So glad I found this place! I wanted to get a powder gel with tips manicure and it was surprisingly hard to find in south beach. Mariza did an amazing job! Sue was very knowledgeable and confident in her skills. Really took her time to make sure the nails were perfect and to my liking. I chose what I though was a lavender color but it was paler than I realized so she added a beautiful shine at the end that just made the color pop so much better. All the girls were so nice and profesional. My husband even got his first ever mani pedi and had a great time lol. Highly recommend for fairly priced great nails at a local spot. A lot of tourists traps around here and this is definitely not one! Thank u! Will definitely come back here every time I’m in Miami!

Dont judge a place based on the reviews! This place is fantastic! My day started terribly 😔, thought I had cracked my nail in half which to most is probably like so what it will grow back. 🙃 youre right but my nails are long natural and beautiful so when it breaks it hurts my soul. Ok thanks ... 😊 I was originally late due to unforeseen circumstances hence the day started terribly, arrived and had to wait a little... TOTALLY WORTH IT! I guess you can say the universe knew I needed a pick me up and gave me THE MOST FABULOUS nail technician any girl could have asked for. Go do yourself a favor and ask for Michaela, just dont come when Im there 🤣 I am so happy I waited for her because she made my nails look even better.Do yourself a favor, if youre struggling to find a good nail salon check out Anaïs ASAP because what you see here ladies and gents is perfect dip powder application on my nail. I was a walk-in customer. Had my eyebrows tinted. This place only takes by Appt depending how busy they are. I got lucky that day. Loving how my eyebrows came up,You just gotta trust the process, it will look like a kid did a fill in drawing with a sharpie on your brows at first but once it get washed you will be amazed. Here’s a before and after. Great job for the eyebrow lady!

I got a pedicure and manicure/dip. My girl must have been new because although she was detailed, both my mani and pedi hurt and left me with bleeding cuticles. When she finished the dip powder on my nails she didn’t buff/smooth it out. She just applied a clear top coat. It was lumpy and so unprofessional looking. She did attempt to fix it but overall it wasn’t worth what I paid. They did provide a 10% discount which was nice, in turn I gave a 10% tip instead of the standard 15-20%.

I came with my friend to get basic polish pedicures and an eyebrow wax. I hadn’t scheduled the wax with my appointment but they were able to squeeze me in. They were friendly but didn’t do both of our scheduled pedicures at the same time. My friend had to wait 45 minutes for hers. The nail tech misted our nails with water as soon as she applied the top coat which made the polish ripple. As for sanitation, the foot file was not sanitized in between our pedicures and the eyebrow tweezers and scissors are kept up on top of what looked like metal electrical box. They were used then replaced in their spot. I did not feel this is the most hygienic place. I probably wouldn’t come back.

Please do not go to this place!!! Made my finger bleed first time... i let it go assuming it was a one time accident. Went there again, and they gave me a horrible manicure. The nails were not even filed and the color was applied extremely poorly. The tools they use also look so messy and unhygienic. Just horrible service all around.

Great service and reasonable prices. Don’t be surprised if you make a reservation and still have to wait 15-20 minutes. It happens every time. For that reason, only go if you have plenty of time to spare.

We just moved into the neighborhood, and I found Anaiss place while searching for a nail salon. When I called the salon, Manuella picked up the phone and told me to come, and I made an appointment on the spot. I got Pedi & Mani, and as I was leaving, I asked Manuella if they can do my hair (i have naturally curly hair), and she said they do and made an appointment and left. What can I say about Mariza, the hairstylist - she was terrific, courteous, and she made my hair look sooooooooooo beautiful. Thank you and Thank you!!! Happy customer, and I found my Perfect Salon :)

Do Not Go Here! I went here to get my eyebrows waxed and the girl RIPPED MY EYELASHES OFF! And the worst part is she acted like nothing had happened.The girl doing my eyebrows dropped wax on my eyelashes, I informed her there was wax there, at first she was slowly getting it off, then all of a sudden she just pulled and I felt a pain. I got up looked in the mirror to see my eyelashes ripped off! I was shocked. I came out showed my fiancé. During all of this the girl acted like she didn’t do anything. My fiancé talked to her and the manager came over and they both acted like it was nothing, all they said was you don’t have to pay for your eyebrows... of course I’m not paying after you ripped my eyelashes off!Absolutely ridiculous and then on top of it pretending like nothing as happened. Awful service and awful customer service. I will never go back.

Such an horrible service... the team are not able to care about the nails in details ... my nails are horrible as you can see in the picture. It was very expensive - $100 hundred for this service of hand, feet and hairstylist. I definitely don’t recommend it at all!

Its was ok...the lady who did my nail was a little aggressive at the beginning but as we started talking she became more friendly. As far as the job, it was only ok!

I walked in saying I wanted a pedicure. I guess she misunderstood and thought I wanted a manicure. She said 20 minutes. I waited 50 minutes. I would’ve gone elsewhere since I was in a rush. I waited all that time and she didn’t realize it was a pedicure but a manicure. So I waited that long for no reason. The massage was subpar. And then they said I could leave and they messed up my nail. Ugh

-she broke skin while cleaning my pedicure cuticles-she didn’t even ask me if I wanted her to cut my nails about was about to just do it if I didn’t stop her-She wasn’t going to put a base coat until I stopped her-she definitely should not have been painting anyone’s nails... the paint got everywhere until she cleaned it upWill not be going back and don’t recommend it for anyone...Only reason I’m giving two stars and not one is because they were nice

They had me at Coffee!Is very hard to find a good nail salon with professional staff and good nail techs. I was happy I walked in this spa. The owner was very friendly and helpful and my manicure was nicely done by Yordanka. She is very nice and took care of every detail. I’m very picky customer and I only go to one salon in Miami but now I know this place is by my home and I’ll be back for all services

Worst experience ever. We live in Coral Gables and came all the way here just to see Blanca, I booked the appointment 3 days in advance and upon arrival, we were told the appointment was not booked and we had to be seen by someone else. I drove 30 minutes with traffic to make it on time for nothing. I should have known from the moment I called when the receptionist was giving attitude over the phone. Never coming back.

Love the color selection! The ladies are all very nice! You can get your nails, hair, lashes, facial and even a spray tan!

They do nails really well here, plus they have every color you can think of, in both its traditional polish and gel polish form! Nice salon where you can go and pamper yourself for a bit. I recommend this place highly.

I had the pleasure of having Danay as my Nail Tech Professional who was friendly, confident and extremely detail-oriented with my Dip Powder mani. Would highly recommend Anaïs Nails & Spa - and wish I had their level of service back home in STL! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️!!

Had an appointment for 6:30-- was told it would be a 15min wait-- and didnt get seen for 45min, with no apology. The pedicure was a very rushed job, no attention to detail or standard lotion care. Definitely dont recommend.

The staff is beyond hospitable always making sure you are comfortable to include offering a variety of beverages, this establishment has best manicure I’ve ever received by far. I got a full set without tips and even with protective acrylic they still look so natural Osnelbys did my nails and the only way to deseibe them is PERFECT I also got the ultimate pedicure it was pretty relaxing. Nails on vacation is scary because you never know what you get and I am one happy customer

Five stars for Mary (Maritza) who attended me amazing !! He made me a gel manicure and my nails were divine! It is the first time I hold hands and it was an excellent experience. The place very clean and with a lot of staff, I didnt have to wait. I will definitely come back again when I need to touch them up and I will also do the pedicure.
