Im not sure if they still do it, its been a while, but they make amazing fightstick enclosures if your an avid fighting game player. solid metal no bs. my bro had one when his house burned and in the cremated remains of the house stood a sole arcade stick shell and basically nothing else

These guys have always been super helpful and honest over the years. Recently they spent extra time figuring out what was wrong with my mobo without charging me extra (which earned them pizza), and just gave me some free thermal paste. They rock.

I came in and requested a clone be made of my hdd. I explained that it was my business machine, and having it down was costing me money. They accepted the job, confirming a clone copy should take just a few hours.I came in at the end of the business day. Turns out they had spent 6 hours running a ram test. I took my machine back. Guess they regarded me as just another idiot. The clone work was never even started.

Excellent customer service; they are honest and helpful about my laptop problems every time I go here. I was given insight, knowledge, and shown what went wrong so I know what to do next time, as well as advice for future problems and what my options are. They are very knowledgeable and show it by sharing that knowledge with the customers in a friendly way so we can figure out how we want to proceed. They sell laptops, but will direct you to other places if they think youll find something better suited for you elsewhere. They looked over my laptop and were able to fix the problem without opening it up, and they didnt charge me; I am very grateful to them.

I was recommended this place by a local and needed my laptop fixed asap. It had a virus and was operating on an old Windows system. The guys here were very friendly and were really passionate about what they did which made me feel confident they would do a great job. And they did in a timely manner. Very impressed with this place and I would HIGHLY recommend it to anyone needing their computer fixed especially at a reasonable price.

Excellent service. I spoke with Kristofer for about 15 min. He was able to fix my computer quickly right away along with advice of annual service of virus prevention, that makes complete sense to me. I wont go anywhere else now as they have my trust.

After a horrible computer experience with another store here in town (naming names feels a bit unethical)...I was recommended top go to Pci. I was very happy with the results. I only waited 1 day for a reboot and the customer service was great. I learned that they only charged half of what I paid at the other store for the work I had done at the other store. I wish I had heard of these guys first! I will definitely be a returning customer.

Ran their mouth about my pre built gaming set up when I called asking a question, my system can run all the new games and I paid less that 1400 for it came with a 1080ti full cooling set up and a core i7 9th gen. thought I would give these guys a try but come to find out my buddy went to them and they ripped him off. almost 2 grand for a pc with a horrible case, only 1 cooling fan, a 560ti and core i3... well never step foot into this place again.

Been going here for 10 years now, since I was 22. Having them build me custom gaming computers, repairs, restores, get forgotten pws to log in, upgrade oss and hardware upgrades. Great dudes, very nice.ONLY BECAUSE I love my computer dearly, I sometimes feel that they might take longer than I would like so I can game after work. Sometimes it takes them a week for hardware changes. If youre in a nerd hurry and want your comp back fast just ask them daily in a nice manner if they have an ETAAnd tip them

Great customer service all around. I brought my PC in for repairs the other day, and the service I received was exemplary. The diagnosis of the problem was quick and spot on, and the fix was quick and painless. I couldnt have asked for anything more.

I have dealt with Aaron at Pci Computer Services for some time now. He is ALWAYS extremely prompt and efficient when I need help. As we all know, our productivity almost stops when our computer is sitting in a shop waiting for someone to take the time to perform diagnostics. Then it takes another day or so for the service to be completed.Aaron and his staff service my system remotely and in most cases it is done in a matter of hours -- not days or weeks.Dont be held hostage by a geek!Try Pci and you will not be waiting a week.

This is one of two computer repair shops Ive been two in Chico, the other is on Forest Ave. PCIs attitude and willingness to do what YOU require, puts the other to shame. (The repair fellow there is a good guy - its the owner that needs a little work!)

I brought in my 2008 Dell laptop to PCI with little hope. I had received multiple estimates on the repairs before, all exceeding three hundred dollars...because it was entirely broken in half. Upon first glance they told me it wouldnt be a problem, they could either order new hinges, and if that failed, they would make it into a desktop. Two days later I got called to pick up my computer, with original hinges, fixed as new!! It was the most incredible work I have ever seen. At a price that made me ashamed I didnt go here first.

My wife and I visited the PCI, Chico store on several occasions during our search to buy a new laptop.The Staff was very courteous and friendly.Very helpful and insightful in helping us decide what we really wanted and needed and not just trying to make a quick easy sell or buy something we did not need.We ended up deciding to buy a laptop and another device there because they were so hospitable and helpful.We will be definitely be returning there for future needs and recommend PCI to anyone looking for computers or related needs of any kind, we truly see why they have been voted number one for so long.Shawn, has made visiting there and dealing with the purchases and answering our questions hassle free and enjoyable experience, even when over the phone.Keep up the good work guys.

I highly recommend Pci Computer Services. They have assisted me on several occasions. I have found that they are reasonable with regards to their charges. And they will work with you to resolve any on-going issues and suggest remedies. I recently was in their store and dealt with Ervin Callaway, who was able to make all the required changes to my computer laptop. He was very quick and is a real credit to Pci. Id suggest asking for Ervin. He sure impressed me.

Poor to fair? No. Very poor.The poor communication between staff lead to my paying for a graphics card I could not use. During the time that staff were discovering this fact, many staff members either bickered, evaded responsibility for the mistake, or blamed other coworkers. One particularly mouthy fellow eventually blamed me for making the purchase. That is when I had them uninstall the card and I took my money back. That was my last visit to their shop. I should have read the reviews first.
