Waited for 30 min and ran to grab cash, came back 2 minutes later and she took someone else in. Lied and said she had an approved. Why would I have to wait and then someone had an appointment. Liars!!!!would give zero stars and the place is fithy

No-frills, standard nail salon. Atmosphere is one star, but the service I give four stars. Got powder dip gel. The technician was quick and the nails and color came out nice.

I don’t go here often, or at all but I was in the mall and needed a pedicure. First, my massage chair didn’t even have a remote. I got the spa pedicure, and the woman only gave me a leg massage, no feet at all. Then, when she was scrubbing my foot she left a cut on my ankle that started to bleed. I definitely don’t recommend this place !!

They did a great job. Took me in without an appointment. I got a manicure and a pedicure . Nice massage and nice people.

I got a gel manicure and a polish pedicure, I picked out a purple sparkle. My toes came out okay but my finger nails came out absolutely horrible. Barely any sparkles, pretty much paid 60 bucks for a clear coat.

I feel bad reading all the negative posts on here. I go to Nail Pro every time I need a manicure or pedicure and Ive never had any trouble with them. Always very friendly and helpful, and the work is very good. On a few occasions, Ive gotten there a little late in the evening and theyve stayed past closing time to accommodate me. I highly recommend Nail Pro and urge anyone reading the reviews to go there for yourself and decide.

I used to love this place because my gel stayed on the longest but the lady (Nancy) I got did not want to deal w me. Then I come back 3 days later because 2 of my nails chipped and she didn’t want to do it for me. Definitely will not go back, nail salons are replaceable!!!!

Took a picture of the nails I wanted done an they couldnt even match the colorAnd than no one knows how to design a simple stencil type tree.Very sad that it has gone so far down hill .Its sad because it used to be a good nail salon last couple of times Ive been totally disappointed. Two times in the past three weeks I got my nails done here. I told the lady what I wanted as she was doing my nails. She kept saying “I’m not finished yet I know” but clearly she didn’t know because now for the a second I have to go back not even 24 hours after getting my nails done. The gel polish just came off! This is ridiculous!!! I’ve been coming here for almost 10 years and after they fix my nails I will not be coming back. So unprofessional!

The absolute worst place Ive ever been at. They treated me as if I was bothering them to do my nails. Every other nail was a different shape,different length and she huffed and puffed every time I said something about it. I wouldnt take my cat there to have her nails cut. They were very rude people in there. Giving them one star is being generous at this point they deserve a -5 *

Very sloppy gel nails are lumpy and they charged my credit card twice and will not give me the owners contact number. Dirty and they all act like they dont speak English when there is,a problem

Overpriced . $100 for my hands and feet . I go on dolson and for $70 I get my hands and feet done with gel and they don’t mess up on my feet . Nice people but very over priced . Charged for the shape and on top of charging me for the gel set they also charged me for the gel polish . Never will go there again . I’ll stick to polish me pretty .

Very disappointing experience. Ive been nickled and dimed before but never to this extent..... got a pedicure... they charged me $5.00 extra to remove my gel polish and an additional $10.00 to apply gel polish... their color options are extremely limited and skill set is mediocre.

I do agree they need new colors but they have accommodated me many times! They work my feet like no body’s business and my gel manicures last at least 3 weeks!

New to Middletown,tried many salons always disappointed, finally tried Nail Pro,started out fine, little expensive,as time went on even with appt. had to wait,requested one tech, got another. Place is dirty & nothing is sanitized ! Now looking for a new, clean shop reasonable prices. Any suggestions??

Not happy at all. spent 25.00 including tip and what I got was a manicure that lasted 1 day.I told the girl to even all my nails to the same length, she didnt do it, She left my thumb nail looking like it was lopsided, I think they deliberately use garbage nail polish to get the customers to pay more for gel. They kept trying to push the gel polish on me telling me the regular polish would chip after a day. I have had and given myself many manicures and NEVER have I had chipping and smudging like I am with this one. It was a waste of my fiances money ( he gave me a certificate from there for Christmas). I still have money left on it but once its used I will NEVER set foot in there again. Horrible horrible establishment. This doesnt even deserve any stars.

Horrible service, very unprofessional and a lot of the staff are very rude and disrespectful. Dont spend your money here. Go elsewhere!
