I was very impressed by their attention and customer service.When I called for an appointment everything was a smooth process.The day of the appointment everything went well. They provided a very professional and friendly service.Parking was available outside and waiting time was minimal.I will recommend this center, they provide a very respectful and nice service!!Ps. Had a wonderful experience. My tech was great and comforting. The front desk person was very helpful and walked me through the steps with ease.

CHECK YOUR BILLS/INSURANCE STATEMENT!!! I was charged $161 for my visit, being told that was my co-pay amount. A couple months later I happen to be filing a claim for an unrelated medical expense and noticed that my entire service here was billed to my insurance and paid in FULL! If I hadnt checked my insurance claim, I would not have known that I was supposed to pay $0 and no one from the Midtown Womens Center called to let me know I over paid and was owed a refund of $161. Makes me wonder how many other people have been charged fees despite their insurance providing full coverage? Other than that, the service was friendly and quick. The clinic was clean and enjoyable.

I cannot say enough about the amazing care and compassion I received at this location. I went in for a biopsy procedure and to say I was scared is an understatement. The doctor and both the assistants that were with me during the procedure were all so caring and comforting. It was a completely positive experience from check in to check out. I highly recommend this establishment.

I was hoping for a great experience based on the reviews, but honestly, it was not. First, the location has no signage about where parking is. Second, the techs, while kind, did not offer much in the way of explanation of what they were doing, what they noticed, nothing. Third, there was no radiologist onsite, or at least not that they would share. Forth, they said Id hear results next day...three days later I got a message saying I had to come back. When I called to understand why, nobody could give me a straight answer. Fifth, when the billing department called to tell me what Id owe in the follow-up visit, she had no customer service skills to explain why or understand my confusion/frustration. Awful experience. Im going back to Memorial where they actually communicate.

If you go anywhere else you would be loosing out on the best experience for such a sensitive process. Super friendly, knowledgeable, and fast. I was in and out in 30 min for two different exams. I have never been treated better !

What a pleasant experience! The parking and building was a little hard to find, but the rest was great! I was seen right away and the place is spotless and very well run. The technician was sweet and knowledgeable. They gave me my results right away and I will definitely go back.

I have been going here for several years for mammograms. Love the atmosphere. Staff are professional and polite. Getting an appointment is easy. They don’t answer the phone but call you back within a day. I used to go to Mount Sinai but I feel much more comfortable here.

Trendy outside with awesome graffiti, with nice and clean inside where they give you robes that give it almost feels spa-like vibe. Staff was very kind, knowledgeable and attentive. They also saw me right away, as soon as the paperwork was complete. Came home and told my mom to go there for her next check up. Overall excellent experience. Highly recommend.

Midtown Women’s Health was great. I went there for a routine mammogram snd they were on time, and friendly. They already verified my insurance, and the whole appointment was very quick. The office is clean, and they even have comfy robes. Highly recommend.

Going for a breast exam is not easy as many things come to mind and you may get nervous but you feel very welcomed and the staff is so warm that makes you feel at home. Results came in very fast too. This is my third time visiting the center. The receptionist was polite; very organized. The center is clean The wait was 10 to 15 mins. I felt a little an easy at times because of the stares i got from some of the wht. staff and customers I have a feeling that the center probably dont get any blk. customers at all. That would be ashame. The technician explained the procedure and she asked questions. Very kind staff. I recommend this place.

My 2nd year there. The hospitals are huge and intimidating so I prefer the small facility. Great location and parking. Employees are cordial and the technician made me feel comfortable. The service was fast so I was able to leave earlier than anticipated to be at work on time.

The technicians are sweet and help you feel comfortable The front line employees are pleasant and helpful; the rating wasn’t less because of them. However the phones are rarely if ever answered. Personally I was better impressed the first time I went. Waze sends you to a location around the corner ugh I’ve decided to go elsewhere for my follow up, this time the experience was stressful to say the least.

At any age, having a Mammogram is a stressful event. You instinctively worry and are uneasy. I LOVE the Women’s Center because they “get it” and do their best to put you at ease from the moment you walk in. Their staff is compassionate, and for me that is SO important! Anyone can press you into a machine and perform a test. It takes great skill and dedication to do it with kindness and care. I hope they understand how much that is truly appreciated!

I was diagnosed with Breast Cancer during the pandemia and the whole staff help me, support me and recommended the best Doctors. It was very small and they have the experience and saw it in a very early stage. I’m very grateful with all the team.

I’ve been coming here since 2014- This office facility is great since it’s very clean and has a very warm and homey feel; to even afford complimentary parking is exceptional for being in Midtown. Staff are all very professional and friendly, very attentive. Exams are quick with even quicker results. I’ve traveled back to them from as far as 45 minutes instead of going to the typical Hospital like facilities closer to home.Definitely highly recommended for all women in the Miami area, and surrounding locations.

This is the best place in Miami to get a mammogram! The clinic manager is absolutely amazing and so are the staff. The robes, the attention and the turnaround time make this place a model for other centers.

What’s going on with the horrible service at the center? what it’s going so bad that calls aren’t answered at 920 am. Called today 2/17/21 Jenel answer the phone with a disgusting attitude. You know what makes a place bad? the people who are unhappy working with people. So I am returning a call to schedule appointment after my doctor sent the order directly to them. Jenel cannot seem to find the information but less than a week ago they were calling me to schedule. Nonsense people! unprofessional

After many years using the mount Sinaifacility I change to Midtown Women Center. I have a being a patient for the past four or five years having my mammogram done. What I really like that after my mammogram the technician or the attending doctor would come out and explain what they sow. I was very disappointed that this time they told me they would send me and my doctor a letter with the results. Left without any answer of my mammogram. Technician said thats the new policy. In the future I will ask what is their policy. I may have to change facility

I have been going to Midtown Women’s Center probably 10 years for my mammograms and love it there. They are thorough and efficient, and the vest is that I never have to wait long. The staff are all so pleasant and accommodating, and they have a doctor onsite who reads your results immediately (altho they still send them to your dr). At other diagnostic centers I would have long waits and the staff were inept. I am so glad I found this center!

My test results are extremely delayed and they promised it would be ready in 48 hours I scheduled an apt with my doctor 4 days later to be safe and it still wasn’t ready. They should at least call to say there is delay. They also could not tell me the results at the time of the appointment either.Update - it has been a week... still no results... They insist that they sent my results to my doctors office - but nothing.
