After 1.5 days this is what my dip nails look like-I requested acrylic set they told me they only could do dip nails at my prescheduled appointment time-I figured maybe it was because of the technician available…$109 later and almost three hours and they looked incredible-tech was lovely but this just doesn’t work. They cracked from doing absolutely nothing out of the ordinary-Please I would like a refund. I am no longer in the area to have them redone. Thanks. Kaitlin

Best nail salon in Miami Beach! I came in to fix my nails and the manager was very kind to help me.. the technician that did my nails really did an outstanding job! She guided me through the color choice showing me properly how the final result was gonna be and the result is amazing, probably the best dip in I had so far in miami! Everybody extremely friendly and professional.. I would reccomend it to anyone! Thank you so much 😊 I am really happy about it!!

I needed a fill . im from ny longisland, the girl who did my nails her name was lily . i would recommend her but the only thing she didnt do is take care of my Cuticles . instead she used her drill to take them off . which you should never do . at the end she put cuticle oil to make them better which helped a little but not what should of been done. i showed her a picture of what i wanted . she got pretty close to what i wanted. im used to getting a different kind of fill instead of straight Acrylic. I can say she was super gentle, made sure my nails looked good to me and professional.

Im glad I didnt read the reviews until after I went here because I would have went somewhere else.I had a very good experience at this salon. The pricing was very straightforward, there are plenty of color options for gel nails and the service was fast and efficient.I had a great nail tech who was super meticulous. Unfortunately I did not get her name, otherwise I would put it in the review. Not all technicians are equal and she did one of the best gel manicures Ive had in a long time. She even suggested a different color than what I had in mind and it was perfect...Farrari Red. Its vibrant and energy boosting!

I got fungus on a nail from a fill. I have been doing my nails for 10+ years and completely understand that sometimes those types of things do happen. It can be due to an untrained tech, improper sanitation of tools, moisture under nail, etc. My issue is not that the fungus has occurred but yet when I called to inform and ask for that nail to be fixed free of charge... they said absolutely not and that this was my fault. It was just an unprofessional experience and the manager kept cutting me off. Im an extremely patient person and simply wanted them to make an effort to accommodate something that could have easily been their mistake. Instead of taking responsibility, they lost a customer and many more that I had been recommending to go there.Wouldnt recommend...

SCAMMERS BEWARE. FALSE ADVERTISING.I booked online $50 an hour massage on the link they provide on google maps. (See proof) the massage was good and I recommend Eduardo.However when I showed them the confirmation email, the website screenshots and it says everywhere $50 for one hour, they tried to turn it around saying the price is for 30min.they threatened to call the police. Filing a formal complaint soon. too bad, eduardo was good.

I called at 10pm to ask for the hours of operation. I needed a late night manicure and I saw on google they were open till 12am. When I called the lady asked how soon I could arrive. She said she would put me down for 10:20.I told her I was driving from Kendall, but all I needed was a gel manicure. I made it to the salon by 11pm and she told me I needed an appointment. I told her I was the person that called earlier to make an appointment. She said my appointment was for 10:20 and I was late. That the technicians had been sent home.I told her she was extremely unprofessional and rude. I would absolutely NEVER recommend this place due to the lack of professionalism and courtesy.

Ive gone here a few times. I guess they changed their name but not their quality. The biggest problem is how misleading the cost is. I dont mind paying 200 for a manicure, but it should be a 200 dollar manicure. They charge extra to file your nails so they arent sharp and jagged. They charge extra if you want a normal shape (or you keep them uneven and jagged) they charge extra if you ask them to paint the entire nail, and to not leave gaps. They charge extra if you use a card. Charge extra for covid. Charge extra for everything. The price they tell you/ the price on the menu is not what youll pay. Add 50 to what they say. At least. I paid for nail art and it came out horrific. I asked for it to be removed because it was not even close to what i asked for and they not only charged for the art, they charged to repaint the nail!!! The acrylic will not be the same thickness or length. Like i said, i got a 20 dollar mani for 200. Avoid this place. They scam so much.I went back once to show them A DOG HAIR (i dont have a dog) that was painted underneath my gel and the person at the desk shrugged it off and said i could pay for a repair. I could pay to fix their mistake. Never again.

