Speaking of LOVE....I have to wait for them to open and none of the ladies inside even offered to let me In, there were 89 degree outside extremely humid day, and the location is not exactly pedestrians friendly. I said ok, it doesnt matter, Ill wait outside.Once inside you barely get greeted from anyone in there, one lady that cant really speak English was the only person working, the rest a bunch of youngish ladies on their cells phones. I spend $90+ on I dont know what! honestly!The Gel manie got so bad after only 4 days, it is supposed to last at least two weeks.Bottom Line, it is bad enough not feeling welcomed in a store, not matter the business, But having to deal with lazy personell and a Bad,Bad nail service. ..I gave this review after give them a second chance and always tiped whoever helped.Ill bring business somewhere else, to someone who really want it.

I just needed a pedicure since I didn’t have time to get one before going on holiday. The aesthetic of the salon is beautiful. The pedicure lady is nice but she’s got no clue as to what she’d doing. I asked for acrylic and was told matter of factly that they do not do such things as they are an “organic salon”. Anyway, I suggested the acrylic since she butchered my 2 big toes. Really not happy about it. I tipped $5 because I’m not rude but the service was NOT worth the $45 price tag. ($51 In total w tax)Will not go back. Do not recommend.

Walked in and front lady didn’t acknowledge me until 3 mins in. When asking for a mani and pedi she shook her head and said no we are fully booked for today. No one was in there. I wouldnt Recommend this place.

Because of covid-19 I was very skeptical on the places that I would trying to stay away from germs but this place has always kept up remained clean an excellent service.

I randomly came across this salon on google search trying to find a decent place to get my nails done. They were able to squeeze me in for a last min apt. I had Kim doing my pedicure. She’s super nice and friendly. She also helped me picked out the color that is perfect for my skin tone. I would definitely recommend going to her. The customer service was excellent!

Got my first full set! It was absolutely beautiful. The one thing I would change is the technician that did my nails. :( very poor service, she cut me twice with no regard) not that I needed an apology but ouch! No manners, got deal done and walked away. She only approached to hear how much tip I was leaving, once she heard, walked away without saying a thing. 😓 If I can get a different technician I will be more than happy to come back! I live close by and again, nails rocked. I would hate to give up on this salon, I really liked my nails but the overall experience with service was very unpleasant! 😞

I had a very bad experience with the service today. I ordered a special combo (manicure and pedicure) that includes a 10-min massage and a special scrub. The girl who provided the service did everything extremely fast (not sure I got a 10min of massage) even faster than a basic combo. Moreover, she did not do a good job as I was left with a lot of cuticles on my fingers. Finally, I decided not to have a nail polish on my hands but instead just to get a shine, which costed me additional 6$. In total, I paid almost 90$ for a bad service.

When in Miami you need to hit the pool. When hitting the pool, its best to not look like sasquatch when your shirt comes off. I was able to walk-in off the street for a back wax, no appointment needed. Thank you Love Nail Salon for making me look human again.

Min and his crew were wonderful! I had an appointment at 4:00pm and needed to get out by 5:00. They were recommended and a $5.00 dollar Lyft ride from downtown South Beach. So glad I used them. I did the no chip or gel as some people know on toes and nails for 100.00 very reasonable and the turn around time is amazing. Thanks Guys!

I decided to treat myself to a mani/pedi last month and I was super impressed with their service. I expected to wait since I was a last-minute walk in but they were able to seat me after only a couple minutes. The staff was very friendly and the area was very clean. The prices are reasonable too. Ill definitely be back!

Absolutely amazing! I was in a rush and booked a last minute gel mani and they accommodated. My tech was Andrea and she was personable, professional and just good at what she does. Definitely would come back and recommend to anyone.

The nail tech took extremely great care of me. She made sure my cuticles and nails were perfect, even redoing and painting a nail that she wasnt pleased with how it turned out. Place is very clean and staff is friendly! Would definitely recommend!

A great place to pop into for a last minute manicure and pedicure - they offer other services also- the staff are friendly and efficient and you usually don’t need a reservation. A good manicure is hard to find but I guarantee you will be very satisfied at “Love Nail Salon”.

