Came for a haircut with an appointment, when I got there I was told she is there but is not feeling good. Things happen but at least call your client, we may come from far away. I decided to give her a second chance, passed by for a consultation for highlights, and booked an appointment in advance, when I arrived for my appointment she was highlighting and working on a different client. She had no idea I had an appointment and who booked me. She decided to work simultaneously on 2 clients. But felt that she didn’t even want to hear what I want, very in a rash. I stood up and left. I wanted my hair fixed before my vacation, now is too late to find someone else. What an attitude toward their client and their time. Zero professionalism. To mess up so bad twice. Furious that she f up my plans.

I called around to several area nail salons. The prices were so much more reasonable than the other places. They wanted to charge double for a pedicure because of the tourist area. She was quick, fast, and professional with great conversation. She had an appointment scheduled but was able to fit me in last minute. I vacation yearly in Miami and will definitely be back.

I love my manicure its perfect for my stay at south beach. Zarina did an awesome job and she also recommended me some good places to go visit and a great place to get a massage.

Zarina was the best, she had crazy good vibes and radiated happy energy. She did me and my friends full acrylics back to back and her coworker Constinence did our pedicures, they both did a beautiful job and within 2 hours we where out of the salon. Zarina even touched up my curtain bangs for free for me, love both of them!

Called the salon a little before closing to see if they had availability for a blow out and Zarina was so kind to fit me in after hours! So thankful I had an amazing experience and was in desperate need of a blow out! Will definitely be coming back!

First off, Zarina is so warm and sweet! She corrected my bad blonde highlights, gave me a proper cut to correct the damage on the ends, and she was incredibly fast- like a professional should be. This will be my stylist for now on in Miami. I’ve been getting color done for nearly 10 years and it’s SO hard to find someone that knows what they are doing, so glad I found her! Thank you for saving my hair!