If you’re looking for quality customer service, reasonable prices, and quality work: look for another salon. Upon arriving the front desk representative completely failed to greet me, when I greeted her she said “hold on” and continued a conversation with a coworker. I paid a total of $82 for a fill, gel color, and repairing 2 broken nails. My nails were very thin. That same night I broke a nail. The next day I broke another. When I called to resolve the issue I was told I’d get a call back and never did. When I went in to resolve the issue and get my now 3 broken nails repaired I was told they aren’t responsible for repairs and if I choose to get them repaired there it’s $15 per nail: that’s a grand total of $127 - including tip. I will never give them my business again, nor will I refer them. Please read other recent reviews where other people have had the same issues, I regret that I didn’t heed the warning of other reviews.

Great technician who did my dip polish very thin, I left feeling happy with the final product. My nails began chipping TWO days after getting them done and in less than a week most of my nails were cracking. I’ve been using dip polish for five years now and they usually last 3-4 weeks so I was in shock when I saw how cracked and chipped all of my nails were on day 5.I called the salon, explained what happened, and sent them pictures of my nails. They said there was nothing they could do because their policy states they can only help me if I call within a 4 day window. Can you imagine... how much the owner cares about the quality of the service they provide that they only feel confident it will last up to FOUR days, after that, it’s not their problem.This is the worst customer service I’ve ever received at a nail salon or any other business in Miami. They didn’t even ask me to come in so they could see my nails in person or to find a different solution for the client to be happy.On top of bad quality dip polish, this was the most EXPENSIVE dip polish I’ve ever done ($50) and on top of that the store charges you a 3-4% fee if you use credit card as your method of payment. My dip polish and pedicure came out to $110 without including my tip I left to the technician.I am so disappointed that this nail salon is still in business in Miami Beach. I’ve been a resident here for years and this was my first and last time going to them. I’m writing this review so that you don’t waste your money and time coming here. There is nothing worse than paying for expensive nails only to have them crack within days. Save your money and look for other places on the beach.

This place is a joke and so unprofessional, I set an appt for full ser acrylic 45$ Plus gel 22$ which I agreed, the nail tech did an amazing job but the owner told her that she had to charge me 40$+ extra because of the “art” that she did, and the french tip which nobody told me!!!I ended up paying 121$ for this!!! Don’t come over here if you don’t want to be overcharge!!!

Service is always rushed and not on point. Tried this place several times and each time, my nails chipped off within a day, you could tell while having done your nails the technicians aren’t about quality. While I was there many people had some sort of issues, overheard them complaining. My last visit, I wanted almost oval nails and left with mostly square nails. This place is accommodating but nothing else. Not worth it.

HIGHLY disappointed in this place. Less than 24 hours after having dip done my nails already started lifting in the corners and I lost part of the pinky nail. When I returned to get it fixed the man at the front made a comment about it being a hassle to pull up my transaction from 2 days ago. Then when I finally sat with someone she didnt want to fix anything because to her they looked fine and to redo them she would have to remove them all. She didnt even want to fix my ONE very obviously broken nail. After going back and forth with her multiple times I finally gave up and just left. The man at the front saw me upset ready to walk out and didnt even care or just couldnt be bothered. Absolute TRASH customer service.

The appointment was right on time. The staff are warm and welcoming. My specialist Vanessa was kind and well skilled on both the manicure and pedicure. The price was competitive to areas outside of the Beach so I expected to pay more.

I booked the appointment online and when I arrived I still had to wait about 20 min before my services. However when the lady did begin my service I felt like I was in heaven. She was patient and took her time. I picked a color from the pre-painted nails, but they didnt have the exact color. Her and another nail tech searched for the color I wanted. They really went above and beyond. I was relaxed and I enjoyed every minute of my service. It sucks that I have to fly to Miami just to get great services.

