Made an appointment & it took them over 4 hours to get me & 2 others done I only got my lashes done & it took so freaking long I just didn’t even want the fill-in anymore & paid $155 for lashes & I’m missing the whole inside of each lash like where my nail is pointing is only my little lashes no freaking volume whatsoever.. not to mention I paid $55 for my daughter’s toes & nail with gel.. that was today her polish is completely gone.. when I paint her nails with regular polish they last longer than that.. they must have painted my baby’s nails with peel off polish 🤨 I’m appalled! This was a complete & total rip-off after spending $370 with these people. Take your money elsewhere & get your worth 😤 I will be getting my lashes fixed & my baby’s nails painted elsewhere. 😡

Overall, I’m going give this salon 1281 below zero stars for all based on their rudeness manners and very unprofessional Psrtner for not taking any phone calls from customers to make schedule an appointments or speak to owner of this salon (1821) and “manager”…… Front desk person who manage phone calls has horrible attitude,nasty, and dishonest whenever someone call then will hung up right away without take any message or listen ….I hate to say don’t take Enya as hairstylist she is rude and pushy ….Owner Lynn Korean lady don’t do something enough keep charging customers for more money!!!!Go somewhere else better than this egg rotten salon!

I was very happy to find that this salon is open later in the evenings than most nail salons. I called 15 minutes ahead and was taken immediately upon my arrival.Ron gave me great service, and he was very detail oriented. Everyone else at the salon was very kind and professional as well. The salon was clean and following all COVID-19 protocols. The prices were great and cheaper than I expected to pay for the location being in South Beach.Thank you for the great experience!

Dont bother calling to make an appointment. It doesnt help. 3 times I did, and 3 times I had to wait a minimum of 35-50mins bec they took someone in off the street without an appointment even tho they knew I was coming in with one. The most unprofessional place ever. Wont be back.

My first impression is beautiful, the shop looks magnificent. Nail technology is very beautiful! I do not feel rushed. They have handled my ingrown nails in my nails and at no extra charge. They clean everything! As a person with hand disease, it is a great reward. They also understand the disease very well and make sure to be more careful and pay attention to that leg. Will come back.

Terrible experience. First two times I went with my girl they made us wait 2 hours to be attended. Then today we called on the phone and asked for an estimate and was told 45 for mani pedi. Once at the checkout she changed it to 70 and actually had the audacity to say “ for you 65”. Not OK. If you have a price already set you dont change it right after getting it done. I would have fought for a complete refund had my girl not been so forgiving and kind hearted. ONE STAR. Do not come here at all. You will not be treated with respect.

Honestly, very rarely do I write a review but, this time I have to. A friend recommended 1821 Salon and I was skeptical to go because their prices are very reasonable considering that they are located in an expensive neighborhood. The service was extremely impressive and the ladies are experienced and very friendly. I love getting my pedicure while also getting a massage in the spa chair. I will be back every week since Im a local Miami Beach resident

This place is horrible. I posted 2 times my reviews and they deleted. Dont go there. I came for waxing . Chinese lady burned my skin, she didnt put gloves. She has dirty stuff under her nail, and she use waxing paper many time instead to use one. I was shoked after I left. This place is anti-hygienic. Dont wasted your money and time.

Had a little spa day at 1821 Salon with my friends. We walked in and they were able to take us with little wait for the pedicure and gel manicure. The technician here was friendly, professional and knows what they are doing. The gel manicure was nice and the pedicure was nice, too. Overall good experience. I’ll be back.

I love this Salon, they are so nice and the prices are so good for the great service they give!!! I came in to get a haircut and they did such a great job, and Lynn the was very professional and she offered to do my nails since I’m a guy and I am not used to doing a manicure but I was so glad I did take her offer because my hands has never looked as nice and clean.

The visit to 1821 salon made my day, David did my manicure, I knew he was excellent since the very beginning, loved it. Isabella did an awesome job giving me a new style... just what I needed. I am definitely coming back.

Upon arrival, the staff were all very friendly, and the salon smelled amazing and looked adorable. I showed a photo of the nail design I was thinking and they helped me pick out colors from their vast collection. I love coming here midday because theres never a wait.

Great stylists, I dont do my hair just anywhere, I only trust Asher and Giuseppe with my perfect professional cut and color. They are so sweet and always listen to all my concerns and offer expert advice. I love going there, walking through the shops at Sunset Harbour, getting me some Panther coffee and go about my day. Always feels like visiting my family!

I’m very great full with Dionay, yesterday I had an appoiment with her and did gel mani and regular pedi. She’s great. I’m totally in love with how profesional and clean she was. Can’t wait to go again with her! This place is amazing.

The worst attitude from Eddy at the front desk, consistently. This salon refused to give me the formula for my hair color that I came with from another city. My great hair stylist left the state and I made the mistake staying with the salon. You can safe yourself much money and wasted time. This is what I am doing now. Trust me or pay for it!

Ive been going to Briam for years and aside of him a great hairdresser, he has a great attitude and is very pleasant to deal with.

I had gone to this salon for a hair style, and was highly upset I needed something up and simple. when I called they said sure no problem. I had told them what was I looking for on price? she stated $60 because you dont need a wash and dry, I said correct. I end up showing up there around 6pm. they didnt finish with the style until about 7ish. when everything was done and said my hair style was $115??????? ARE YOU SERIOUS...?????? they #1 are liars and #2 she didnt do anything spectacular can you imagine if I had a wash, dry & style? it would have been about $200 plus....NEVER AGAIN p.s my hair fell apart an hour later....
