One of the best massages Iβve ever had. I had Moira for a deep tissue massage and she was very professional. I highly recommend. Thank you for everything! Iβll absolutely visit you again π
The best pedicure Iβve ever had! Super comfy ergonomic spa chair, I think I fell asleep for a bit! A very peaceful atmosphere, and my toes look beautiful. I highly recommend Spa e. β€οΈ
This Spa is the best on Miami Beach. I have lived here for years now and was just looking up the number when I thought I should leave a review. The pedicure here can simply not be beat. You are brought to a chair, cucumbers and a towel over your face, I usually start to bliss out at this point as the chair does all the work for you. Lowering into water, raising and adjusting around you. You could sleep through the whole thing. SO RELAXING! I have been a dozen times each as lovely an experience as the last.
I had Moira for a deep tissue massage and she was very professional and amazing with her hands. Probably one of the best massages Iβve ever had. Highly recommend. Hidden gem in Miami.
Viviane was great. They were able to squeeze me in after a busy day in the sun. Prefect way to end my day and trip. Thank you Spa E.
The spa is absolutely AMAZING as soon as you walk in. Itβs calming nice and clean and the water fall effect really relaxes you while your having your treatment. Makes you feel like your in the ocean. My facial was by far the BEST facial I have ever had! I get facials regularly since I was 27 or so. Iβm 37 now so Iβve had my share or facials. The esthetician was super knowledgeable and helpful. When I got up to see my face I couldnβt believe how amazing it looked! Iβm so in love with the the spa, the treatment, and the staff! Oh. I forgot to mention, they massage you feet while ur laying down in the most amazing bed! 10 STARS!
I came to SpaE on vacation from Virginia. Vivian gave me the BBBEEESSTTT massage βΌοΈβΌοΈHer costumer service was out of this world. I most definitely will be back on my next trip to Miami β€οΈβΌοΈ
This is the perfect Covid-19 friendly way to get a pedicure! Lovely place, lots of space and doors open for air. We had pedicures which were great quality - they do them in the comfortable chairs where you lie back with cucumber slices on your eyes and you just relax. I loved the water feature in the background, so quiet I felt I was meditating while they scrubbed and polished my feet. Plus the owner Brenda is so sweet- great place, and will be back!
I had a great deep tissue message and pedicure at Spa e in South Beach today. The customer service at Spa e is second to none. I highly recommend Spa e!!
ViVian I love the way my a brow look
SpaE is way above all competition, clean, professional and the treatments are beyond perfection- the Happy Foot massage, (with a scalp massage at same time) is pure decadent bliss, plus first rate mani/ pedi, wax and facials. This is a place where couples can happily go as the other half will be in heaven doing Happy Foot and scalp massage while you can peacefully have all of your necessary treatments. My grandchildren really adored these treatments too! Everyone will be walking on clouds for a few hours after... highly recommend! βοΈβοΈβοΈβοΈβοΈ
Very well done and the best service ππ
Iβm leaving a 3 star review because this establishment isnβt worth the money at all. I paid for two βhappy feetβ massages for me and someone else. After arriving for our appointment we received a lady who did both massages at the same time. The experience wasnβt worth $119.00. The tip was suppose to be 18% but the owner charged me an extra dollar. This isnβt worth the money at all. The massage was okay but nothing worth $119.00. Better off using Groupon. You live and learn though. Not quiet or relaxing at all.Hate I wasted the money. I was in from Detroit, Michigan.
I personally really love this place. I went yesterday morning and enjoyed the service and the staff are super nice. 10/10 recommend.
Such an attentive, clean and professional space! My skin found it hard to adjust to Florida weather (oily, white heads prone skin) but thanks to the esthetician I was a able to gain the control back and repair the skin barrier without drying it. The products they used on me were sustainable seaweed Repechage products. Love!!! (extra point for ethical business!!) I took home the Rapidex Marine Exfoliator and canβt wait to be back for another facial. Secret tip: u can get a foot massage while waiting for your mask to work - game changer
I love my manicure and pedicure but the girls doing it did not look happy, so I got this heavy vibes like Iβm doing something wrong during the whole time. They also included $30 tip which I feel I was being robbed. I think the tip should be discussed before charging to the clients credit card.
