Excellent diagnostic center. My waiting time was quick. The staff are friendly and very sociable and the technicians who perform the procedure were very knowledgeable and caring too. I highly recommend this diagnostic center and I’m sure whoever goes there is going to have a nice experience also..
Today I visited the Kendall location and initially were disappointed with how the staff conducted themselves. The pre-registration process is completely flawed. After speaking with the supervisor, (Julie), I was even more displeased with her explanation. She seemed disinterested in resolving any conflicts. However after I met the lead technician, (Jessenia Lorenzo), my entire outlook of Vital Imaging change. Shes a professional, who has the temperament and positive attitude that sorely needed. Heres a message to the owner: give her a raise! This lady multitasking ability is what impress me the most. She managed IV, imaging, Nuclear Stress test assistant, all with a smile on her face. She encouraged patients while theyre on the treadmill, while managing awaiting patients. This was unbelievable to watch her multitask so flawlessly. In closing, my perception of Vital Imaging was due in large part to one person. I think we know who that person were: Jessenia Lorenzo!
I went to Vital Imaging after finding out that a Baptist Diagnostic Center wanted to charge me $1800 (through insurance) or $3000 (without insurance) for a CT scan that was a few hundred self-pay at Vital. The staff is kind and personable and the center is clean with plenty of parking. HIGHLY recommend this place for all diagnostic imaging needs. They also take all insurances but I didn’t want to waste time waiting for an authorization. It’s also important to note that the radiologist’s report was extremely detailed and informative and the radiologist was able to diagnose something a reputable hospital missed the week prior.
Rudest customer service EVER. I called to make an appointment and oh lord, the gentleman was a cuban guy, zero patience, broken English and extremely rude. He basically screamed at me when I asked him to repeat what he was saying because I couldn’t understand. You guys need to choose your staff better. This is unacceptable.
Would have given five stars for friendliness and competency of the actual x-ray. However, the left hand didnt always speak to the right and there was a bunch of confusion in knowing where to go and what to do. The first person I spoke with handed me a piece of paper and told me to go outside and call for my appointment. I was then told that they would call me back. Another person told me to go to a different room. While speaking with the girl in the other room, she could not figure out why they had sent me there but was kind enough to register me in and take me to a completely different building a block over ( walking through the back alley) for my x-rays. I was told that the person who handled my appointment should not have sent me to that building all together. I found the situation strange but a little humorous since the people were so kind. I will definitely use them again in the future and will know what to do when I call and make an appointment. Thanks Vital Imaging! Lol
I have been coming to this place since 1 year ago, I never had an issue, people are very friendly and they are ready to help you. Technician that assist you with your exams they love their job, they are very busy, and of course like anywhere when become to medical field you always have to wait. The only fast route is, if you go to an hospital as emergency. So be mentally prepare that you always have to wait a bit even if you make your appointment. Call them at least 1 or 2 weeks in advance to make your appointment. I feel happy for always having an amazing experience.
Last saturday I went to the Kendall location for an ultrasound and for some reason they did not find the order. The assistant in window # 1 wanted to cancel my appointment after one month being waiting for, because of that, but I had to insist her several times to talk with a supervisor. I was pretty sure my PCP had sent them the order and it was when Mr Henry came and after few diligences authorized the procedure. I always have used this location for all my imaging tests, butnever had been in a situation like that. So, once again I want to recommend 100% this Center and thanks the efficient work of Mr Henry
Terrible, 4 hours waiting. An employee called Noria at window 6, changes the order of the patients at her convenience on the computer. Never more come to HERE.

