Called South Florida Diagnostics and in less than 15 minutes, I had an appointment. Need it to change a few details and they helped me to get it done inside those 15 minutes. Given todays protocol with insurances, approvals, doctor offices, hospitals, etc, not to mentioned our current Covid situation, we can rate the service I received beyond outstanding. No match.

Wish I would have read the reviews earlier. Made an appointment for 9/16/21 @ 11:00am. Got there 1/2 an hour early and then they said my appointment was rescheduled for 9/17/21 same time. They never notified me. Theyre not far so I chucked it up to human error. Later on (9/16/21, today) I was called saying they had to reschedule again as they had not received documents from my doctor. Told them I had a direct connection with my doctor and I would gladly get them anything they needed before end of business. Now came the long sob story of insurance etc... With the level of incompetence at the front desk, I could only imagine the level of incompetence that would follow from the technicians/doctors. Yes, I told them to cancel my appointment as I was going to find somewhere else who actually knew what they were doing. Pay attention to the reviews and find somewhere else that can do what you need.

My doctor sent me for an emergency mammogram bc we found a lump. 10 days later, still no results from these irresponsible people. I wish I had read the reviews beforehand.

This place do not deserve a star!!Beware!! Please do not go to this place. Extremely poor customer service.A real nasty place with arrogant and condescending staff with no idea about how to treat people, what their process is and how long people must wait. I supposed to be the first person to be attended because They asked to me to drink water an hour prior going for an ultrasound and told me specifically that I will be the first person. I got there on time, waited an hour and noticed three other ladies who came after me being call and I was upon to explode. I asked the technician why I was still waiting, she replied: “She was first”. After another 10 long minutes another technician came and made me cross the hall with the ugly robe that they have and took me to the lab on the other side of the building.On the report the liar technician wrote that the transvaginal examination was degraded by lack of cooperation from the patient. That I complained of pain and discomfort during the examen when she never even mentioned a word to me. NEVER Again!!!

2nd time here and the same result. Made an appointment and was not seen until at least an hour and a half later. Services are typical and can be rendered anywhere. If you have time to spare make your appointment here. If you dont want to be waiting all day, please make an appointment somewhere else. I will not be coming back to this location.

Reception girl is nasty rude. The short tiny ugly girl with glasses and long hair in reception has no manners & is very rude. She shouldnt be working on here.

I have been coming here to get a liver ultrasound for the last 5 years or so and never has a technician been so emotionally intelligent, informative, kind and professional as Ms. Yarenny Diaz. She was a ray of sunshine in a medical world of mediocrity. Kudos to her!

Great location. View of the Turnpike in the parking area. The appointment process was easy, the appointment ladies were extremely nice and helpful. I had to reschedule due to a meeting and the appointment lady found an earlier time for me on a Saturday. As soon as I walked into my appointment I walked into a separate area, the decoration and the seating was inviting/relaxing. The staff was very nice the process was easy and records can be sent to the doctors you need.

Very bad experience!I just left this place because they made a mistake with the order, putting just an XR when there were two in the order I gave them. Then, they wanted me to come back another day so they can charge the insurance for the other XR they missed in the order. The most important and urgent XR was missed. I didnt agree to come back another day because I have to request time off from my new job and why do I need to pay for the mistakes of others?I requested to speak with a supervisor and the only answer was there was no supervisor in the center at the moment.Very poor customer service. None was available to help me after they made the mistake. Not coming back ever.

I have been referred to various facilities throughout the years typically relying on my doctors office to choose where Im sent. After trying many different facilities through the years, I always request that my services be performed at South Florida Diagnostic Imaging. Many places look nice with marble floors and granite counter tops, but the caliber of Doctors, look at their website (SFDI.BIZ) and the fact that they are the only outpatient facility accredited by The Joint Commission gives me peace of mind. This is truly a top notch caliber institution and I would recommend no other.

Expect to be here all day. Because of covid, non patients are not allowed in. Stay away from all of the medical staff smokers who huddle on the second floor balcony above the entrance.

The technician was very kind, on the contrary Loradena from the front desk was not, she had poor aptitude and was unwilling to help

My appointment was canceled for the second time without previous notice. No respect whatsoever for patients and their needs. Do not go unless you want to risk losing your time. NOT RECOMMENDED!

