After having a recent unsatisfied experience in a nail saloon here in NYC. This nail saloon in Florida reminds me how I was very happy and satisfied of their service 2 years ago. I can’t help myself to compare how flawless and smooth my nails after the service/final result. How I wish I can find a nail saloon here in NYC that will do the same in this nail saloon. I would highly recommend this saloon. Look for Jacob. He did very well on my nails. I was fully satisfied and happy. Worth my time and money. You can see the pictures how beautiful and flawless my nails were.

So many great things to say about iNail Spa. They are very clean, tranquil environment, staff is very skilled, I have been impressed with my manicurists as well as the others around me that I watch as I have mine done - I’ve seen some very beautiful very unique work being done some awesome long acrylics with cool detail! I posted a picture of my own manicure on the day of and then four weeks for comparison how well a gel from iNail stayed. I had gotten a french gel manicure with a teal blue tip and I was so pleased with how it came out right away as well as super impressed with how long the manicure lasted!

Tried them twice 1st time got acrylics and lost a nail within 1 week. 2nd time its been 1 week and I have 2 nails of gel polish peel completely off. I just moved here and its very disappointing because the pedicure was nice the quality of their products and work is not.

This place is great if you want your nails done fast and professional looking results. I get compliments on my nails all the time. It is clean, very efficient. The chairs and equipment are new and updated. Walk-ins are accepted and youll be taken in right away.

Very high class and professional service. Always sure to make you pleased and pay attention to detail. The staff is fabulous whoever you get. I use Rachael often and Annie but everyone is great. Highly recommended!!

I didnt have a bad experience here. The service was good and all but my gel manicure didnt even last 5 days. Never in my life have I had a gel manicure last such a short amount of time. Not what I would have expected for what I paid for. Unfortunately I would not come back. :(

Called last second to remove my gel and get a new coat and they took me in immediately. My technician brushed very even coats and my nails came out amazing! So happy with this salon!

July 19th was my first time visiting Inail. I only had to wait 8 minutes. They took there time with my feet and nails. I loved that when I asked for a certain design the tech asked someone else to do it, instead of trying and me not liking it she went to someone that knew how.Pittsburgh techs could never. I cant wait to go back in September this will be my first stop.

Amazing place to get your nails did💅. Great management, clean, and excellent staff. Their attention to detail is unmatched. Can be pricey depending on what you choose, but its in prime real estate on the main road/vein of miami’s south beach. Also they recently expanded and renovated. They don’t try to upsell you in a tacky way or make anyone feel uncomfortable. Lonnie is amazing and so is everyone else. Great place to sparkle!

This place used to be amazing, now its mediocre at best. Theyre very rough, not careful at all with your nails, no attention to details, theyre flipping a lot of costumers a day so its like theyre always in a hurry to finish your mani/pedi. This time they didnt even put cuticle oil on. And overpriced for sure. 80$ for manicure and pedicure

I went there for the first time and had the best experience. The nail technician took so much time to perfect my manicure and my pedicure. The quality was amazing and the price wasn’t bad either. I’ll definitely continue to visit them.

I went as a walk-in and they were incredibly busy but they still squeezed me in. I got an excellent pedi and the atmosphere was increable. I highly recommend and I will not go anywhere else after that!

Loved this salon, as soon as you walk in it has a very peaceful, clean, and classy ambiance. Tina and Annie helped set me up to get a signature pedi and mani combo with Ly. My fiancé had Bella do an amazing full set or dip, idk nail stuff I’m a guy but hey really recommended if you’re near by south beach and need to treat yourself to a nice pampering time

Everything is being done to make this a clean and sanitized shop during the COVID-19 period. I highly recommend this beautiful salon.

Salon is huge and open every day for long hours, every time I come here there is someone available to do my nails right away without me needing to book an appointment. There is also parking on the back.

I have been through several places andI have nothing but Great things to say about this place. During all the covid chaos you cant help but feel like youre well taken care of here. They have so many precautions in place and theyre so professional.Jasmine is the best, Her work is high quality, very detailed, precise, and timely.

