are always willing to help the residents. Alicia is doing a great job keeping the staff working in a very friendly and professional manner. Also maintenance is very responsive of our needs and they get the job done right away. My family and I have felt like home since day one and it hasn’t changed at all in this year and months that we have been leaving here, and I’m sure it will continue that way for the years to come. So helpful staff. We were so lost and they were very patient with us. The grass is always clean and pretty. Some neighbors don’t take care of their dangerous dogs but everything else is awesome.

I have lived here 4 years and have felt at home. The staff is great when you put in maintenance request, they respond quickly, plus the premise is always kept clean. I love talking to the manager when I need to discuss any problems that may arise, she is friendly and really listen. I lived at the Le Mirage Apartment Home in 2017, I moved away and came back to Midland in 2020, I knew where I wanted to live and that is the Le Mirage Apartments. The manager Alicia Allen is the BEST! I always know if I have a problem she will take care of it, and maintenance are always quick on my orders and the grounds keeper also keeps the grounds looking good. I’ve been at Le Mirage for a year now, it’s been great living here. The property is always clean and well taken care of and the staff have been great as well. The amenities are great also, heated pool and spa, nice gym and places to bbq or sit by the fireplace on a cool night. Will continue to live here while I’m in Midland.

I did my homework before just up and moving so I check out All of the apartments soundings my new workplace for convenience and was lead down heartbreaking money hungry road or another words being viewed as just another ###$$$. NOT HERE from the start to current everyone in the office is fully capable and committed to making even the down right unhappy people comfortable. I have seen enough with the complex now to say enough is enough this is really a great place and worth the extra drive to call bome.Great location like really great and the pool, people, especially cleanliness and many more. Guys gGREAT JOB.

Le Mirage office staff (Alicia the community director and Lindsey)are by far very personable and attentive. They greet everyone with a friendly smile and will know you by name in no time. They hold events regularly to give residents the opportunity to socialize and get out of the norm. They go out to the nines with their decorations and attention to detail. We have lived at 2 Weidner Properties here in Midland and by far they have been the best experiences ever. From the office staff to the onsite maintenance our apartments have always been pristinely well maintained.

I havent received any kind of communication back from Weidner and your company falsely charged me for things while I lived here and shorted my own paycheck for a profit when I left the company due to how they handled the situation with this office staff and how they allowed Alicia to try and get my sister fired as retaliation about me filing a complaint against her.

Easily the best apartment complex in Midland. Phenomenal management, very responsive maintenance and great neighbors. Anytime any issue comes up, they actually take the time to listen and to think creatively about a solution. I have lived here for years and wouldnt change to any other complex in the Midland Odessa area even for a substantially lower rate. HIGHLY recommended. Located on Wadley Avenue, the traffic is loud at all hours.Gates do not close so security is lax. Vandals ruined the outdoor grills so they were unavailable for months and the staff had the gall to criticize the renters for not confronting the vandal.Utility and check out fees add up. Expect to pay a bundle as you will be nickled and dimed.

Conveniently located off the loop. The layout/floor plan of the apartment (2 bedroom) is very spacious. The front office is very responsive, especially Lindsey who was very professional and friendly.

I have lived here at Le Mirage for a little over two years. While Midland is not my actual home Le Mirage has definitely made me feel at home. The Staff are some awesome individuals on there own, but together they form a GREAT team that I have found to be friendly and super helpful. If I just have a question or need something repaired they are always there with a smile and resolution to my issue.Also the grounds are always kept clean and welcoming. From the numerous grills located around the complex to the pool and hot tub area. I really have enjoyed living here so far and hope to continue living here for as long as work holds out.

About me-I recently moved in to Le Mirage Apartment Homes and Midland this past year for work. I am currently living with a wonderful roommate in a two bedroom apartment.Why Choose Le Mirage vs Other Apartments-I had three months to look for apartments and I also was given an agent to help me with my process. The rental listing prices are a bit ridiculous overall in Midland and in most apartments, you pay a lot for 1970s apartment with fresh paint over a counter top that should of been replaced, and do not have a washier and a dryer, rather, others stick to washing facilities. Le Mirage is probably one of the few normal looking apartments out there, especially if you are from a big city, the apartment prices in Midland do not typically match what you get for the price. Thankfully, Le Mirage is the opposite of that. While you are still paying a pretty penny, as most apartments in Midland, at least you get most bank for your buck. Le Mirage was recently build, it is gated, they have a washier and a dryer in each apartment, and responsive leasing office team. With side benefits, it is nice to look at, there is a pool, attractive BBQ grills, I think a sheriff rents an apartment here/I see their parked car, it is pretty quiet or maybe they just have thick walls, they regularly do pest control visits, they have fancy counter tops, microwaves, and they will come over to change your light bulb because you cannot reach it.A nail in the coffin with 2 other apartments I looked at, was when I would call them about my deposit and they would not answer; which means, if they are having issues taking your money, imagine having to call the office for a repair request, those apartments will never get to you. Le Mirage is very prompt in answering their phones and if they dont, they will call back and put an effort to reach you. They typically fix any issues within the week of the request, and so far, maintenance have come in the next day to resolve the issue.Lease Contract Plus-Another very useful thing Le Mirage has for new upcoming individuals, are leasing contracts for roommates. So you are not signing up for an annual lease with one name. You can have two parties sign the lease, which is an economical choice for individuals who are moving to Midland by themselves and are not sure what they are getting into and are on budget/paying off loans. You can also use their rental insurance or add your own if you prefer.

We live right by this complex and really appreciate the cleanliness of the property, seems quiet and laid back!

The management is amazing and handles everything professionally. The pool and outdoor areas are great to utilize while living there also! The only apartment complex I will ever live in Midland, TX!

I recently moved to midland texas and was absolutely lost when determining where to reside. After visiting nearly a dozen apartment complexes it was apparent that Le Mirage and its staff were the clear choice. Erica Sanchez, specifically, was so supportive and easy to work with. I highly recommend Le Mirage Apartment homes and Erica to anyone who is considering living in Midland.

From the front desk to the cleaning of the apartments, my experience was quite unpleasant. Ladies in the front desk are generally more concerned about finding new renters than pleasing the ones they already have. They put on a very good performance when taking you around. The apartments themselves are fairly nice, however bug infested. I was contsantky battling ants and cockroaches inside my apartment. Any time I left food out within 30 minutes it would be swarmed with ants. Not to mention the nightly killing of the cockroaches, and the occasional spider. The pool is nice however often filled with bugs. The grills are a very nice touch as well as the balconies. The reason I am giving them a 2 Star vs a 1 Star is because the apartments themselves are quite nice.

Lived in Le Mirage for two years. The apartment was great. The staff was very nice, and the property was very well kept. Never had any problems with noise or other people that lived there.

When i moved out they gave me my refund within 3 weeks not 8 weeks like other places. Le Mirage is a great place to live. The property is beautiful, great pool, outdoor kitchen, its a fun place to live. My apartment is really nice, I like the surround sound and high end finishes. The staff is amazing, you couldnt ask for better customer service! I highly recommend living here!

Apartment was filthy on move in. There was a mat of dry toothpaste and hair in the drawer of the bathroom. Combined with very worn carpet. Dead bugs in the sinks and on the floor. Just a real let down for the price point. I will not be converting my 3 month lease. I will also be leaving a review so the public can be warned. The website is antiquated and the staff is TOTALLY UNREACHABLE. I know its typical in Midland to have lazy employees and rude customer service, but you guys really went under my low expectations. You are lucky I am even paying to finish this lease out because I care about my credit score.
