So I regular this sports clips but the last two appointments have made me decide to stop. Both times Ive checked in online and shown up within the 5 minute window on their timer. Both times I ended up waiting over 30 minutes and today I was on deck for over 30 minutes. To make matters worse all 3 ladies decided to walk to the back (they didnt have anyone they were working with) and after they didnt reappear for over 10 minutes I said to hell with this and left. Please avoid this place if you value your time because they sure wont.

The online survey does not work. Very annoying. Anyways, my stylist Lexi was fantastic. I was very worried about my sons haircut because the last two times I went his hair was uneven, choppy, and just horrible. I explained my concerns with her before the haircut. She cut his hair in less than ten minutes and it was so perfect. We have school pictures tomorrow and I was so worried. I will only use Lexi from now on and I’m so happy I found a person I can use for future visits. Lexi is friendly, professional, and she absolutely knows how to cut a child’s hair. I definitely recommend her. Thank you Lexi

Like most sports clips it is on a fast down hill spiral. Very basic hair styles only at this facility and the ones who can do more will not because of the lack of expertise from the majority of the employees . I was actually told by Janey that it was not right that she had to do a hard hair cut when the others could not do it and she actually threw a fit right there and April said she agreed and was not going to do a non simple hair cut either. So basically its $27 for however they can cut your hair not for how you want it cut when other places including barbers are only $14 - $18 and can and will do a much better job.

My son and I went to get our haircut this morning. The ladies were nice but they cant cut hair. Both of our cuts were uneven. The guys cut next to me looked like he did it himself. Overall great attitude friendly service, zero talent. Sport Clips in general is losing credibility by not having at least a moderate standard of talent.

Went in yesterday (4/29/2016) after work. Had a line of people waiting and just 2 ladies cutting hair. Watched a few people walk out. Whoever manages this place may not know how to make a schedule, or realize that youre going to be busy when guys get off work, which is after 5:00 for the plants. The 2 ladies working were great, very pleased with my haircut, there should have been at least 4-5 workers there until around 7.

Ive been three times and had my hair cut by three different barbers and every time I ask for a low fade leave the top and every time i received a high fade and a trim on top. The service is good and the barbers are nice but they seem to have it in their heads that a low fade starts near the top of the head. I will never return to them and I do not recommend them if you care how your hair comes out.

Devastated that my sons haircut is horrible and choppy. I’ve literally done a better job at home. Why would you even apply to a job where you basically do one haircut if you can’t do it. Fire your stylist that cannot do a proper mans haircut, a fade should be faded and not harsh lines all over the haircut. I’m so upset that my son has to walk around like this until it grows out. Unacceptable

Hit or miss..... Had some good hair cuts but I have had a few that caused me to stay away.

My experience here is always Great. All the stylists are fun, loving & caring people. I personally use Lisa as mine at the Sulphur location.

Take my grandson and nephew here. They love it because they get hot towels, and a neck massage, just like the men do. Prices are a little high, but worth it. Highly recommend this to all the men in my life, young and old.

This place is horrible. Took my son there last night, the girl that cut my sons hair thought he would look good with a hard part, hes currently home from school crying saying it looks like a mohawk (my son hates them) and begging to get it fixed. He is completely embarrassed and wearing a hat. When I went back in to say something the women locked the door.

Please do not go there I had to give 1 star so I could comment. They dont deserve a half star. You will be properly robbed. Before you can get out of there without them charging a man thats barely got hair to cut 33 $ for a 2 minute hair cut. Go if you want your feelings hurt. Im being honest.

I waited 15 minutes while 2 stylists flirted with one customer. 5 minutes while he was in the chair; talking. Then 10 minutes at the cash register. The 2 girls had the attitude that I would just have to wait for my turn. Wrong. Not when you two are wasting time. Wont go back. Was my 8th time.

Did a really good job on my sons fade.

All the girls are nice and polite however the wait was expected to be around 25mins and it was well over an hour before I was finally seated.

My stylist was very friendly she kept up a conversation and the haircut and bears trim turned out really well

Went in for a haircut . Service was prompt And friendly . I ask for a 2 on the sides and trim the top in . Of course I had alot of hair and I hid it under a hat . So naturally after my hair cut I put my hat back on and left . When I got back to my room to wash it . I noticed the young lady that cut it really gapped the back of my head bad . Which now I realize that because she told me you can put hat back on .