Edit: I may not remember the technicians name, but I most certainly went to this salon located right next to semilla, I am a local and live down the street.From the looks of this salon, you would think it was top notch, but sadly it is far from it. Nail techs have bad attitude as well as the service is low quality. I came twice, first time for a full set and a upgraded pedicure and second time for my fill in on my full set. Everything about the pedicure was awful and rushed did not get any of the services I paid extra for (callus removal, extra massage time, etc)The second time I went the nail tech was incredibly rude the entire interaction and was especially unpleasant when I asked her to fix multiple nails that she kept touching with her other fingers while painting. I even mentioned how bad the service was and how rude she was to me to another male nail tech to which I was brushed off with a quick sorry in passing as he rushed by me. On top of my fill in taking TWO HOURS I left with nails that already looked 1 week grown out from lack of attention and skill. I tried to give this place a chance since their pricing is competitive with Blush salon down the street but sadly won’t be coming back

The manager has no manner... they give you a price went you get there and in the end of the job the price is complete diferente... obviously more expensive!!! she was vary rude.... I wanted #60 gel glitter and it didn’t come out nothing like the sample nail. It’s not shiny, very dull and ashy looking. If I had more time I would’ve made them remove all the gel polish from my nails and just go somewhere else.

Honestly, the lady that did my nails did a great job. Very detailed and nice.The reason Im putting three stars is because they told me one price on the phone, and when I went to pay they told me that what I had done was double the price of what theyve told me. They never even warned me about this when I showed the picture of what I wanted.Also, 85usd for ombre nails in comparison of the 40usd they told me for a full set, seems like a lot to me.

Did a walk-in as soon as they opened and they squeezed me in for an acrylic fill and a gel pedi. Kai did a great job - I can honestly say it was one of the best pedi Ive had. And Jacob - wow! For speed & skill, theres no reason to look elsewhere!! I would come back here for sure!

Love this place! I am a busy person and walk-in salons are my go to. I always get in really fast and the work is always done very well. The staff are very polite and caring. The salon is also very clean and your nails are left healthy and beautiful when you leave. What’s even better is my nail polish never EVER chips. This is so hard to find on the beach and I’m a bartender so this is impressive to me! Dipping powder is my new favorite service and my nails can last 3-4 weeks without needing immediate attention. They also do very good eye lash extensions. They look natural and are very light and don’t irritate your skin or eye lid. This little gem is a one stop shop for your needs and I won’t go anywhere else. 10 stars!

I called to make an appointment before I got there. When I did, they took care of me very quickly. I was in there like an hour for a full set with gel powder and polish change toes.The work is amazing. My full-set was neatly done, I love it. Definitely going back!!

Very bad experience, I asked to have the same color for my manicure and pedicure, pedicure with regular nail polish and manicure with gel. I realized when it s was done that my pedicure was dark red and my manicure dark violet! they were keeping saying that it was the same color but no !!!!!! just its not looking the same when its gel and not gel !

I have been going to iNail Spa for going on five years, and I have always had long nails, ( i’ve had stiletto, French, Hombre ... you name it! ), but today I had them cut short, and I always get great treatment here! They are all very good at what they do, and take great care of me!

LOVE THIS SALON SO MUCH!!!! Prices are affordable. Every inch of this place is spotless and spacious. Smells like flowers in here. Friendly techs working here too. I didnt had to wait long in the waiting area till a nail tech came and walked me to her station. She was very gentle with me throughout my manicure. From exfoliating my hand, to applying cuticles softener, to removing the cuticles with ease and lastly massaging my hand with hand cream. Just the best experience ever here!

This place has gone through a metamorphosis. It is now fantastic. New chairs. Plenty of room. So happy for them and me. 👍

Love love love this place! They have a lot of selection polished - gel and regular. I have coming here since they opened and I have always had great services! All of the technicians are experienced and friendly.

They are professional. Very nice and pleasant. Did an excellent job on my gel for hand and feet. Sanitary place -they used plastic bags for the foot baths.

For the past six or eight months, I loved this place and getting my nails done with Lonny! But today, I had someone else so I confirmed the price of the service with her and she confirmed, yes. At the end, i was charged double for the same service Ive been getting for months! They would not honor The price I always have which was the same price I confirmed with the tech at the beginning of the service! Sadly, Im looking for a new nail place after this. Suggestions welcomed.

Great nail salon! Their services and works are absolutely good! The place is clean and spotless with a huge collection of high quality gel color. I had my regular Mani/Pedi done by a sweet lady who was very talented. She was very gentle and meticulous. I really loved the way my nails came out. The price was fair. I will certainly be going back.

