The reviews below seem really bad but I didnt have the same experience. This clinic is under new ownership and thankfully I didnt experience anything like the below. The place was clean, I went into my appointment right away and I was treated with respect and professionalism. Definitely recommend.

I will never understand these medical offices and their appointment schedules. If I have an appointment at 11, I should be looked at at 11. Ive been waiting for 40 minutes already, and am still in the waiting room. It is a complete disrespect, lack of consideration and professionalism to treat your clients (I paid to be here) this way. If you people think we have nothing better to do than sit here and wait for our time to be respected, then the only thing better to do is write this review while I wait. The only reason I dont put one star is because I still dont know about your quality of service to determine if youre as bad as this disrespect.

Front desk was pleasant. However, ultrasound technician, Teresa I believe, did not make me feel comfortable at all. She did not smile even once. Her tone was low and uninviting. When she was done she didnt even look at me in the face, did not wish me a good day, nothing! But, wait time was short and facility appeared very clean.

Very unprofessional. To start they take forever to answer the phone. I called to ask for an appointment on Sep 15. They ask me to fax the prescription to the fax on their business cards. Ten days later )Sep 25) I did not get an answer, I called and they said the fax in their business cards is wrong. The person answering the phone was rude and not willing to help. If they can not get right their business cards I cant imagine the rest of their services. I wouldnt recommend putting your health in their hands.

WELL, NO MUCH TO SAY HERE... JUST READ THE REVIEWS AND FIGURE IT OUT. DON’T WASTE YOUR TIME HERE. TERRIBLE SERVICE! THEY CANCELED MY APPOINTMENT LAST WEEK. ACCORDING TO THEM, THE MACHINE WAS BROKEN. I TRIED TO MAKE AN APPOINTMENT ON THEIR WEBSITE BUT, AGAIN, NO RESULTS; NEVER RECEIVED ANY CONFIRMATION. I WILL DEFINITELY LET THE RIGHT AUTHORITIES TO KNOW ABOUT THIS PLACE. IT SEEMS LIKE THIS PLACE CARELESS ABOUT YOUR HEALTH.WHEN COMES TO MY HEALTH, I TAKE ACTION, THATS FOR SURE! I WILL REPORT THIS PLACE.

ABSOLUTELY HORRENDOUS! This place smells like old car tires. I am not exaggerating. This place smells like there was an electrical fire not too long ago. It even gave me an allergic reaction while I was waiting to be seen which is another travesty. I WAITED 2 HOURS JUST TO BE SEEN even though I had an appointment. DONT COME HERE!

I have been calling since yesterday, about 4 times for an appointment, and no one answer, then you press the number to leave a message and the mail box is full. It seems that no body works there. I will have to go to another company. If everybody did this they will have to attend the phone

The people who work there are dense. They gave me the wrong address to their location at the time of making the appt. Instead of 8000, they told me 800. After waiting 14 min on hold to notify them that the patient was going to be a couple of minutes late on their account, the employee who answered the phone proceeded to tell me that if he wasnt in in 30 minutes they would cancel the appointment; even though it was their fault he was late. After discussing this she confirmed the time of his appointment which ended up being 20 mins after the original appt time they gave me. Theyre a mess! If you need to make an appointment with these people, pack your patience!

I will never visit this company again(anywhere in America). I dont know if its about my race/culture but, I got to my appointment 30mins early which was 130pm and only had 1 guy ahead of me for a MRI which only takes 30 mins so many other people came after me and left before me and I didnt leave until 345p...I should have been on there payroll for today. Horrible, customer service and staff.

Excellent, professional service.The open MRI is a Godsend!
