Just got back from my first visit here and will definitely return! Establishment is meticulously clean and decor is adorable. They take everyone’s temperature at the door, so I felt extra safe knowing they are taking the pandemic very seriously. Navy herself worked on my nails (I had no idea she was the owner until we were into the manicure) and was incredibly gentle. I usually flinch when esthetician’s trim cuticles, so this was my first pain-free manicure. My nails are perfectly filed (lesser establishments are never as careful as I would like them to be) in my requested shape. This may be my go-to place in the future.

Kim was excellent. Spa personnel are professional, friendly and caring. Will be back.

My experience here the first time wasn’t bad. The second time I went it was horrible. Workers were a little rude and they charge too much for a basic pedi. Toenails haven’t been the same since.

Perfect nail salon.. Owner on site. She is versed at nails and waxing. Everyone is always friendly, which is not so easy with the over abundance of mean people on the earth these days. Pricing is moderate. Everyone has their own style of how they like their nails... If you dont like the outcome, please say so, you will be pleasantly surprised at the outcome... definitely not typical.Hours are convenient, ample parking in front and in back of the salon. Heads up.. paying with cash has its benefits.

Way too expensive with not good service. Got pedi with Gel and they charged 20 extra. I paid $70 for a basic pedi.

Its rare that Ill bother to review a business poorly, however Navys Nails & ha, ha Spa - it just a plain RIP OFF. On a good note, the practitioner was kind and did her best. Whatever price you see on the board - the NAVY will up it. Was promised it would be $65 full gel manicure & regular pedicure. The charge on my card was $72. and that was already disputing their additional $10 cost for removing calluses. Very poor quality for high price. Go elsewhere!

Exceptional service, staff attentive and very friendly. Marie did my pedicure,she was thorough, took her time with great attention to detail. The massages during and after pedi felt like a calming, deep massage! I felt like a had a day at a spa! I highly recommend Marie!

RIP OFF!!! Worst Pedicure ever!!!! Navy, the owner has terrible tacky customer service and charges a $3.95 service fee for using a credit or debit card are you KIDDING ME and insist a cash tip!!!. A $55.00 Spa pedicure doesnt include callus removal an additional $10 and NAVY in front of other customers tells her staff repeatedly what NOT to include in the pedicure then fakes being cute and attentive to other customers, worst acting ever... Also, posted a negative review on Navys Nail and Spa website What Others Say About Us and doesnt show up, only 5 star reviews posted. Will never go back, plenty of reputable nail salons in Middletown.

Go every two weeks for a gel manicure. Navy and her staff are always friendly and professional. They are also a lot of fun. Have been going there for quite a while. I always love the job they do.

I had my nails done at 10:00am on Tuesday. It cost 55 dollars. By 2:00pm on Wednesday, 3 of them had chipped. Worst waste of money I have ever spent. Oh, and they were gel, not standard polish.

The best place to get your nails done. Everyone is so nice and funny. They have many options for manicure and pedicure. I got the UV gel nails and I love them.

Great customer service, friendly staff! Went to this location multiple times and each time within the same week, I had to return to get gel polish fixed. You get charged extra for gel polish because its suppose to last longer than regular polish but I find that hard to believe at this location. Nevertheless, they always fix with no fuss, and thats why I keep returning.

Went in hopping for a fill,seeing as yet again I lost someone I really liked due to shop sale. The people were great took me right in, did a great job the shop was clean and bright. And I found out they just hired my girl Kim.

Great experience. Warm welcome when I came in. Pedicure was beautiful. Extra massage and oils included. Cant wait to come back for my next Mani/pedi.

The place is sparsely decorated and clean. The polish I chose was an additional $5 to the already pricey pedicure. There was no sign indicating this, and I was informed after being seated in the massage chair, about to put my feet in the water. Then the woman recommend callus removal that was an additional$10. I agreed. Id had a pedicure 3 weeks ago somewhere else. She did the same thing to my feet as he had, and he didnt charge extra. The pedicure itself was painful and embarrassing. She ripped off my cuticles instead of clipping. When doing the callus shave, other employees would come over and openly stare in disgust. They charged full price for my young daughters pedicure which took all of 5 min. After leaving, my feet were extremely dry and felt yucky. My right big toe is cut unevenly. I dont recommend.

I am NOT one to complain but, I went here after school and they ruined my fingers. I have acrylic nails and they charge $30 for a fill which is expensive yes the environment was clean but the service SUCKED. They put primer on my fingers that felt like acid, my fingers swelled and were burning. I was cut numerous times with the machine, my fingers were bleeding! Its been 2 weeks since I had my nails done here and they look awful. Not too mention the owner ripped my hands out of the dryer so they werent fully dry yet and I hit a nail and it got ruined. Go to this place if you want your fingers to bleed, swell and eventually feel like they are falling off for an expensive price!

Im so sad to say but things have changed quite a bit at Navys nails. I made an appointment with Navy and she didnt even take me. I saw Kim instead. Although she was very sweet my fingers were burning the whole time, they were stinging horribly from the alcohol afterwards from all the cuts I received, and my gel is already coming off and its been 2 days. My acrylic is so thick and with gel on top isnt even staying on. I will have to go back to my old place to get them fixed. My mother and I were both very surprised at how high the prices are not and how low grade the services have become. This used to be one of my favorite places, but I wont be returning and neither will my mother who is having similar problems with her nail polish not staying on.

Made an appt for 1030, made me sit and soak until 11 before someone serviced me and $80 later ($10 in *additional fees*) my nails look like trash. I just wouldnt. They dont package tools or line tubs either.

It seems like this establishment is great for nail care, but seriously beware with waxes. I thoroughly explained what I wanted (an extended bikini wax) but the person did almost the exact opposite (she started waxing everything off). I had to stop her in the middle of the session but only realized what she had done once shed taken off way too much. After that I had to keep checking what she was doing throughout the rest of the appointment. By the end the job looked terrible (wasnt even and ended up being an annoying shape) and far more painful than it shouldve been. They tried to make it up by giving me five dollars off but that didnt feel satisfactory to me given how I essentially had to tell the person what to do every step of the way *after* theyd messed up so badly. I understand English isnt many workers first language, so if its difficult for them to understand customers itd be best for them to have diagrams of options so folks can point to what they want and avoid this type of situation.

I should have listened to the negative reviews. Way too expensive when I could pay half price anywhere else and my nails came out HORRIBLE. It was close to home so I wanted to try somewhere new. All they do is gossip about each other there instead of helping their fellow co workers. Never going again.

Really horrible experience. I don’t even know where to start. One of my nails were filed down to the nail bed and started bleeding. My cuticles were aggressively ripped off and those also were bleeding like crazy. The technician got a black piece of hair stuck in my gel nail and freaked out when I tried to address it. Another woman had to step in at that point but it was too late. Horrible experience would never go back. My friend I went with asked for square and she got some round and some square. They also don’t cover the full nail with polish so there are awkward gaps on the sidebar of your nail. 0/10 don’t go. The fact they made me pay for this extreme let down is the icing on the cake. Should’ve been free after the torture. Every employee was like “wow your nails are so bad” and we’re shaking their heads yet stil wanted me to pay for it! So ridiculous