Such a great place. I’m not from South Beach, Miami, I was on spring break visiting and my nails were messed up and they fixed them so well ! Everyone was super nice and caring ! Whenever I am in town I will surely visit them again !

This nail salon does the best Gel manicure I have ever had in my life. I live in New York City & Miami, have had my nails done at countless nail salons in both cities as well as many others, and they by far do the best gel mani & other services as well. Sometimes manicures last up to 3 weeks. They have a huge selection of colors, always do a great job. Staff is talented, friendly, professional. Salon is clean, modern and pretty. have been coming here for over a year and plan to continue coming. No other place Ive been to can do a better job.

If you’re a guy asked like me this is where recommend that you go to have your nails painted black they do a pretty good job and also spring for the deluxe treatment where they massage your feet for an hour as well it was really nice and help me out of my Gothic depression for a moment thank you iNail spot.

I never make reviews but I felt like I needed to write one. I came here for vacation and saw that this one had wonderful reviews so I would try it out. Myself and 2 of my friends went to this nail salon after calling first to see if they were busy, we were told they were not. We get there and the man who greets us is absolutely wonderful. Hes very kind and welcoming. The woman who starts on my feet isnt as welcoming and barely speaks but I do inform her I would like a design on my 2 big toes. As shes doing my toes she asks if I want her to shave the back of my feet, I said go ahead and she says well its $10 more to the $28. I decline because I really dont need it, Im just used to getting it at my normal nail salon where Im from. The woman who does the designs is doing someones nails a few chairs away and says something In their language about $10 and starts laughing while talking to the woman working on me. I dont say anything but my attitude is apparent all over my face. She then does the polish and puts my sandals on and when I said what about my design she looks me dead in the face and says oh shes busy now so she cant do it!!! I was immediately annoyed because I just paid $30 for them to basically polish my toes which is something I couldve easily done at home. The overall experience after the original man which I assume is the owner or manager was just downhill. The only reason I gave it 2 stars is because the overall decor is nice and again the man was great. Thats about it.

I went with my husband while on vacation. We both got a mani/pedi. This was by far the best we’ve ever had. Anytime we are in Miami we will be visiting this place again. Excellent customer service.

First time going there and won’t go back. It’s pricey, only for gel manicure was $40! I was like, fine! This better be good! Well it was not a spa experience, probably if you do your pedicure yes, because of the spa chairs and the hot towels but they won’t offer a cup of water, they all speak in a foreign language while working with their customers and makes you feel completely out of place. The girl that did my nails was nice but I panicked when she started removing my gel switching between her instruments and also using her own nails. I’m not dissapointed with the end results but the whole process was not the Spa Experience I was looking for. Yeah, not going back. Sorry! I rather drive out of the beach for a better service and price.

Came here for the first and last time in my life. Decided to try out the chrome nails. Little did I know, that none of the nail artists knew how to do that kind of manicure.Ended up redoing it 3 times! Spent over 2 hours doing my nails. Swollen fingertips. Soar cutecules.Incompetent, rude, dont understand English if their life depended on it.Keep out if you dont want to ruin your day and hands.

Two stars are for the cleanliness, decoration environment of the place and because Lucy, who did my nails, was nice and friendly (even with the language barrier). But after 9 days my manicure with gel polish was already peeling off, and usually it last in my nails from 2 to 3 weeks. I came here because from all the rest of the places from the beach they had better reviews and similar prices compared to the rest. Since I live 2 blocks away and couldnt get out of the beach like I usually do, I decided to give it a try. They work extremely fast, like in a hurry. At the end I paid $63 for gel polish manicure and regular pedicure plus $10 tips = $73 total, most expensive price Ive paid and poorest quality

Dont spend your money here; Terrible for pedicure and manicure I ask him to square my nails he said it was impossible, the clear top color was awful the way he did it. But of course for the tip he told me better Cash, such a bad customer service and the job that he did was less that one star.I dont like when they talk their language and also laugh about their customers it is so rude; sorry but if they dont speak English I dont know what are they doing here....

I love coming here from opening day they have been great So many colors that’s in gel and regular polish and not the dang this a ugly might be cute polish I mean vibrant pop nice color and brand polish fav nail tech is Lakita she gets you right I wasn’t gonna tell y’all but I can’t be selfish with the goods I rather her sprinkle her goodness on everybody best kept secret she makes you fall in love with your nails before they are done honey