Its pretty obvious that someone is fixing the reviews on this site. I have been to this place 5 times and every time the waiting room is full of people complaining, and the staff making excuses that this never happens. We have NEVER been here and had our actual service rendered at an acceptable time. Usually it is 2+ hours after the appointment schedule (and when you are fasting that is not nice). There is so much disrespect in the medical world where they think that our time is irrelevant to theirs. I can only imagine if I were to treat my clients like this. I finally had a CT Scan down the road and I have seen what the other side looks like. They were super friendly, they were a little late too but only by 15 minutes. My scans were fast and thorough. I was out of their in 1-1/2 hours. At SFDI I would still be in the waiting room and starving. This place needs a better manager to schedule, they are horrible.

Ive been to this office many times usually it goes fairly smooth. But the last two appointments have been awful. Today 7/23/2020 I had an xray & a CT Scan scheduled for 2PM. I got there at ten to two and waited half an hour for an Xray. Then waited another hour after that. When I inquired why the long wait I was told, I was next. After another long wait, I demanded a supervisor. The CT tech came out and told me they had a problem w/the previous patient and I had to wait there was NOTHING THEY COULD DO. At that time I advised her of the lack of professionalism and that waiting over an hour and a half and having to ask for a supervisor was unacceptable & a thoughtless waste of MY TIME. I will not be returning to So Fla Diagnostics EVER if I can help it.

Ive been to SF Diagnostic Imaging twice and they are very professional and have a friendly staff. When I have gotten an MRI, the results are given to the doctor within a few days. Im very pleased with their services.

I had a great experience. I needed to get in quickly and they accommodated my request. The receptionist was friendly. The doctor clearly explained the entire process and addressed my claustrophobia by having me close my eyes before entering the MRI and playing soft music. He checked up on me. After, I received my results in 2 days. Definitely will go again if needed. I wish a doctors visits were this quick. Great job!!

Everyone always takes the time to write negative comments, but I wanted to take a minute and give you a brief summary of the amazing experience that I had at South Florida Diagnostic Imaging. I had several exams performed at this facility and the equipment was state of the art. My mammogram was read by a certified breast radiologist, Dr. Maria Beltran. My PCP raves about this facility, and I can see why. The turn around time on the reports was impressive. I highly recommend this free standing center

Super fast service, front desk receptionist are nice. I asked for coffee and one of the girls went out her way to make it for me. Recommend this facility to all my friends and family. They even have two free valet parking gentleman since the parking is a bit crazy. great service over all

Wonderful and professional service! Not only was I seen quickly the results were provided to both my doctor and I within a couple of days. Also, when I needed a copy of my images and report for a second opinion they had them ready in 20 minutes. They also have early morning and late evening hours! Would highly recommend! My dissatisfaction with this company goes beyond words. The professionalism displayed is among the lowest Ive witnessed in many years. No one on staff verified my insurance benefits prior to my arrival. Had they performed their basic duties they would have seen that I am covered 100% with 0 copay. Yet on the day of service I am asked to pay $250. Best part is no one to discuss the error with. My time and patience has been taken by the company and will not be getting it back.No phone calls explaining the situation were made. Do not have any confidence in this company nor its staff.

Visited many times for different medical services. The free valet parking is perfect, so dont worry about how crowded the parking looks.Personnel has invariably been efficient, professional, courteous.Obviously I like this place for my health imaging needs.

To start off I called to schedule 2 diagnostics testing and upon my arrival I was given a different amount that was due. I paid to get the testing resolved. After being taken to the first testing receptionist had to make a call to the technician after me patiently waiting over 2 1/2 hours for my second test. My doctor called the center 3 days later because results were not received. That same day he place a call and was told 2 hours later he would receive the report. After I called several times add staff started to give me different excuses and reason why the the report was not done I escalated the call and asked to speak with a supervisor. Rosemary came to the call and asked me for all my info and my doctors info, I provided all necessary info. She stated she was going to contact the radiologist so the radiologist can contact the doctor with at least a preliminary. My doctor asked me during the waiting time to call and find out status after he had contacted the center. The center closes at 7pm and it was 10 minuets to 7pm. A young lady doing her good had to listen to me on how upset and unprofessional the staff has been. I still can not believe on how medicine in the US is so advance but the disrespect is still happening. Hopefully my results are a bluff and the findings are negative ‼️

I came here to do an MRI on Friday March 28, 2019 and this place is amazing, very clean and they were very professional and helpful. The tech who did my exam was Miguel and he was absolutely amazing. I’ve done many MRIs before but this was one of the best places I’ve been too.

I took my elderly mother to South Florida to have several exams. From the moment we arrived we were greeted by the front desk with a smile. My experience with the rest of the staff was refreshing. The techs were very kind and had patience with my mom. Thank you making my moms experience a pleasant one.