My friend and I were the last two clients for the day. My polish is still on my toes two weeks later.
I would definitely advise coming in early. Was able to walk in without an appointment. However, I dont think that is the norm because 2 ladies came in after me and had to come back 2+ hours later. Noemi was great! She took her time on my pedicure making the experience very pleasant and relaxing... my feet look and feel amazing!!! Would definitely recommend.
The pain didnt go away and it was so expensive they didnt use hot stones or any other fancy things but the massage still felt good I dont think it was worth almost $500 but its fine you live n you learn π€·π½ββοΈ
The place was very beautiful and relaxing. The staff was very respectful.. except after leaving, instead of relieving stress from my body I actually started to feel worse than how I did when I came in. I went in looking to leave refreshed but now my body is only aching in more areas than others. My feet feel like Iβve walked in heels for hours and my back is very stiff.
My husband got me a massage certificate for my birthday, as this spa is a block away from where we live. When I got there, there was a pretty disinterested lady who attended to me. I disrobed and lay down on the massage table and waited.... and waited.... and waited. I ended up shouting a couple of times, Hello! Im ready! Finally a lady named Moira came to give me a massage, which was spectacular. She seemed to have experience in Thai massage, reflexology, physical therapy, and chiropractics. However, while massaging my leg, she abruptly left the room. I waited for a while...and waited...and waited. Then I wrapped a towel around myself, looked outside and asked, Oh, was that the end? She said yes, but never told me at the time. Because of these two long, strange stretches of time that I was spending on the massage table wondering what the heck was going on, I left a ten dollar tip. As I was leaving, the staff informed me that if I didnt leave 20% tip, then Moira would not get paid. Huh? This is totally weird and awkward. Why not just raise the prices and let the clients tip as they feel inclined, instead of embarrassing both the employee standing there, and the client? Clearly other reviewers have felt the same way as I did. I gave the extra $22, which I think Moira deserved, but the spas service was lacking a bit. Probably, I must say I will be going back because that massage was top notch.
Moira did an amazing job!
I just left the spa and wanted to leave a review. This was probably the best experience Ive ever had going into a Medical Spa. The Owner was so informative Ive snuggled with ance my whole life its been a lot of money My acne has made me feel like dying and all she did was make me feel beautiful made me feel good about myself she was super fun to talk with never felt she was just trying 2 get money from me I actually felt like she could help me
I received waxing service as well as receiving a facial and manicure at the same time by Alessia and Neomi, they were very kind to me and gave really excellent service. I felt like they treated me like royaltyπ»
Best salon. After 3 days looking for a place to have a mani pedi without appointment and with shellac product for the mani, I walked there by pure chance this morning!Thank you to the lady who took care of me. That was a wonderful experience with the most comfortable chair possible and the great communication just before which was a better service than I was expected. I havent do anything since 4 months ago so she has been being very professional and patient though.18% tips included BUT they deserve much more!Thank You for your work in detail and very high quality.I am so Happy!
My family goes to the spa regularly for our relaxation. The location is beautiful, serene, and calming. Friendly staff, clean facilities, many treatment options are available along with a variety of amazing beauty products. We love it. Highly recommend!!!
Highly recommended, super professional, the products are amazing and relaxing!! I will be back for sure! Thanks Spa e
Vivian was amazing. The best pedicure experience both me and my husband have had!
Amazing! Super comfortable and clean. Luxurious manicures and pedicures. I have had many hundreds of massages in my life and I have to say that the therapeutic massage that Alessia gave me was the absolute best ever!!!
I do not write bad reviews because I realize all businesses can have mishaps. However, when I feel like I was taken advantage of in purpose, I need to warn others. I came in and asked if they had time to do a gel manicure and that I had to be somewhere in about 45 minutes. They said that would be enough time. So they put me in a chair, cucumbers over my eyes, and the girl began the manicure - the one who knew I was in a hurry. Almost when she was done a woman asked if I would like a foot massage and I said sure. No mention of price or that it was even something they would charge for. The foot massage was great but I had to leave after about 10 minutes. When I got my bill it was $114!! The manicure was nothing special, not even a hand massage. The foot rub was about 10 minutes which, its not her fault I had to leave by why would they trick me in to a $50 foot massage a) without telling me and b) the girl knowing I was in a hurry!!! I had planned on coming back the next day for a pedicure but I cannot give them any more of my money. If you go here, ask what things will cost before you agree to any of them, no matter how small they seem.
Very pleased with this spa. We got pedicures and I got a face calming mask to help recover from a recent horrible self-induced and accidental retinol burn on my faceπ¬. It was incredibly soothing and helpful. I love that the spa has a medical spa feel to it. Very clean and bright, and the robotic chairs are amazing. We did not feel rushed whatsoever. We even fell asleep! Highly recommended!!
I had such an amazing experience at this spa this weekend that I wanted to write a review, Im not much of a review writer. I walked in and was immediately greeted by the owner and was asked if I wanted something to drink. I ended up getting a pedicure and and zone out which was a back and shoulder massage while I was getting my pedicure... pure relaxation! Great experience and I will be coming to visit again next time I come down from Jupiter. 18% gratuity is included which Im never a big fan of however if very common on south beach.
I went there for a polish change. Upon entering there was a calming atmosphere immediately. Very modern and it had a sterile, but good feeling. While I was getting my toes done, the owner talked me into a facial. They were running a special. It was just what i needed. Prices are reasonable as well. I paid $53 for all of my services including the tip.
So amazing! I got a manicure and my boyfriend got a pedicure. The staff was professional, detailed, and friendly. The owner was present and made sure to ask us if we enjoyed our service. Definitely coming back next time were in Miami.
I had an amazing massage with Vivian, she was extremely professional and kind and she used great pressure throughout! I left feeling very blissful and happy π The spa is very clean and quiet and the other staff were quite friendly too!! Thanks for the great experience π
Had a massage there. Therapist is AMAZING! But I super annoyed with 1) owner whose patronizing attitude was totally inappropriate. Thousands of personal small talk questions. As a customer I donβt even want to know that she is an owner! Staff there is to serve guests not to show their status.2) there are no massage rooms. Massage is done either in the main room along with other treatments or behind a separation where all the noises are heard anyways. Considering the rates they charge I can summarize: THERAPISTS ARE GREAT, value for many is bad. Itβs not a luxury spa where primary goal is relaxation
What an amazing day I had with my girlfriend at Spa e. She had a facial and manicure and we couldnβt have asked for a more relaxing and fun atmosphere to enjoy together. Great date spot.
Visited for the first time and there were no doors for privacy just curtains, so youβre next to the waiting area and a little outdated. The owner was nice but the massage itself was a bad experience. I wouldnβt recommend.
I was not impressed with my experience. First of all the owner lied on the phone and said she has the oxygen facial.... they donβt!!!After up selling me to a more expensive facial they failed to tell me that there was a mandatory 18% tip on top. Which was then calculated incorrectly and was more than 18%.When I told the check out girl, she did nothing to refund the over charge. Finally your facial is not private, I had to insist that I didnβt want my facial in full view of the public walking past. Have no clue how they supposedly work on βbest spaβ
I do not recommend this place for a massage. The therapist was ok but the rooms are old, thereβs no door and it is very loud. 18% tip is mandatory! Nothing about this place was worth 18% tip.
Truly the best manicure Iβve ever had in my life! Naiomi is the real deal.
I had a relaxing time doing my pedicure and manicure .. I was alone in the salon and have all the attention .. thank you Vivian for that moment .
If I could give this place negative starts I would. Never seen a more unprofessional disgusting customer treatment in my life. The owner is extremely rude and likes to argue. Please avoid this place at any cost. After wasting 3 hours of my time, my nails never looked so horrible (different shapes and 10 layers of gel because they are obviously clueless about nails there) she had a nerve to charge me for a cream I never purchased and included a crazy tip that I never gave her.
Truly an amazing spa nestled in a courtyard on Lincoln Road offering reasonably priced services of all kinds from botox to manicures.
