I live full time in the D.C. area and have started this year for the first time coming to Miami seasonally. Finding a great nail salon seems like an easy task, but if you have ingrown nails, its very hard. Soraya is the best Ive experience ever. I am not being overboard, I am being extremely honest. I tried a few places before finding her and the only regret I have is finding her, because now when I go back home, I will have a hard time gong back to my normal nail salon. I dont do gel or acrylics, but if you are looking for an amazing manicure and pedicure, I cant stress enough how good she is. The place is small but its very well appointed and she is very sweet and funny.

Called salon few days ago, they had an availability for “Monday at 4 pm”, the girl who was on the phone was unsure about the time from the way she sounded. I had seen all the good reviews that was the reason to try and I thought it will be worth the wait.But On the day of my appointment they decided to change the time of my appointment without asking me, next thing that I know, they came up with some “emergency” situation that had taken a place with one of their nail technicians (apparently the one who I booked, I believe It was the same who picked up the phone and was unsure)I was told that the other nail technician has no availability except Wednesday, and I have to come Wednesday 4 pm… and who can guarantee that another emergency won’t take a place right before my appointment? Very poor customer service. Very disappointing.

Soraya is the best nail tech Ive met since I have lived in Philly years ago! She is so professional and creative. Besides being technically skilled, she has a good eye for fashion and color ways. As long as I live in Miami I will come here! An added bonus is that her business is private so during the pandemic it is very clean and only you and her during an appointment.

I tried to schedule one day in advance an appointment and first thing I realize is that I had to download an app. After I do so I wanted to book and they asked you for a fee cancellation of 30 dollars in advance. I’m 40 weeks pregnant and wanted to get my nails done but didn’t know if I would go to labor the day before jaja! So I waited for the same day. The same day booked the appointment which they allowed me to do and the times where available. Once I got there AT THE TIME of the appointment the lady told me they didn’t approved my appointment and they were full. So I drove to there to realize I did not have an appointment even when I putted my credit card information and everything. I just think this is not a efficient way to book and I think is not professional as well to make a pregnant or any person to go there to realize they are not available when online they show that they are and even accept the booking. Anyways I took the time to review this cause i think it was a waste of time and energy for me and they need to improve the way the book and do this. 🤷🏼‍♀️

Only about 2-3 people capacity but it’s definitely great this way. You get all the attention needed and it’s by appointment only! I’m not from FL but needed to get my toes and nails painted and she did not disappoint. Would come back when I’m in this area again.
