Awesome experience!! Great customer service, loved my nails, and my little sisters nails. The gentleman that did our nails gave us exactly what we wanted. I will most definitely be going back !

This was my first time here by the the way. So my mom and I were getting our nails filled in and I usually get gel polish. But, the polish is breaking off and I literally just got them done the day before. Plus, my nails look bubbly. The place was also dirty and had flies EVERYWHERE. They also had only 3 people working there. The guy doing my nails made me bleed and was rushing. There is even different color nail polish under my nails. Then while they were working on our nails, 2 people came in and made my mom wait to get her nails painted. The lady doing my moms nails also made them very uneven. My mom had to go to a whole different place and still charged her. It was very pricey. DO NOT COME HERE.

I got my nails done not even a week ago, they Didn’t even look like what I asked I stood there for about 4 minutes and was ignored and there was no customers in the store. They have all popped off, I’ve tried calling multiple times but no one would answer the phone and when I told them this they said they’ve been open. They charged me 60 dollars for press on nail quality. Wouldn’t even waste my time future nail and spa right across the street is a better option.

We got our nails done 3-4 days go the first day my nail had already broken off I just went in yesterday to get it fixed and another one broke off and we payed $97 for these definitely not worth it!!!!!

They were so kind and did an amazing job! I would go back forever! They did a amazing job and did exactly what i wanted. I cant wait to go back!

Nice, kinda expensive, was kinda salty I booked an appointment to get eyelash extensions and the lady said she couldnt do it because my eyes kept watering but she gave me a discount on waxing my eye brows

They took great care fixing my nails after I went to different nail place and was very unhappy with my nails.

My nails are perfect and very satisfied with them. Only issue I had which didnt find until I left was that my card was charged extra. My total came to $36.38 I tipped $4 so that it would come too a total of $40.38 but my card was charged $43.66. When I go back I will more than likely use cash so it doesnt happen again.

They agreed to let me come in to get my nails done as I had an interview the next day. Even though it was close to closing time, I felt they took as much time to make my nails perfect, as if I had come in at the start of the day. Very pleased, my new home for nail salon and spa

I’ve never written a bad review in my life, but this place deserves to be the first. I work in customer service and these people should be ashamed of themselves. Awful customer service. Absolutely awful. They’re rude. They’re abrasive. I sat down at a station. When one of the women began filing my nails, she filed my fingers more than my nails. She was very rough. She frequently stopped my manicure to text. Then in the middle of my manicure, she got up TWICE and I was switched to a different nail tech. This place is garbage. I’m currently writing this review while waiting for my manicure to be finished, because my tech left yet again. There are only 2 other customers here who are all being assisted. I’m not sure what she could possibly be doing. My nails could look amazing after they’re finished, and I will still NEVER come back here. If these women were my employees, they would all be fired.

Gave them 3 chances and the third time, my right thumb was injured to the point it was bleeding. He also states that the equipment he was using was bent. Ill never be back

When I went here, I hated it. The workers would constantly stop working on my nails just to talk in their personal phone. Not the store phone. The lady doing my nails did a completely different color from what I wanted ( I wanted a light purple, but I got a bright pink and it was ugly but she couldnt change it) she cut 7 of my fingers. My right thumb was way uneven from my left thumb. The fingernail polish on the nails only last about 3 days, and the tips of the fingernails break off way to easy but the bottom half of the nail is to hard to get off. Me, my mom, two aunts, and my best friend all went there, had the same thing happen and now all of our actual fingernails are completely messed up. DONT GO HERE!

I love the color of my nails but they are lopsided and she didn’t do my cuticles and she was very ruff when filing my nails. And the place was very dirty they use the same nail filer on all of there customers.DO NO GO HERE

I love the massage chair when getting a pedicure and they do a pretty good job on nails as well.

I have gone to Cincinnati Nails for 5+ years. The service is fantastic and the technicians pay attention to detail.

Manicure sucks! She rubbed cold lotion on my arms, and that was it. They all need to smile a little bit more, and limit the conversation between workers. They are very unspecific she’s told me to go wash my hands and I don’t know where it is! She shouldn’t expect me to know! They need a little bit more manners!

Terrible experience!!! Spent 46 bucks on gel nail polish for my hands that peeled off the next day! Went back they won’t refund. The same guy who did the terrible job demanded to repaint!! Walked away with nothing feeling very frustrated and ripped off!!!

I have had dip nails done before, and pedicures. I am so disappointed in this place. My dip nails fell off, yes they fell off. My polish on my pedicure has disappeared! I will never go back to this place!

Lied to me about putting gel nails on me and ended up still charging me $45 for my nails said they were gel and werent will NOT be back here!! And there were workers sitting around with there feet up in the chairs people sit on to get there nails done in with there shoes off.. was not very professional at all 😠😡

Worst customer service ever. They dont even attempt to converse with you. They talk and even argue with each other as well be on their phones. The girl even had to nerve to ask me to answer her phone and put it on speaker during my pedicure😲

I had an awful experience I had many cuts made with the electric drill and bled o was very shocked my jaw dropped wide open this has never happened to me before also the man was very distracted picking up personal phone calls at all time and was very sloppy I was given a price in the beginning and was not the price I paid at the end do not recommend this place!!