If massages and manicured limbs are your thing. Here is a convenient place in the area π
Customer service was FANTASTIC! My husband accidentally stepped on my foot after I had gotten my nails done, and the nail salΓ³n i had originally went to was closed. Not only did Spa E squeeze me in ti fix my nail when they were about to close, but they did a great job and treated me very well! Excellent experience!
To be honest, we were looking for a place in south beach, while on vacation that can do massages AND nails, and this was one of them. Ladies, do NOT come here. Online, the prices say $25 for a regular manicure, however they charge you $42 to remove acrylic or gel nails and a $7 gratuity. Normally I wouldnt have minded the gratuity, but the lady who does the manicures used the file so rough that it hurt terribly- my nail beds were cut up, bleeding. She sprayed alcohol on them and they started stinging. I told her how I felt and she didnt understand me and sprayed even more alcohol on them. Overall, the regular manicure was ok, I have had better but it was pretty good. My nail beds are cut up though, and it def wasnt worth $42 for that. My friend states she feels that she needs another massage after her massage...no comment.
Quite possibly the worst experience Ive had to deal with in a long time. It all began from the moment I stepped inside, the only friendly and welcoming face I saw was that of the lady that did my nails. The owner is quite possibly one of the most disgusting human beings Ive ever had the misfortune of having to deal with. She and another woman looked quite disturbed by my presence. They were noticeably disturbed by me speaking spanish. I noticed the way they dealt with other customers that happened to be white! And unfortunately it was VERY different from the way they dealt with me. They almost acted as if I wasnt there. If it would have not been for the lady that did my nails, I wouldve probably left. Not to mention the fact that they were charging me for a service i hadnt even had!
The initial greeting was friendly and the place had a good atmosphere. The manicure service was below standard as it felt unprofessional, filing too close to the cuticles leaving all of my fingers with cuts and quite inflamed. The selection of polish was limited to what I am used to. The price is too high for the lack of training in my opinion.
One an only place you get done your all need one shot mani.. pedi ..masage ..facial.. same time u be come queen with very profacianalTeam and release all your stress feel reborn agin for new day magic chairs and magic touch highly recomended massages also all services i give 10 over 10 star bravo
Well I was hired by Brenda to do photography work, the way she participated with the clients needs work great, she make sure all the Is dotted and the Ts cross, the place was also beautiful and very clean... LYFEstephens
Went here with my wife to get mani and pedis had a Terrible experience. The English lady(the owner) is a con artist and offers you lotion for Sun burn and then charges you afterwards ridiculous prices. My wifes mani was horrible and my wife made them know how unhappy she was not to mention we were there for 3 hours bc they kept trying to fix her nails. The owner also charges gratuity included without telling you. STAY AWAY
Relaxing chairs, fantastic pedi (that would be 5 stars) done by one lady, awful manicure done simultaneously by another (untidy, just loads of polish splashed which could never get dry in 1h) which would be 0 stars. One of the most expensive mani-pedi treatments I had and I have them often and live an expensive city. So, a bit of a lucky dip, this one.
Interesting concept. I was visiting from out of town and needed a mani pedi in a pinch. The manager was a little pushy on the facials, it was almost as if she was upset I didnt get one. I got a regular mani pedi for $90. A bit excessive, even if its in Miami. I wouldve given 4 stars, but tip was automatically included. That irked me a bit.
There facial is not waw . Used to b much better and its over priced compared with what i had
Every body who works there still the money for all the coustumers. Also the menu its super expensive, not good coustumers SUPER BAD experience in Miami
The $50 pedicure was not worth the $50. I actually got less service (No foot/ leg scrubbing, massage, etc) than I would with a $25 pedi from anywhere else.
Not much pressure
Everything was wonderful, enjoying, & relaxing!!!! Thank you so much for making my trip so relaxing!!
Excellent experience at SpaE I recommend excellent foot massage as much as the nail polish, I recommend;)
I went to Spa for a normal manicure (30 dollars). The service was ok, but the end was not good. They didnt even have a topcoat to seal. After 45 minutes my paint was still fresh and couldnt touch anything.
Gooooooooooooooooooood