If i could put no star I would do that. My nails are naturally strong and healthy. I’m always doing gel manicure and it holds for more than 3 weeks! The quality of work is not getting along with the price they are taking. A-mature work and after 2 days I broke two nails because the nail polish pilled off. I called 4 days later to complain but they can’t help anymore. Bravo for a failure of customer service- I’ll never come back and really won’t recommend to any of you to go there.

I have been a regular customer here for almost 5 years now. I was gone for the summer this year and just got back. Came here per usual to get a gel mani and just a polish change on my toes. The total was $80 with tip. They increased the price for a gel mani by $10 so it is not $47 and the polish change was $18. They also add a few to use a credit card! As much as i love my mail tech i 💯 will not be returning here. $80 and i didn’t even get a pedicure. Wow! Robbery! Bring back the old owners please

Expensive, non experienced staff. was there 3 hours for a full set and a pedicure. not even gel regular polish and it was $92My acrylics I asked for coffin and got all different shapes and sizes and the polish had bubbles.the worst Ive ever had.To top it off they have no customer service the receptionist is more worried about getting her nails done than attending the paying customers. They do not offer you a beverage or check up on you. Simply the worst overall.

After I did a full set tip/dip powder on Tuesday 14th of December and paid a fair amount of money for it I started to loose all my nails without even realizing it not even one week after.On Sunday I already lost 3 nails and after booking an appointment on Monday the nails were already half gone.So I tried to call the salon on Monday 21st and asked for an apt for Wednesday. The lady at the desk confirmed and hang up.She called me the same afternoon asking if I was coming to the apt that she mistakenly took for the same day.Before I went for my 10 am apt on Wednesday morning I called to confirm my apt and showed up perfectly on time.I requested in advance to be assigned to a certain nail technician but she let me know on the spot that she has already booked herself someone else on the same time as me.I did not want to give problem so I was ok to be given to someone else but not before I showed the lady at the desk( the one who mistakenly took the apt) my full set already gone basically.She assured me she will apply a discount at the end of the service.When my service of regular pedi and nail polish gel mani was done in an OK way I went to the register and the lady charged me $92 for it saying that after 5 days they don’t take responsibility for a bad manicure.She even charged me $10 to remove that awful job.I am a customer for years but the lack of competence and professionalism I encountered that day was no sense to me.I basically paid almost $200 within 10 days.NEVER GOING BACK.

Nightmare the owner is a super rude lady tries to overcharge every service when we are done. They mess up the schedule and she is nasty to clients and her own employees!! They do nails really well here, and they have every color you can think of, in both its traditional polish and gel polish form! Nice salon where you can go and pamper yourself for a bit. I recommend this place highly.

I went for a mani/pedi . They asked if I would like the deluxe pedi, I asked how much it is, the gal told me $44. So I said sure, I’ll treat myself!When cashing out ( you have to pay an additional 4% if you’re using a debit/credit card,byw) they charged me $52 for the deluxe !!! An apology for the $8 difference is not good enough !

I had a wonderful therapeutic massage with Eduardo at this salon. I had some muscle aches and tightness and he worked it all out. I came out feeling completely relaxed. I also like that the massage oil has a light scent and left my skin soft but not oily.

Probably one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had getting my nails done. The lady took way too long, didn’t put enough coats of paint so it looked horrible and also my gel started peeling and chipping off the next day. Very disappointed in the services I received.

Awful. Rude service. Overpriced. Ive tried going to this location a few times for a convenience . The nail techs didnt know the prices of a simple fill. It then took a nail tech many attempts to try to copy an image I was showing her a photo of - a simple ombre. They turned out pure white. So I told her I didnt like them. She quickly got an attitude with me and continued to speak angrily about me in another language to a fellow manicurist. After continuously doing my nails wrong, I just wanted to get out of there and settled for a basic fill- no polish at all. Im so angry at myself for paying $40 for not even half done nails. Serving wine does NOT make you a classy place. Hate everything about this spot. PLEASE save yourself the time, frustration, and money.

