First things first the owner is actually a nice lady. But a horrible nail tech. I came here twice and I’ll never go back. The first time my nails were “ok” so I gave her another shot because of the location. The second time (which is the pictures) is after 2 weeks. Which is unacceptable. I got them done and after one day a nail broke I’ve been doing my nails for over 10yrs so I know that’s not normal. So I thought maybe it was me so she fixed it free of charge two days after. One week later my gel paint starts peeling off, my nails start chipping/breaking off. I’ve NEVER had this happen before. I’ll never go back. This is the results of my nails after 2 weeks now I have to go pay someone else to fix these. Wow!! But I wish her the best.

I’ve been coming here for years with my mom. We keep coming back. I love the spa pedicures and manicures offered here!! She always does a great job! My hands and feet always leave feeling refreshed and perfect.

Went there over a year ago for a Pedi and it was the worse pedi I ever got. I played myself and gave her, the owner, a second shot at it for the convenience of the location and second worse pedi ever! How do u not have a thin brush to do the french line? NEVER AGAIN!

Terrible job doing my mother and I nails and toes. Very unsanitary and too rough with hands and feet. Don’t ever go here.

They were rough with my hands nails turned out bumpy and were not worth it! i tried calling them no answer so i tried calling back and they didnt even care i said ¨ I have a complaint about my nails you did them about 30 mins ago¨ they replied sorry were busy and hung up this is unfair their customer service is not good at all HORRIBLE!!! I DO NOT SUGGEST going there ! it was the worst nail experience EVER!!! TAKE MY ADVICE AND DON´T GO!!!!!!

Got my eyebrows waxed here and the lady BURNED MY SKIN! I HAVE TWO HUGE BURN MARKS ABOVE MY EYES NOW THIS IS NOT OKAY. I called to tell them after and all I got was an “oh ok sorry” ....this is not the way to do business, they shouldn’t be open. Don’t go here.

I will never come back here at all I did not want to give this sad place one star but I had to just to write a review one the lady who own the shop did my nail with the light off then my nail came out Crockett When I told her she said what should I do I told her I did not go to school to do nails she had a nasty Attitude The next day my nail look like I had them on for a week and I’m on day two now and my nails are coming off my feet look horrible All around the bored This was the worse ever I will not be going back o and she would not put on the Air conditioning and it was 85 degrees outside 👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽
