WORST SERVICE EVER. First, the owner extremely rude. Second, she is fighting with me about supposedly I am having acrylic when I DO not have acrylic base. I usually do my nails at Paint Nail Bar. You can check on it is on Aventura. I showed her the website. Third, she is telling me that she knows about nails because she has 24 years doing nails. Well, it doesn’t look like because my nails are a disaster. They are not dry, and she is telling me that they are dry when I can see it that they are not. When they are dry and done, the nails tend to be smooth. They are not smooth at all. They are foggy. Fourth, expensive when the service is bad. When I go to a nail spa is to relax not to have a bad moment and get out from the place stress. Check your business. DO NOT RECOMMEND!!

I’ve been going to Nailed for nearly a decade. Whenever I travel to Miami, I wait to have a manicure pedicure at Nailed. The owners are wonderful people who have become friends. They are knowledgable and do a perfect job every time!!

Easy to communicate, flexible hours, good work

So happy I stumbled upon this nail salon! I took my girlfriends here to get our nails done for my wedding, and they really rolled out the hospitality. We practically had the place to ourselves since we were the first appointment of the morning on a weekday. It’s been three weeks now since my wedding, and my gel nails are still on. Yes, they have grown out, but there has been no peeling or chipping at all! I live in South Miami and the struggle is real to find a reputable nail salon in Miami, so I might make this my new nail place even though I would have to drive a bit to get there! Worst mistake to go to this place, owner was short with me & tried to tell me no one’s eyebrows come out the same, been doing my eyebrows all over the US & that was the worst ever & $20 at that. Nail job was rushed & look uneven & messy. I had a 5pm appt & by 5:15pm my pedicure was done but the receipt said it lasted 45 minutes. I walked out at 6:05pm exactly & I got a pedicure, a gel manicure (not at same time), & eyebrows waxed. What a ripoff! Never again...

This salon was the best salon I’ve ever been to. This was the first place I found when I went to Miami for a long weekend. The staff was accommodating and engaging. The owner was attentive and helped me pick out my colors perfectly. The girl that did my nails with the amazing blue hair was the utmost professional while also giving me the best quality mani pedi I’ve ever gotten EVER! They only do natural nails (they do gel polish) and that’s what makes them so good at what they do. They were so friendly and accommodating. I also picked up an AMAZING stylish hand made tote they had for sale that I used the rest of my trip. I could not be happier and will be back any time I am in Miami. Thanks ladies!!!!

Very traumatic experience. The lady was hurting me sooo bad trying to scrape off my previous gel pedicure then claimed there was acrylic on my toes to justify the rough treatment even though it was not acrylic just regular gel and she charged me $70 for the gel pedi and $10 to PAINFULLY remove the polish. Pedicure came out really sloppy, the polish was old and dry so it literally peeled off in a day. If you have the audacity to charge that much, you should at least have quality products.

My mom and I decided to swing by here on a last minute whim to get our nails done on the way home. I’m really happy we chose Nailed! The service was quick and attentive. The employees helped my mom and I make our color selections and did so with patience and understanding. I had completed a 40 day hike a month prior and the service and attention to my feet was considerate and kind. Though it’s a little on the pricier side, the attention and atmosphere make it worth it.

The nail technician is super friendly. The receptionist is nice and gets you water and helps you out with everything. They make you feel relaxed and also give you techniques to take care of yourself when away from the salon!

Very friendly and efficient and did an excellent job in quickly and perfectly polishing my nails on hands and feet even though i walked in at the end of the day. They are on the second level of the building. Nice view on parrots in the palm tree just outside.

Great place for the beach mani-pedi with options and add ons which matter. Pricing is correct for the area and easy to get in a few days in advance. Recommend the gel mani and add-on massage for feet after walking the streets and beach.

Amazing place in the heart of south beach. Girls are super nice and my nails never looked better, the mani lasted almost 2 weeks and wasnt even gel! They take good care of you and their coffee is amazing ^^. The place is very clean and you never have to wait, perfect either if you want a quick fix or an indulgent relaxing time.

Great location ! It was directly across the street from my hotel kind of in a hidden area. I didnt like the pedicure. It was very short for $30. The nail tech was very nice but when I accidentally bumped my toe for drying and she repainted it, she didnt wipe it completely off and redo it she just smeared it with her finger and painted on top of that. Nice little place tho they just need to spend a little more time with their clients.