Yesterday I had a party in Miami Beach and today I just wanted to relax so I looked online for a good spa where to go. I had an amazing experience, no joking. They gave me a foot massage 45 min, but the job was amazing, it was one of the best massages I had in my whole life, I believe her name was Milena. I really recomend this place for foot massage, for real they know what they do! Thank you guys, I appreciated it. Oh and they gave me white wine.

The service for my wife and 2 daughters was absolutely horrendous. Gel manis and regular pedis. Both were peeling off everyone in a day. Owner very reluctant to fix and then did the bare minimum and complained about it. In under a day, my daughters nails were peeling off in sheets. horrible quality and service, especially given peoples reluctance to use such businesses during COVID. I would have expected much more.

A group of 5 of us came in and they accommodated all of our various requests quickly and politely. I also noted that they called customers with reservations to give them a heads up that they were running a few minutes behind which is something I’ve never seen a nail salon do and I think it’s a courteous and professional call to make to customers.

Horrible experience. My nails have never broken this quick after getting my nails done at other places first time and last that i will be coming here. Someone who walked in after me was attended first .. ? And I had to keep asking them to check on my nails because they didn’t bother to ask or check about my nails while they were doing them. I got gel too ?? And they chipped after two days. NEVER IN MY LIFE AGAIN this nail place is not the move.

Stay away from this place! There are many good salons, but not this one! First of all, I did gel many and regular pedi on Friday night. Gel started to pill off on Sunday (not saying the job was very bad). And the price is $66. Customer service is one of the worst! I had to write this, so other people don’t make mistake of going there!

I took my daughter to this place and they took advantage of her by giving her bad quality service .her nails look awful the lady there refuse to fix the nails even after I paid for it .told my daughter to her face I’m not fixing it.these people are very unprofessional they will take advantage and they work Very slow. Very friendly staff and clean

This was the worst manicure I have ever gotten. I explained that I was growing my nails out from gels, so they are very thin. I like to keep they painted to give them some strength. I wanted just a cuticle trim and regular polish. The woman who did my manicure raced through the cuticle trimming, which is really what I wanted and needed. Cut me twice. Then she threw some lotion on my hands. No massage. I washed my hands and sat down. She broke out the grinder. I pulled my hands away and reminded her this was a regular manicure. She insisted it was necessary. I got up to leave and she gave in. She threw on the polish in record time. When I pointed out that she pushed one of my nails into the fan in her haste, she told me it was my fault. The polish was lumpy, all over my cuticles, not to the edge of my nails and dented in 2 places due to being shoved into the fan. It chipped in the shower the next morning. I am moving to Miami Beach next month and will never return to this place.

Not only did he try to overcharge me but he was fighting with me telling me he didnt care if I was a long time customer. I recently moved to South beach and live within walking distance to this salon. I tried this salon several times for mani/pedis and finally gave up. There is a very negative vibe in this salon. The service is rushed and minimalist. Every time I went and asked for the same nail tech, the person was no longer there. The last time I went, my pedicure experience was so negative I cancelled my manicure and left. I always tipped well, tried to be pleasant, but the atmosphere, in a word, “sucks.”

I was on Vacation and decided to get my nails done as I pamper myself. The staff at the front was amazing and nice. But my nails technician was something else. She did not introduce herself as she took me back. Told her I wanted french tips and she kept going back and forth with the color. I settled for the colors that was picked out. Also, she was texting every 10 mins and talked on the phone, and literally rushed in doing my nails. Charged me $10 for just shaping my nails and $10 extra to put glitter polish and it was REALLY faint. You can barely see it.I was fed up and just had to get out of there...My total came up to the whooping $90 For JUST french tips after she made 4 of my cuticle bleeds.

My manicurist was amazing however the music at the place can be a bit more relaxing rather than a typical Miami Beach club while you are trying to disconnect.
