I have been a patient since 2015 and its 2021... this will be my last year coming to this facility for lack of professional reasons. My tech, Maria, will be the one I will miss. She calms me after I get upset because the scheduler DID NOT do the job correctly, AGAIN.🤔😶😥

Beyond excellent Diagnostic center for women, very professional, experienced... They respect appointment time and results are given as promised ( 2 business days). Congratulations to its management.May God bless this place !!!

I was very satisfied with my experience here! The office was pleasant and clean. The front desk was helpful. The techs were very friendly as well as knowledgeable! Their equipment was new and modern and I was in and out quick!

Dont go here!! Horrible service!! All CBC of Medical Park Group locations are a nightmare!! They give you horrible customer service, they promise you your results within 24-48 hours, its been 10 days since I last had my test done, and they still dont have the results. I found out after from my Dr. that they have patients still waiting 30 days for their results! Their phone system is terrible. They never answer their phones. I have called multiple times, have been on hold for over 20 mins each time, and then sent straight to voicemail. I have left voice messages for them to call me back, but no-one ever calls you back. Their website is not up to date. They never check their messages on their sites either. They claim they are backed up, but then why do they keep taking patients? When you finally get ahold of someone over the phone, they ALL tell you something different. One guy told me the results were ready and he would send them to my Dr. right away. My Dr. said he didnt send anything. The next woman told me over the phone that my results were not ready. They LIE to you just to get you off the phone. This place is horrible. I dont recommend this place unless you like to add on extra stress to your life.

This is the most professional staff in a doctors office that Ive ever seen. They are very efficient and appear to be prepared prior to my appointment time with the medical records. I was in and out in no time.

Professional, excellent service and welcoming environment. I dont care what anyone says,this place is definitely a five star.

The staff is nice and the office is clean. The only downside is the whole hour I had to wait past my appointment time.

The service here is either really good or really bad. This time, I had 2 appointments and the Breast center was my first one. I told the front desk that I will have to leave within a certain time because I had a blood test after my breast center appointment and was already tired and not feeling well from fasting for so long. The front insisted that I would be ok and on time. Unfortunately, that was not the case. I asked twice to reschedule because my 2nd appointment was a priority and they declined and kept insisting that I stay. I was admitted into the back 45 minutes after my arrival.To make a long story short, I ended up missing my 2nd appointment and I have to fast all over again and my doctor visit schedule has been set back by another month.The technician was really nice and apologized profusely. The front did not seem to care and I was quite insulted because I was willing to come back. I almost felt like the front wanted to have me stay because it was an inconvenience for THEM to punch in a new appointment date. If I had my choice, I wouldn’t come to this center because it has not been the best since the last doctor passed away.

Its walk in facility but i had a 1230 apt have been here before so im registered wIted one hour gor my apt aventure breast ctr has me in and out i came here cuz closer to home i wont come back abuse of my time and one day off i missed my next apt

I don’t come again because I wating 2 hours in the room to call me for a ultra sound and when I ask the staff they said it’s your fall Vaca use you come early at the appointment, I can believe 😩

This place is all about pushing the 3D mammogram on you. They do not care about the patients wishes. It was my first mammogram and I will never go back to this place because they basically pushed me into getting the 3D mammogram when I only wanted the traditional mammogram, because the 3D gives more radiation. First, the receptionist asks me why I requested the 3D since my doctor ordered the regular one. I tell her that I did NOT request the 3D. She insists that I did request it, which is not true. I tell I want the regular one. She says ok. Then the person that takes me to do the scan literally debated me into getting the 3D. It was a 10 minute back-and-forth with me telling her that I dont want the 3D because of more radiation. I am high risk for cancer because all the women in my family have gotten cancer (not Breast Cancer) so I dont want more radiation. After 10 minutes of her trying to sell it to me, and me saying NO, she pursed her lips and got a mad look on her face when she realized I did not want it. Her mad look scared me because she was about to perform my first mammogram, so I felt manipulated into agreeing to the 3D. I did the 3D but I will never go back to that office.

Great place for yearly mammograms. The staff is always friendly.
