Clean, professional and quick. Ive been going for years and I always get treated well. Must wear a mask and they clean up after you leave. A good customer experience.

My toes still look great after almost 2 months. My finger nails broke off one by one not even a week after getting them done. I wont be going back. I pay too much money for them to break for no good reason.

They do not put a bag in the tub prior to pedicure, i ended up with an infection on my toe from the extra digging and cutting the lady did to my toe in the dirty water. My (R) big toe was swollen and leaking. I took pics and even went back to show them, i was offered a free service, after declining their offer, I just wanted my money back. The man is rude and nasty and acted like he didnt speak English after getting caught by my husband (who was watching from outside) who watched the man get up and throw money crumbled at me after I threatened to sue.

I love this place! Carol is my go to. Shes fast, professional, and genuinely great at what she does. The place is always clean, the staff is friendly and the price/value is the best in town! Ill keep coming back over and over. 💓

The woman is very good and nice, but the man is quite aggressive. He was hurting me and the more I told him the harder he would grab my hand. I won’t be back because of him. He also raised his voice at me when I said I would wait for the woman to finish instead. Just be wary of you go and get him.

When i went to do a manicure with acrylics they didn’t let me wash my hands to take off the powder and chemicals that they put on my hands . And i think that’s necessary since we are living in a pandemic where that should be a necessity. We should be able to wash our hands not be cleaned by a brush .

I wont be going back to this place. I am a frequent customer seen by carol. But twice the husband did my nails so quick they were left lumpy and deformed. I normally pay 57 for a gel set I was charged $67 yesterday. 10 extra for gel polish what other polish are u gonna use on a gel set🤦🏽‍♀️🤦🏽‍♀️. Ill go else where...

They are very unprofessional and unpleasant. They treated customers like they are doing a favor to you not a service. The husband is very rude towards the customers. A very bad job in a pedicure, he did not take time and he did it very quickly. If you asked him to fix anything thing, he get upset and start to talk in his language. I do not recommend this place. This is the second time I am not satisfied with his service. I Will never go back to this place.

I havent actually been here, but when I called to ask about pricing and an appointment the guy was pretty quick with me on the phone. I asked how much a set would cost and I said thank you. Then he hung up on me.. take this information as you will but just based on the phone conversation I will not be going here.

I had a great experience. The young woman who did my nails was awesome and friendly. We kept up conversation while she did a great job. I got a gel manicure. My daughter also had a regular mani and had no complaints. She remarked that the place looked very clean and she would come back just to try the pedi chairs!!

Not a bad place but expensive...I am assuming due to the lack of space and workers you have to jack the price. I went here Sunday due to my tech being on vacation. Carol did my nails and I appreciate her honesty with pricing prior to doing my nails... They came out okay but for 53 bucks for a full set french she charges for the french then if you want a line on the french she charges for that too. They are very nice and have loyal customers. I wont be back unless Im in a jam like I was...she also did my eyebrows not bad but rushed it...I guess Im use to someones taking their time... she made me nervous and I told her that...I recommend but not if you are tight on cash🤗🤗🤗

Carol and her husband are amazing. Each time I go there I leave 100% satisfied. I’ve had my manicure, pedicure and eyebrows done by most of the shops in town. I must say Polish Me So Pretty is #1!

One of the best place in New York upstate to go for Nails done or either eyebrow and upper lip wax they are best in their services and I wish them goodluck for the growing business 👍

My girl likes this place. They do a good job and the price is comparable to other nearby similar spots. Staff is friendly and the wait is usually negligible.

Carol does a fabulous job every time!! She never disappoints, her customer service is amazing and her tech skills are through the roof exceptional. You pay for quality with her, I normally get UV pink gel and that alone last a month. My nails still look shiney and great there is no lifting, no breakage, just re-growth when I go for a fill. ❤️ Go see carol for your mani you will not leave unhappy!

Called ahead for appointment. Went in for a gel manicure and toe color change. My experience was horrible. The gentleman rushed my so called manicure didnt even soak my hands in water . He rushed that I was done in about 10 mins . Then the color for my toes did not match so I voiced my concern and the gentleman got very upset and I could see that he was mad because I asked for the color to be changed . I am paying for services that should be done correctly. I will not visit here again.