Great experience. From beginning to the end. Staff were courteous and professional. Minimal time waiting for procedure. Once completed, all documentation was provided for my personal records. Highly recommended
My appointment was at 8 AM, I got there at 7:30 AM and tried to enter the building parking but someone at entrance asked me for parking fee cash only which I didn’t have enough cash and he didn’t accept any credit card . I tried to park on street, all spaces had park- meters which I couldn’t pay right there I had to call a number or pay by login to a website, I tried both and wasted so much time but couldn’t pay, I asked some one for help he said you need to down load an especial app. I left my car there with out paying and came to the center and it was 8:30 Am and lots of patients in front of me, actually I was the last patient and finished around 12:30 PM and I realized that 8:00 AM wasn’t just my appointment time . I was so stressed out for parking payment after I returned to my car I realized that I didn’t have my wallet which I think I lost it when I took it out to get my credit card to pay for parking meter, I looked all around but it was gone . I wish some one in the office let me know that they don’t provide parking space for their patients and we should have some cash otherwise you are on your own responsibility. Other than that every thing every thing was okay and I really appreciate one of the employees with was a gentleman in a room next to where I was sitting and heard my parking problem gave me some office money to pay for parking but the parking attendant said cash only now . it passed my mind few times to barrow four dollars from some one but I couldn’t, how funny 😂

Horrible experience, appt done 1 month ago and no call was received day before appt to verify any $ would be owed at the time of service nor to confirm appt. Arrived on day of appt and place was packed...Ladies attending front desk were Rude, clueless and no consideration for your time. They come to tell me that I didnt have an appointment and they can not do the ultrasound because the technician had to leave for personal reason, and I was fasting on that day.Please AVOID this place if possible. Unfortunately due to their incompetence, could not do tests.. this place is a disgrace.
My experience at this diagnostic Center was the best. They waited on me in a very timely manner and everyone was courteous and respectful. One of the tech was very nice his name was Alex in x-ray.
I personally had a great and easy going experience with my sleep analyst test. Guillermo made sure to keep me informed the entire time and was very helpful at any request of mine. I would highly recommend and once again thank Guillermo for his time.

In response to the owners reply to me - I couldn’t take offWork to come in for the first Appointment, then The next appointment was canceled bc the doctor cancelled on me and I was sick another time I had an appointment. That is why I had to cancel. Has nothing to do with rescheduling me on a day where it’s overbooked.

I had an excellent experience with my surgery at the premises. The gentleman who greeted me, the nurses Alina and Linda were very warm andshowed expertise in their service and treatment. The anesthiciologist and Dr. Daniel Alfonso were so kind and explained every step of the process. I encourage you to use this facility when needed.
I was treated very well on both of my visits on 06/30 for my Pulmonary Function test and on 07/02 for a soft tissue ultra sound .The only problem I had was I could not understand why both test could not be done the same day. Everything else was very professorial and the offices were very clean. Thank you.

My appointment was at 3:30pm I got there 3:08 to be precise. They tell you call and stay in the car we will call you. It was 4 pm I never got a call so I call they told me they were running behind. To wait for the call. It was 4:55 still no call. So I called they told me they were calling me an hour ago yeah right I had called an hour ago. So they couldnt see me. I thought things will be better by now with this place.

If I could I would give it zero stars. I followed their protocol of calling and staying put in my car once I got to the place. After waiting for over an hour and not being called in I decided to walk in and inquire. I was basically ignored and told to go from one office to the next because they forgot to call me and thought I had left. No one would take responsibility and were rude and unprofessional. They continually used the excuse that they were very busy and had new front office staff that was not properly trained yet. I spent close to three hours there for my mammogram and ultrasound appointment. I will never go back and do not recommend it to anyone.
Other than eating only protein 24 hours before the test & waiting 1 hour after sugar was given, the staff was accommodating. The center was clean & followed CDC guidelines.
The front desk and staff was amazing I know my story may be more unique but the fact they took the time to watch over my puppy as well while I was getting an MRI says a lot about how caring the staff is as a whole! A+ from me!