Great space, friendly staff! I like that the space is not cluttered like the other salons. And the vibe is super mello. My go to service is the gel mani and regular polish combo. My gel polishes normally last 2 to 3 weeks. Best to call ahead though.

Best place to go for service in Miami Beach relaxing environment classy look not your usual nail salon . If you are not satisfied with your service or tech they will listen and make it right . They also feature some lovely gift items . Price is right too !

The place is very poorly maintained and dirty. They do not even offer water. Were very rude to me and my daughter telling me that I had to go the one hour because her next appointment was very important ... I had to go with just the shoes. Although my appointment was for hands and feet waxing eyebrows, mustaches and vikinis. Never in my 45 years of life no one had been so rude to me.

I did mani and pedi right before NY December, 31.I removed polish just today Jan,9.It was a regular polish,not a gel.My hands looked perfect all these days. I washed dishes,cleaned house,but nothing happened with my manicure. Highly recommend Love Nails Salon!

Coming from out of town with two damaged nails, I decided to get them fixed at Love which is a few steps from Lincoln Road Mall. Im so glad I did! I notice that the website for this nail spa does not list all the a la carte services they provide either. They do offer dipping powder so just be sure to stop by with your emergency nail needs! Im only giving a 4 stars because in my opinion they are a little pricey.

Went to South Beach 2 weeks ago. Called to BOOK an appt w/ the receptionist an older woman with black hair told me no need to. I took $36 Uber total from hotel to there and back for nothing . Arrive there told her who I was. Booked & no apologies had me wait 15 mins just standing there. No I’ll be with you, can you wait, have a seat...NOTHING, and so I left.

Claudia took good care of me. Did basic mani/pedi. Staff were very friendly and polite. Nothing to complain

First time here and last time!! Came in around 730 wanting to quickly get a nail fixed.. previous night I was out with friends LABOR DAY WEEKEND and broke a nail smh. When I asked to get 1 nail fixed.. repeat 1 freakin nail!! I was told We do not have anyone to fix it today. Like wth?!?? There were 3 nail technicians in there. I was really dumbfounded.. For just 1 nail no one in here can fix it???!!?.. Confidently again she said No not at this time. I just turned around and walked away.. I have never had such poor customer service at a nail salon and Ive been getting my nails done for over 7 years. Never again!!

I will never step foot in this salon again!I went to get my nails done on Monday and the girl who did my nails didnt speak English but at least was sweet.I ended up paying $17 for a mediocre manicure but did not complain. I never complain.When I noticed that the polish was already chipping by Wednesday I went in to fix 2 nails.I was not greeted by the rude lady who seems to be the owner at the front.I mentioned that my car was parked right in front but that it wasnt a real spot and I had a fear of being towed since it recently happened to me in sobe. I was polite as can be.I simply asked her if she can have someone fix my 2 chipped nails and if she knew the name of the color I was wearing.She sat there looking at her screen for what seemed like 10 minutes and when I double checked to see that my car was ok, she rolled her eyes at me. I just wanted to know the color so that I can do my nail polish myself at this point but instead she asked me what my name was to see who last did my nails. It was like she didnt speak English or something. Problem was~ she was American and I am almost sure she is the owner.She got very loud and rude and embarrassed me in front of the entire salon making it look like it was my fault . It never took me more then 2 minutes at a salon to have someone fix 2 nails.I ended up having to go to another salon for a polish change which took them literally 2 minutes.

New and clean, and results are top notch. Yes it’s more expensive than the “norm” but it’s Miami Beach - everything is expensive here.

Located on Lincoln Road, across from Epicure, Love Nail Salon is a must try if you love good pedicures. I have tried numerous salons on south beach and this by far is my fav! There is a parking lot in the back, you have to pay for it, but its convenient because they have a back door entrance so you dont have to walk all the way around to the front. They have great massage chairs while you get the pedi and if you are in a rush they will do your mani at the same time as your pedicure!