I went in for a gel fill and came out very disappointed. The lady made them very thick and now looks like I’m walking already with lumpy chiclet nails . She rushed the whole process...she charged me 50 dollars for a fill? Just not a place for me.

Both times that I had my nails done at Polish Me Pretty in Middletown New York, was an accident. The first time I went and vowed that I would never go back, they wanted to do my nails the way they wanted them done as opposed to how I wanted them done. They wanted me to use the Polish they wanted me to use as opposed to the Polish I wanted to use. The husband who I promise you is bipolar wanted to go home and decided he would help me put my boots on my feet as I continue to dry my nails by repeatedly shoving them on my feet as I I told him not to worry about it that I could do it myself. He aggressively showed them on my feet until I snatched my foot from his grip as his wife yell to him to stop. He argued with her all night. Today I went back because I had no choice and it was the same thing about doing my nails the way they wanted them done. I had forgotten to get money from the bank and had to go across the street and another customer told me that they were laughing saying that because Im black that I probably wont come back. I did go back and I pay my $57 and gave them absolutely no tip. They were loudly laughing and talking about me when I asked what was the big deal about the Polish that I picked. They will also laughing and joking about me and their native language according to the other customer who went back and forth speaking in their language and English about me. They dont realize nail shops are on every corner and you dont have to frequent them. They are horrible at shaping Nails as well. The female lady told another lady who had to go to the bank that she knew her long time and she trusted she come back what she did not say that about me. She tried to make me leave something to ensure that I would be back but I acted as if I did not hear her. I left and I came back and paid for my services and did not leave her a tip because of their bad attitude. I dont disrespect people and Im not going to be disrespected when Im paying you my money.

Fast service, skilled employees, decent prices and clean place. The only reason they didnt get 5 stars is because they dont use the plastic bags in the foot tub when doing a pedicure. Services received was a gel mani and gel pedi

This salon is clean and inexpensive yes. The service is no good. The girl has no idea of how to do acrylic nails. I got my nails done a week n a half ago and looks like trash. Didnt push my cuticles up nor did she put the acrylic up to the cuticle. My nails r very uneven and some are only half done. I look like I had them put on a month ago or more. I will never go back there, I was treated rudely and am done. I am going elsewhere to get my nails filled. Also looked to be paid for my nails before my nails were done. Very unprofessional. Also they move items of customers without any notification to the customer.

Theres 1 girl that speaks good english but the guy that works there barley speaks amy but does a great job and i got my mom an pedicure and ive never seen someone so happy to get one. Overall great service with a bit of a language barrier.

My experience here was a pretty awful time. They are rude disrespectful and money hungry. They don’t know how to run a business. Out of the three people there I was switched between all three of them. Which is not a proper to get your nails done. They told my friend that she couldn’t get that certain color. My nails came out very wide and not a proper square shape. My other friend got her nails shaped coffin and they came out extremely skinny. My last friend got her nails done and when she told them they were too short they just straight ignored her and when she told thats she didn’t like them they didn’t do anything about it.

The best gel manicure Ive ever gotten, at a pretty good price as well. Every manicurist there is great, my cuticles and polish have never been so perfect.

I loved my pedicure and the owner is very friendly. She knows what shes doing. I would def come back again.

Annoyed that l dropped my daughter off there at 5:15 and they told her it was closed when it clearly states on the website that they close at 7pm!!!! Too bad for them bc my kids tip more than most adults! Plus I refuse to go there myself bc they don’t ever do that great of a job & l hate when l go there & 2 different people are doing your nails especially when l requested for one specific person! I was taking her there for convenience but l rather drive her someplace else!

They were busy. Was told to come back2 hours later and when i did, i still had to wait 75 minutes....theyre short staffed but thats not my problem...they need to serve people when promised.

Dont have that many colors and they dont do or know how to do certain things.

I got my nails done there a few minutes ago today. My nail tech was super nice and did a great job on my nails ! I showed her a picture from Pinterest and she delivered !!!! Better than what I had asked for !!!