The service at the centers is very organized. The personal is amigable and professional. During covid-19 they have very good rules to protect patients. They only need to work harder in delivering the results because thats when the system and the organization cratch.
Unfortunately it was not a good experience. I got to the Sunset location before my appt. time at 12:30pm.I was told to go down the hall, the girl told me to sit and wait. During that time I was able to observe how non chalant the atmosphere was. I thought, there is probably no supervisor on saturdays. I waited and waited and waited. Employees talking out loud from one side of the building to the opposite side. Employees going into the lunch room where I could hear their conversations like they were next to me. The girl at the desk got up and left and I never saw her again. There was a couple waiting for her. I was getting annoyed. I checked with one of the guys in the front who told me someone would be calling my name soon. Another half hour passed and I hadnt been called. After waiting an hour and a half, I happened to see a guy coming out of a room and I decided to ask if he could tell me who was the person doing the MRIs. He answered he was. I told him I was there for an MRI and he told me to follow him. He told me to sit outside his room. I would have appreciated if he would have let me know that he needed a few minutes to get the machine ready, I was getting very impatient. While waiting there, a female employee, Laida Rodriguez, went in the room and she was having a very happy conversation with Frank, I believe that is his name. I could hear everything. By then, I was feeling hungry, tired and I was angry already. So I decided to knock on the door which was answered by Laida holding the door so I could see just her. Thats when I lost it, I push the door open; they looked surprised. I communicated to them that it wasnt right that I had to wait until they finished their chat. After hey heard my frustration, I turned around and sat outside the room again. The was no more chatting; it got very quiet. After about 30 seconds Laida came out. Another 30 seconds went by and finally I was called into the room. I was very unhappy with the whole experience. It was all very unprofessional. I have been a supervisor before. I would definitely have a meeting with the staff or send out a memo laying out the rules, procedures and professional behavior required in their place of business, specially when there is no supervisor. If there is no change; someone getting fired will remedy the situation. Virtual Imaging is not a park.
They’re clean, quick and efficient, which is what I like. Overall I had a pleasant experience visiting Vital Imaging.

I had to have a Tesla MRI done and was referred there by my physician. A Tesla MRI is a more powerful MRI so the resolution is clearer. The facility was nice and the employees were very nice. the MRI technician was very nice and knowledgeable about what a Tesla MRI was and took the time to explain it to me, That being said the actual report the was written did not match what was on the image. 1. for the Diagnosis that I was sent for they didnt report any finding, they also did not report any incidental findings. Luckily for me I got the CD and my doctor looked at the images and did not go by the report. this report was elementary by far and unacceptable. Moving forward I will make sure NOT to do any of my imaging with Vital Imaging and make sure that my friends or family do not go there either.
I have to congratulate Ms Mercy for her professionalism and kindness. She did an EKG this afternoon. She made me feel very confortable and lost of all she shared her blessings with me. Thank you Ms Mercy and God bless you too 🙏🏼❤️🙏🏼

STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE.My elderly mother was scheduled for an MRI at this place. Her appointment was for 1:30pm, we arrived at 1pm because wed never been before. They made us wait outside (its 90 degrees today), telling us theyd call us when it was our turn. At 4pm I had enough and went inside to find out what is taking so long.NOT A SINGLE PERSON WOULD ASSIST US AFTER HAVING US WAIT OUTSIDE IN THE HEAT FOR 3 HOURS, and 2 of the guys behind the counter thought the situation was funny.I called to complain about the treatment and disrespect, and I was told that this was not their standard practice. However, having sat outside with at least 3 other patients whos wait times EXCEEDED 3 HOURS (including one woman with a broken foot), i find it hard to believe.Additionally, after now looking at the Google reviews, its easy to see that this is, in fact, a common practice at this facility. (Dont take my word for it- look at their reviews for the common thread of several hours wait times and poor staff.)There are SEVERAL imaging centers within half a mile of this place. I suggest you try any of them before even considering this place.Awful employees, awful management, and terrible experience.STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE.
Idiots made me an appointment on a day they were closed and then would give me an appointment for 2 weeks. Horrible customer service very unprofessional. Hung up on me and put me on hold twice.
Vital Imaging is a great Center. I have done several tests there and will continue in the future. The staff is great, very friendly and professional, not only in person but also over the phone. It’s very easy to find an appointment and they are always on time with your scheduled time.

Terrible scheduling I waited 30 min before I was given permission to go in. Then I waited more than an hour inside to get the procedure done after filling all the forms. They have great manners but this is just too much time wasted.