I dont know why this location doesnt have five stars...I had a very pleasant experience here. It was very easy to make an appointment within the same week of calling. Once I arrived, I was called in within a few moments. I didnt catch her name, but the woman that did my ultrasound was the perfect example of what a medical professional should be. She was kind, gentle, and explained everything to me. Ive never been treated so nicely before at a medical center. I would definitely recommend this location.

In suite 102. Parking for disabled as well as reserved for individuals who work here only. Drop off and pick up parking space available.

This is the only imaging facility my family uses. Patient service is exceptional; from the moment you check in, to the technician who performs the procedure, they make their patients feel welcome and at ease. Dont waste your time any place else.

I got there at 7:45 am. They started doing my exams at 8 am, that was the time of my appointment. And I was out at 8:30 amThe lady from the ultrasounds was so kind and she explained to me step by step what she was going to do. The center is located near by my job so that was great. Thank you guys for everything.

I have been going for my mammograms there for years with excellent service and my experience has always been positive. I want to especially thank Dr. Kane for her wonderful service to me during my breast Biopsy. Dr. Kane and her staff were very gentle and caring. The professional and caring manner they treat their clients is excellent. Thank you for your service.

Recently had a cardiac calcium scan here. The staff were efficient and the facility was nice enough. The reports are well formatted and quickly delivered. Would repeat.

This is a great place to go if you need any imaging done. The prices are super low compared to other places. Before I came here I read the reviews, and as a medical student all the bad reviews either make no sense or have no reason to be even here. Many patients dont understand that places dont recharge you, if you do your research and learn information, when you go to a diagnostic center you pay what you insurance advices the place you need to pay depending on your insurance plan deductible or copay. Once you do the exam the place you go to for the imaging bills the insurance the cost of the exam and if your insurance does not want to pay all of it they will end up billing you. so technically, its your insurance not the places you go to which is why when you pick your insurance you should always make sure how much your deductible is and if you have copayments for certain places. I also read many comments on wait time, when people do not realize diagnostic centers only have one machine meaning there is only one patient in the machine. Diagnostic centers deal with many elderly which move and if there is any movement in the machine the techs need to get a whole new image, which delays the time process of the exam. And if you come in late, how do you expect to be assisted on time when you are late and come at the same time as another patients appointment time who was actually on time. If you know your appointment is at 10 am, dont expect to be helped at 10:10 because you are responsible for being on time. We dont see these things happen in hospitals because they have the best technology and if others centers dont have a delay, well that just means they dont have an enough volume of patients. This is why reviews sometimes are not liable and everyone should learn how to do their own research and not depend on other people nor judge places without knowing things first because that is how many people miss going to good places depending on the opinion of others. But anyways I came to do an ultrasound to see if I had kidney stones. The front desk was very welcoming and nice. Then I got passed on to the womens waiting room where there is a TV to watch while waiting and then got assisted with the nicest tech. I felt very comfortable and she answered all questions I had for her without giving me any attitude nor got annoyed of me. I would recommend this place to many people and will return if I ever need any more imagings done.

Very satisfied; always try to have my tests done there, I give them four star because of location and building has nothing to eat in case you get hungry waiting; the rest is great..

Please, check the real cost few times with this facility before they provide the services. I paid $190.00 based on the customer service information after they checked with my insurance company. And now I am in receipt of a bill for additional $60.00. Nobody was able to provide me with the reasons for the additional premium.

They Denied to see me for bringing my 2 daughters. And I also was waiting almost 3 hours at their office. No where in the office does it say children are not acceptable. I assured the office my daughters would be well mannered and the older womam rolled her eyes with no shame in front of me. I have never been so uncomfortable until I stepped foot in this office. They insisted 3 times that I cannot have my girls with me until I finally told them I would leave. And they didnt even bother asking if I wanted to reschedule atleast for not granting access for me to be seen that day.

Horrible customer service! I needed a CT scan stat pending surgery of my ankle. They called me twice to come in and when I returned the call, they said I had to come in immediately. Rushed over there and then waited over an hour. The lobby is full,l. They treat you like cattle. No apology, no explanation. I ended up leaving without my diagnostic exam. Will not return. There are many other places you can go to. They have no value for their patients time.