If u are looking for a really quick nail polish change then this is the place! If you want your hands washed, nails soaked/cleaned, feet massaged, a hot towel or any kind of spa treatment (you know, what you USUALLY get at a salon) then this is NOT the place. After my $18 manicure I still had cuticles that needed cutting and my nails werent completely covered in the polish. My friend got a mani/pedi done in almost the same amount of time. She was 7 min behind me. A seriously half-a$$/quick job. You ever go somewhere and say I couldve done this myself!? Thats how I left feeling. And then I didnt want to ask for a fix because it was just too much to fix and I felt I wouldve gotten an attitude if I did ask. Waste of money. Nice, clean, chemical free salon though. A bit too basic for the price. Pic is just my thumb...8 fingers total were short polish...6 had clear-as-day cuticles. Ill take the walk down the block next time Im in MIA.

I needed to do my nails and pedicure again after yesterday in other salon they did a terrible job. Staff was very supportive and they fix it and did an amazing job! Im giving 4 stars because they dont work with acrylic nails but I will come back again for sure!

The moment you walk in the door its clear that this is not your average nail salon. The furniture selection is very modern, the music playing is upbeat and relaxing, there are big windows with lots of natural light. The whole interior makes you feel right at home. After deciding on the service (they only cater to natural nails) one of the girls advises you on color options. Huge plus since they carry the biggest collection of Essie polishes i have ever seen. The pedicure set up is very comfortable and super clean. All the nail artists are experienced and very friendly. Overall one of the best mani and pedis I have ever had!!!

Dont bother. The owner was rude and started yelling at us because we asked a simple question. She wanted to remind me over and over how she was the owner, to which I kept thinking, you might not want to tell people you own the place when you have an attitude like that.However, we left. Literally left. Got out of our seats and walked out. I wont be treated the way the owner treats her customers, plus the lady doing my friends pedi kept cutting her with the file.I thought the bad reviews were just disgruntled customers being jerks. Nope. The bad reviews appear to all be true, and NOT an exaggeration of facts.The best part, the salon was completely empty in the middle of the day! I mean, do they have ANY customers??? Probably not with the service they provide. Offering your friends treatments in exchange for good reviews doesnt fill your chairs. Unfortunately.Unprofessional, rude and painful. Three strikes, youre out. We went to a place on 9th and Alton, Em Nail Salon - THEY DID THE JOB RIGHT and asked us if we wanted something to sip on while we relaxed. I know, shocking!Dont bother, go somewhere else.

I came to Miami for a vacation and wanted to wait until I got here to get my nails done. So glad I did! The atmosphere of the salon is so perfect, relaxing and fun. They have the best colors and so many choices. Jenny did my nails, she’s so sweet. I was in and out with a perfect gel mani and gel pedi in 35 minutes- yet I never felt like she rushed and my nails literally looked the best they ever did! If I lived here I would absolutely pick this as my “place.” We come to Florida once a year to visit friends and I told my husband I want a Nailed mani and pedi every time we come! ❤️

Terrible. I called for an appointment and they give me one. As i arrive they add 10$ to the price they gave me on the phone as they say it cost 10$ to remove shellac and i should have said i needed to remove. The lady is rude the whole time. She then says well go to this other salon. I understood only after she had booked other clients and was already trying to get rid of me and my appointment. As she starts removing my polish, she has a hard time. She then tries to convince me i somehow have fake nails WHEN I DON’T. She blames her difficulties on my imaginary fake nails, removes it half ass and tells me to leave as she has no time!! I then go to the next salon who is shocked at what she did and obviously agrees i have just normal shellac on real nails and fixed it all in no time. Don’t go there for manicure.

This place is super cute and very accommodating. Not the average cookie cutter nail place looking to rush you through your service. They take their time and treat you well. Shaniece was lovely, did a great job and even offered recommendations on local attractions to check out during my stay in the area. Ill be back any time im in miami.

My friend and I went to get pedicures and the experience was horrible. The staff acted as if us being there was a burden and they didnt even do a good job on our nails. My friend asked for a clear coat of polish and they didnt do that, they didnt trim or file our nails. Definitely the worst experience I have ever had at a nail salon. Then when we got home and noticed how poorly our nails were done we called to let them know we were not satisfied. The manager was rude and tried to make it seem like it was our fault. If I could give zero stars I absolutely would have. An all around horrible business with rude employees.

He then put a rude lady on the phone and kept insisting that I wanted fills and I kept telling her I didnt 11and that the previous guy was telling her wrong. She then got an attitude with me and hung up on me. So rude! Dont go here especially if you value good customer service...the manager was even more unprofessional then the employees. Who hangs up on customers?!
