This nail salon is a wonderful place to get your nails done. The salon is modern, clean, and well lit. The nail technicians are extremely friendly paired with high experience. The details that go into each nail truly shows! The technicians take their time to make sure I was happy which is so important when choosing a nail salon. I personally use my own products from Sparkle and Co and the girls loved working with them. With the quarantine of 2020 Im taking extra precautions with only using things from home. I also enjoyed seeing how the employees were sanitizing everything which just puts your mind at ease during these crazy times. I wish I would of taken these reviews seriously. Poor and terrible customer service they truly don’t do anything design, tips, acrylic, shaping, and cleaning under nail bed tips. I think they are worst than Lan Nail Salon across the street next to the bike shop. I came in here twice they did so bad I literally had to get it redone. It truly sucks because I live close to both nail salons. I have to go off Miami beach to get better service. If I can put 0 stars I truly would. Don’t waste your money or time. Take the bad reviews seriously they are not lying.

It was wonderful. I got my hair done there, the trim was nice and even, and the lady had bleached my hair and dyed it a beautiful shiny red that I was obsessed with. I got my nails done before- Absolutely gorgeous.

Highly unprofessional. I received an infection on the nail she used an electric file on and all the gel is lumpy like crinkle fries. I already called them twice about it and no one cares to call me back. Theres not much I can do until it heals up.

The best part is the modern look and cleanliness of the salon. But I go the the salon for the salon experience. Today there was no chair that had a massage remote. The water was warm, even though I asked for the hottest setting. No jets are used in the foot bath because they line the tub with plastic for cleanliness, but then they cant turn on jets. They dont offer wine, but do offer water and tea. The customer service was ok, i was just disappointed that the chair massage was not an option and the water wasnt hot :(... awe man the leg massage lasted 2 minutes. Very dissappointed. The lady just argued with me when i asked the manager for a longer leg massage at no extra cost since i had no chair massage option. I have traveled all over the world and every vacation had a salon day, Maam i understand what is normally included in a spa pedicure!!!!!

I’ll never go here again. $70 for regular pedicure and fill (not gel guys, just regular paint) I would never pay that price in California where I’m from. They did an OK job. I’ll find somewhere else and def ask for prices before hand.

They are pretty inefficient when it comes to doing nails. I came in with an appointment telling the person on the phone I needed to fix a gel overlay nail most importantly for work tomorrow and then have a pedicure. The person said sure. Upon arrival I was told I needed a whole refill which I said no since I had only gone less than a week ago. They decided to proceed with my pedicure. Me thinking the one nail would still be repaired, the technician who did my toes couldn’t fix my nail. In fact there were only two out of the five nail technicians there on a Thursday afternoon at 5 that can. AFTER getting a pedicure they told me I had to wait 30 minutes to fix one nail, which would’ve taken a total of 10 minutes. It’s too bad I didn’t just get the refill because I’m positive that initial technician who said I needed it would’ve done it right away. The owner Rose is phenomenal and takes great care of all of us, it is a shame she wasn’t there because I’m sure she would’ve handled it much better. For ten minutes, I would’ve sat next to someone getting their hands done to fix it, it was that important to me and I will go somewhere else in the future.

Wow today was my first time and I am super impressed with Rose!!!!! She did exactly what I wanted Ombré French Pink and White melt with modified coffin shape!!!! Exceptional workmanship!!! Then i tried the new 3D lashes strand by strand ---Im totally hooked!! Rose will be in charge of my nails lashes and brows for life!!!! So happy I found this place!!!

I think this place is excellent. I can walk in any time and have never waited. I get gel manicures and regular pedicures and they always have new products and colors. The staff is friendly and helpful but I personally like that they get down to business. I get my nails done by Georgina. She is fantastic and professional. She takes her time and makes sure my nails are perfect.

I moved to Miami and found this place through Google reviews and its fantastic. Clean, close to parking, reasonably priced, and relaxing :) I had Minerva the first time and have requested her every time... She takes her time and does an awesome job on the cuticles... Love her! This place is definitely 5 starts and Minerva is 10 :)

Sonny is amazing! He converted my nails into natural beautys after fake tips. Very positive vibe and energy throughout the salon. They also offer lash extensions by his lovely wife Rose along with many other services including waxing, brow threading and a salon services. Its a great 1 stop shop for a day of beauty. 👸🏼💅🏼💇🏼

The place is clean with complimentary water. The staff for the most part were friendly and able to take care of me as a walk in but, lately the issue is $40 for gel fill the staff is not experienced so 2 or 3 days later u have to redo... Thats not cool!

Took my girlfriend here last year on vacation, then again this week, exactly one year later. Both of us got pedicures. Both times I was rushed, both times I left bleeding at cuticles . Highly discourage anyone from going there . I wont go back. Fast, rush job. Its the next day I write this review while I file my nails becayse they arent smooth .

I went there last week and the pedicure was the worst pedicure work I have ever paid for ($55) bad cleaning, painful and no final transparent coat... I called and requested my money back or a re-do but when I came back to supposedly get a re-do, the manager wanted to change the color only instead of redoing the work which was badly done from the get go. To avoid these situations, rather not to come back ever. As an advise, compare against other services providers, maybe you will find a better place than this one.

THE WORST WAX EVER! I WENT IN FOR A QUICK, NORMAL 15 MINUTE EYE BROW WAXING. NO LIE, I WAS THERE FOR 40 MINUTES. Got my nails done for $35 on March 28th 2017 two days later they started coming out so I called and they said they will fix it for free but I wasnt in town so the following week on April 5th 2017 I paid $30 for my nails by Saturday the 8th of April nails started coming off so today April 13th 2017 I called and a woman said she would fix it come around 11:30 am which I did, when I got there they asked me who did my nails and one lady said usually when the nails come off its smooth but when its being forced then its rough. Like do I look stupid I know that like why in the hell would I spend a whole $35 then another $30 in two weeks which makes $65 and mess up my own nails then they told me they would fix it but I would have to pay $20 for it like that is so unprofessional and stupid because I am a customer for three months and this actuation happened to me twice in one week or less so why would I pay $20 just to get my nails done after I just spent $30 and the week before the $35 that is that is extremely and beyond wrong thats not how you do customer service I didnt even do my nails I walked out .You wont be seeing me step foot in this nail salon again because for one prices went up I can get my nails down on 7th ave for $18-$20 and they will last me almost a month. I work two jobs and go to college full time I dont have time to be wasting money on accessories, so you just lost a customer

The best nail salon on Miami Beach. My nails are perfect. Ive been goin to them for 4 years. They take it to they extra level in detail. The technicians all have a following of clientele, from older wealthy women, to the young and hip. Great quality, great prices. Def worth the trip up to 74th from SoBe.

No recommendation.The stylist has used a dirty file, she was very rude to my feet. I bled in several places. My request not to be so rude she has simply ignored. It was intentional!Actually I wanted a gel pedicure, but then I changed to normal polish because I got considerable doubts about the competence of this lady. The paintwork was done so badly, the basecoat hadnt dried, and it had been painted on the injured cuticle that I decided to have everything removed. Not even that was cleaned. Paint residues in the nail fold.I have to get an infection afraid. The instruments are not sterilized.$ 25 I had to pay for this botch.