Made an appointment for a sleep study Feb. 1, I received a voicemail with someone speaking spanish letting me know my insurance company would not cover the procedure. I called the insurance company myself and they adviced me that they do cover the procedure as long as they are in network and its submitted for pre-authorization 15 days prior. I know they are in network because i had a procedure done there less than a month ago. And i looked them up on my insurance app. I called Vital Imaging back, but i was unsuccesful in getting someone to help me. They are very unprofessional. I was pleasantly surprised how Monica (an office manager) got to work to ensure my appointment was kept. She assured me that Vital Imaging would do everything in their power to work with the insurance company so my appointment was not delayed. As promised she kept her word and i was able to attend my appointment last Wednesday March 10th.I received a phone call 30 minutes prior to my arrival to remind me about my sleep study. Once I arrived at the facility I was met my a nice gentleman who explained that he would be the one performing the sleep study. Vital imaging keeps the location neat and clean. All covid-19 precautions were followed.I was glad to hear a pleasant voice following up on my visit to Vital Imaging. She introduced herself as another officer manager Sonia Perez. Sonia, i can honestly say you guys went above and beyond to make sure a wrong was made right. I would like to thank you for your kindness and professionalism.

Staff gives you no clear direction as to why the delay. Avoid this location/company at all costs. Unprofessional, unethical, unworthy of your business.

Very disorganized. They call you when it’s time to come in and then they move you around from one building to the next. Staff was less than customer friendly they acted like patients are an inconvenience to attend. This is not what any imaging center or doctors office should ever portray. I will not go back. If the front desk employees acted like the text but do x-rays and mammograms it would be a whole other ball game. My magma Graham check was detailed thorough and very friendly.
I had my first and last experience with this imaging center . They called me the same day that I have the appointment for a CTSCAN and asked me if I can come earlier. I arrived earlier for their convenience and I ended up waiting for 1 and 1/2 hours. They are very disorganized. Even the technician was calling me by another name three times. I don’t recommend this place.

I would like to post about an employee named Lourdes who gave us the best attention. She treated us better than we have been treated in other health centers. Lourdes has ethics and should be recognized for her empathy and hard work!
I had a mammogram done at the sw 99 ave location usually its organized, but this tome what a mess. People everywhere no social distances, they were overbooked so you waiting hours and on top of that when I left they said 2-5 days for results, I had to harass them them 2 1/2 weeks later.

I got referred here by my physician. Appt was fast and speedy but they completely forgot to send my results over to my physician. They forgot for a whole month. Additionally I got more referrals with specialists and when trying to fax over my documents, they failed. My specialists never received my own medical records and its impossible to reach them. What if someone had a dire condition and this delayed their care? This delay of communication and forgetfulness of faxing over critical records is shameful.
Staff was too busy for me. I waited for 20 minutes before someone asked me what I needed.

Lady tech that does the Pet Scan is amazing, she treated my mother with care like she was her daughter also... Ladies at the front desk in office 106 are super sweet and professional and the old guy in the front that tells everybody what to do is super nice and funny... HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!

My appointment was at 9:15 a.m. I got there at 8:55 a.m an hour passed by an nothing. There were other patients complaining about the same thing. Total disappointment if you go to this place be ready to be here for a while.

The center was very clean as well as the test sites. I was reasonably seen on time by the nurse/receptionist. However it took a long time before I was escorted to the test site. Once there, the attending tech was very cordial and helped me feel at ease.
I waited for 3 1/2 hours to get an elbow MRI done. I am not exaggerating. Thank God I had requested the full day off from work. My appointment was at 11:30 am and did not get in until 2:00 pm. This is ridiculous. Please dont give people appointments if you are going to call them in 2-3 hours later. That is disrespectful to the person waiting. I understand waiting 1 hour after but oh my God we are talking 3 hours after.
The care is not the best, and the delay is 3 hours and more, the last time I went to an MRI, two patients and I left too much delay and fasting, intolerable, I would not recommend it.

The Ultrasound tech was nice enough, the front staff not so much. Just asked how long the wait would be and they got annoyed. They dont explain how things. Work. I went to the front desk to sign in or notify my arrival andI got told to sit down and wait til i was called and not politely.