PleaseDO NOT COME HERE WORST PATIENT CARE EVER. I came here with my husband and had THE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!!! We were like 10 min late and they made us resechedule for being 10 min late!!!! After rescheduling for the same day 2 hours later... we came back early and the lady in the front told us that we had to wait about 2 hours more!!! So they reschedule us for being 10 min late but they can take 2 hours to see us. I am medical provider and I have never done this to any of my patients and I have never experienced a treatment like this. These people have no consideration for the patients. I have had patients arrive at my office 40 min to 1 hr late and I still see them Never have them reschedule!!! I will let all my colleagues know to never send patients here!! Clearly the staff is clueless and do. Not care about the pay or the place or maybe the owner doesn’t care.

Worst Experience Ever !!!! Please do your self a favor and don’t go this place!! I would hate to see another person go through the horrible experience like I did. They made wait for 2 hrs and 15 minutes then to tell me that I needed to wait another hour and 30 minutes more. This ridiculous beyond imagination. Girl at the front desk by the name of Amy is just a flat out liar!!!! Another lady by the nick name of “Cuqui” was totally lost on space.I will use all of my resources to reach out to as many people as posible to let them know about this. BEWARE!!!! Having dealt with sketchy diagnostic imaging practices as part of my legal profession, I knew not to get involved when I received an automated call from this facility asking me to come for treatment. My caller id do not show their office name or the correct office number, instead it was similar to an untraceable out of state number. After ignoring its numerous calls and voicemails, I received a voicemail from a person who claimed that my specialist requested for these images stating my lab results were negative . They were not, it was confirmed twice and I received antibiotics for my infection. The biggest red flag was my specialist office is located over 40 miles away from this office. Again, I knew from experience this is bogus as a reputable dr would never force their patient with health insurance to travel 2 counties away for some images. If they were needed, they usually would refer someone nearby their office.The last thing that confirmed my suspicions is that I visited my dr today. There was absolutely no mention about this place, my medical records stated I had an infection and we had a normal routine antibiotics regimen plan.If a facility you went to refuses to provide you of your own lab results and records. RUN.This place is probably another money making scam that call recently seen patients and trick them into coming in for treatment. Your insurance company may not cover you if there is no script from the dr, this means you get billed! And when they get their fill, I wont be surprised they close down immediately, change its name and reopen again.Call your dr before going anywhere else!!!

Took me three tries to just schedule an appointment. Its five minutes from my home so I stuck it out. Showed up for my appointment and was told my appointment was actually scheduled for 45 minutes later and that they were an additional 45 minutes behind. I feel sorry for all the people that actually took a significant amount of time out of their day to travel to this place.

No parking here, but they do have valet parking is free. Also, staff is very professional, hardly any waiting time.

Been going there since Medical Park was closed, Ive had no problem, fast appointments are available, nice staff but Im giving 4 stars only because I think their equipments should b upgraded, at least my last experience was having an MRI...I was given head phones to hear music & the noise the machine made was so loud that was above the music so I had low music & loud noise. Other than that, all ok & reports are quickly send to the doctor.

Today I had an appointment to do some evaluations, however it was not possible because they did not allow me to enter with my 24-month-old baby, I informed them that I understood that it was easier for me to attend alone but that I had no one to leave her with which they replied that the only way is that I make sure that the girl during the entire evaluation was not going to move from a chair! I informed them that my daughter is calm, that she was not going to run around the site but that she could not pretend that a baby does not move from a chair for 45 min !! A patient who was kindly waiting to notice the situation offered to take care of the girl (which I appreciate very much her good disposition) but she was not going to leave my daughter with someone we do not know! So I requested that my report be returned to withdraw.Speechless!!!!! This has never happened to me at any medical appointment (and I am always with my daughter)

I had a series of exams, the medical staff who did the exams were kind. Since April 4/21 I paid $ 181 because my insurance did not cover it and this amount will be what I was entitled to. Today, August, talking to my health insurance, I realize that they paid for everything, I only got 10 dollars ares. I call and I speak with Giovanna, the billing manager and not only was she rude in her dealings, but she said that she would call me back. She did not ... call supposedly she had already left because according to the receptionist that department closes at 3 oclock although I had spoken with her 3:40. I asked to speak to manager Katy, he was busy, he kept coming back and never called.Today I called again and Mrs. Giovanna was so rude that she stepped over my voice when I was speaking. And their answer was that they cannot know when the insurance pays and the patient too… in short, if I dont find out, they steal my money. And apart I leave insulted. Not even if you want the manager has the professionalism to apologize or return the call.

To make an appointment,,, all the time in hold, call more than 6 times and all the time in hold,,, very bad customer service.

This place deserves a 0 in attention and transparency. Be very careful as they give you a value and then they charge you extra. Today I was surprised by a charge of 46 dollars, apart from the 90 that I had already paid and what they charged my insurance. I will never return to this place.
