Came today with daughter and we got our nails done.. great service and they did an amazing job with my pink and white acrylic nails .. they came out beautiful.

I visited this salon today for the first time and had a great experience! I got a dip manicure and it turned out beautiful. Tee did a great job and was very nice. I will definitely be going again and recommending this salon to others.

I really want to like this place. As much as I hate to say it each time Ive visited it appears that they dont feel I deserve the same treatment as other customers although I pay the same amount and tip generously. I make an appointment I have to sit and wait. I ask for specific people to identify who I would like to become my person and Im given the same person each time even after I ask that I not use the young lady that services me. Ive never been offered a beverage, candy but even one around me is offered. This has happend several times. My feet are stuck in cold water. I cant belive I have to ask for hot water and the receptionist is rude, and sarcastic. For $50 for a basic pedicure I expect better service. I understand this is the second location for the owner but if my money isnt needed Ill be sure to spread the word to people like me we are not welcome even if we can afford the services. On the good note, this is located near my home and Ive seen that they have the ability to to good work to bad they dont treat all of the paying hard working clients with the same respect.

I had a 9:45 appointment and I as not serviced until 10:15. The receptionist is not knowledgeable. I had to ask for a receipt once I checked out. This place is very expensive.The nail tech was nice and did a good job. The store looked clean. The only protocol was mask wearing.

After hearing about this place, I decided to visit. Oh he place was clean but not so friendly. When I arrived, no one spoke even the receptionist just looked and carried on with what she was doing.The Nail Tech did an ok job. When I went to check out, I asked for a receipt then I asked for the individual charges because it seemed higher than other places.The receptionist just gave me blank stare and just said an email was sent with the total amount.My first and last time there. They can use a class in customer service.

Asked for baby pink and the color is basically see thru and the application is uneven. Jacked up my nail too and instead of washing and cleaning it, Linda just stuck paper towels in it and left them there.

I’m disappointed with the service I received yesterday for a pedicure. I waited a while to grow my toenails out so I could achieve to perfect shape. Tony never asked me how short I wanted them cut. He cut them down to nubs. And he never asked what kind of pedicure I wanted. I was looking forward to the most expensive one and to relax. But I received the quickest pedicure in my life. I’ll never return or recommend this place to anyone.

I love this place! First time here and I highly recommend this place. Tina was the Kay who did my nails for my upcoming wedding.I showed her a picture of what I wanted, style, shape, length, and color and s she did exactly that. I will definitely be using this nail salon fry Im here on out. Great experience, friendly staff, clean environment, and to notch service.

I asked if I could be accommodated at that time and was told they could not do my pedicure at that time so I cancelled my appointment. At a previous appointment I was kept waiting for 35 minutes and was only taken care of when I complained twice. I will never go here again.

The first time I went the staff was very nice, but I did have a problem with paying an extra $10 for one thin line on my big toes. I asked for a design and this was all she did.The second time my pedicure came out nice, but the customer service was horrible. The girl at the front desk was talking to me while looking in her phone, everyone looked miserable, and I was being rushed.I tried to give them another chance, but I think this is my last time coming here.

Friendly & fast service. The pedicures you get to sit in a massage chair while they work on your feet. Manicures were nice as well.

Clean, not crowded, and great service done very well! I loved being able to pay with venmo/cash app for the service and tip. Can’t say enough good things about De’Coco. Will definitely be coming back!

Iv been to all the nail salons in Middletown Delaware and decided to try this place today. I called and they booked my appointment same day. I was so nervous about trying a new place but im so happy I did!! My nails turned out FABULOUS! Thanks to TINA she paid such close attention to detail. So 3 days ago I visited Decoco for the first time. Everyone was very nice. I was greeted by the receptionist and Tony was my technician. He offered me something to drink, engaged in conversation with me and did an excellent job on my pedicure. It was a great first experience. I will definitely be back!!

This place is beautiful inside. The decor is very inviting. Very clean. Staff is friendly. My nail tech did an amazing job and took her time. The pedicure chairs will make you never want to leave! They are AMAZING!

Yesterday was my first visit to DeCoCo and I was very impressed. Van did the best job on my nails that I have ever had done anywhere in the Middletown, DE area. I will definitely continue to support and refer family and friends to this business. They are super friendly and make you feel very comfortable. I had an opportunity to visit DeCoCo Nail Spa for their soft opening. I was very impressed. The decor is amazing and the owner greeted you as soon as you walked in. They truly believe in customer service and I saw it displayed with every encounter. Definitely a much needed upscale nail salon!

This place just opened and they’re so good ! best nail salon around me by far . I came here tonight and the place is really nice, me and a few friends got our nails done and they are so good . $55 for a full set and a massage and hot rag and they were gentle !

Absolutely love this salon. It’s been a few years here in Delaware and I have yet to find a nail tech that doesn’t my mani pedi and eyebrows the way I like without having me coach them on what I like! I’m sold and don’t plan on going anywhere else!

Liann was absolutely the best! This was my first trip to De Coco. I took my daughter for mother daughter Mani pedi for Valentines day. Great service, very clean. Everyone was friendly. We will definitely be back.
