I was treading good and professional in 2019

The staff is pleasant and professional, however no respect for the appointment time. I arrived at 12:50 for a 1 pm. I had to go to the car, I didnt feel safe with the number of people waiting. It is now 2 pm, I got in for the nanogram; back to the waiting room for the sonogram. Unacceptable, to not honor peoples time. I was informed that they triple book today. I am grateful to still have a job, they must feel that folks have nothing to do. Needless to say I am not happy

DO NOT GO HERE!!! THEY HAVE NO IDEA WHAT THEY ARE DOING! The quoted me a self pay price of $150 and even repeated the quote when the called to confirm the day before then when I get there tell me I have to pay $250. I spend $30 going there and the moment I pulled up I didn’t like the look of the facilities... SMH! I should have know not to go there from the reviews another place closer to me said $160 I just didn’t want to wait 1 month. DO NOT GO HERE!

After finishing an ultrasound, I asked the receptionist for an imaging disk. She just told me take a seat in the waiting room. I waited 30 mins just to find the receptionists had left for the day. Had I not walked up and said anything I would have been locked in!The waiting room has seating lined around corners and sides where they cannot see you if you happen to sit in them. I literally called at the window for 3 mins before one of the doctors finally came to the window to give me an imaging disc that literally took 5 minutes to copy. No one was doing it!Oh, was this for the ultrasound you just did today? Oh, Im sorry Ill do that for you right now, the doctor says.I couldnt believe this...The woman in the ultrasound department needs to communicate clearly. Ive seen multiple instances where patients ask her to repeat herself because she just doesnt say anything! She just gives you your documents and... nothing. No directions before you leave. She just leaves you hanging and many patients returning to the window because this! Ive never seen such laziness. Youre supposed to be attentive so patients are not left wondering what is going on. Follow up!

DECEPTIVE BILLING PRACTICES!!!Be prepared to get billed unexpectedly. Before services I checked with insurance co. and told not covered. Based upon Dr.s prescription I priced services here and at other facilities and was satisfied with theirs and confirmed price repeatedly, before arriving and before being serviced. They said no further bill would be sent. However received bill for nearly twice what paid at facility and when complained no remedy only elaborate excuses. Finally, their charges are highest of all facilities priced.

I had to get my first mammogram here and the staff made me feel every comfortable during what I thought would be a scary process.

The staff are professional but on after having my mamogramm was sent a letter saying that my breasts were cystic and required for me to have an ultrasound, i used another clinic for years and was never told this before, its happened twice now, therefore i am having to pay twice and worry twice. Why not suggest the ultrasound be standard for womenvwith cystic breasts, rather than put people through this inconvenience and expence.. They are extremely expensively priced.. Wouldnt use them if there was another convenient option.
