Amazing job on coloring my hair! It was completely dead and they helped make my hair the perfect ash blonde I needed without damaging my hair! Also cut it the perfect style I wanted. Would definitely go back and recommend them for color correction!!!!

Came out looking better than I ever did!! flory the hairstylist/ colourist made my hair look amazing I got beautiful highlights and beautiful set of extensions that lasted me 6 months!Rachel she gave me an amazing facial my face is glowing and she did my manicure pedicure! I went to Femme Coiffure a few times to get the Brazilian Blowout, and the last time for single-process color and a haircut. The salon is very cute with a nice atmosphere, and Flory always knows exactly what I want. My Brazilian Blowout lasted more than 3 months the last time I got it. My color was pretty and looked very natural. I got a haircut by Daniel, who is a hair magician because Ive never gotten more complements on a haircut in my life! I will definitely be going back to Femme Coiffure and would recommend it highly to all my friends.

WOULD NOT RECOMMEND.I had a less than honest experience here. While I received a decent blow out and was more than happy to pay for that service, I do feel I was the victim of a bait and switch. When a certain price is quoted on the phone and then increased by over 100% mid service, one leaves disheartened; especially when no effort is made to address the customers legitimate concerns. I was quoted a $55 blowout and I was told the price changed to $125 while I had wet hair after my shampoo. After I raised my concerns I was told I could have left the salon with wet hair. Very disappointed in the business practices.

My first experience with Femme Coiffure Bal Harbor was for a much needed hair cut and style by my extremely talented hairstylist Steven, whom I am devoted to, highly recommend, and have used consistently for over 10 years (who recently relocated to Femme).When Steven finished styling my hair, I commented as I always do, that as great as the cut and style looked, it would look so much better if he could just give me “more hair”! My hair is thin and very fine. We usually just laugh about it, as we both know, “it is what it is”.This time however, Steven suggested the possibility of trying a few extensions, just to give my hair some fullness, and referred me to Flori, whom I now know is extremely talented, and is an expert when it comes to working with thin, fine hair.Flori showed me the “newest”, most “natural looking” extensions, as she patiently answered my many questions, and calmed my concerns, as we discussed different options. Though hesitant, I scheduled an appointment with Flori for the following week.Well, three weeks later and I am so happy and extremely satisfied with “my new look”. Flori effortlessly gave me what I have always wanted!Flori treated me as if I was a “long time” client, exacting her craft to achieve the best possible results. She even consulted and sought the opinion of her extremely talented colleagues, all in an effort to achieve perfection, and perfect it is! I couldn’t be happier and more pleased!

I come to Florida about 3 times a year and when I do I always come to Femme Coiffure and ask for Flory! Flory is the absolute best with hair and really knows what she is doing. I have had my hair done at many places and it is never as good as it is at Femme Coiffure. Highly recommend this place and Flory

Femme coiffure always knows exactly what i need and how i need it! Ive been looking for a good salon for years and finally found one after a hairdresser at another salon turned my hair GREEN. Flory saved my life and most importantly my hair!!! Shes amazing and really listens to what you want and does exactly that! I feel at home here and would definitely recommend to anyone who needs!

Called before I came to ask about service. I told her I was catching a lyft. I get there and she tells me we dont do your type of hair...i said what type she said kinky hair. She was rude short and had a nasty attitude. She smelled like cigarettes and was entertaining city workers instead of helping customers.

Flory is amazing! She is very talented, professional and friendly. I definitely recommend this salon and she also does the best Brazilian Blowout!!!

Flory was incredibly skilled and knew exactly how to treat and design my hair, her skills are second to no one. I would recommend anyone to please try her, she will make you look beautiful!

Be sure to ask prices before you sit down!! Went in for a wash and blow dry for me (above shoulders length) and a simple trim of the split ends and blow dry for my daughter and at checking out was told my bill was $350!! The owner is a designer and did a dry cut on my daughters hair, brushed it and it was $295 and we were out in 20 minutes. OMG! They never mentioned the exaggerated price or that it would cost more. I expected to pay more for having the owner, but OMG that was an abuse and they took advantage of the customer. Do not go there.

The technical skills of these hair stylists are definitely worth the experience! The best hair cut and colour I have had.

I am originally from Montreal and i just moved into the city looking for new everything (even good hairdresser), i went to a place on collins, was very disappointed. I have no problem paying the right price if its good quality service,I randomly walked into Femme Coiffure because a friend recommended it to me.A woman named Flory greeted me in, i told her exactly what i wanted, she seemed quiet, i wasnt sure if she was listening or not.I sat there nervous cause the previous girl in another salon on collins gave me a bad experience.Then she was super friendly and i ended up having a good relationship with her.I left there very happy and satisfied it was one of the best color treatments and blowdry ive ever gotten.I will definitely stay loyal to Flory.Thank you!

Rude Rude Rude person literally hanged up on me. I dont understand when you are being polite and kind what is the necessity of people to be that mean. Only in Miami you would not see this type of behavior anywhere else in the united states. to bad that consumers like myself can leave instant feedback.

The worst job I have been done in my life, I went to this place with healthy hair and left there with totally rotten hair, broken, the man named Jino to my experience knows nothing about hair and has nothing of professional ethics, my case is not going to look like this ... my hair is totally destroyed, it falls apart and so rotten that it never dries. Its horrible

Horrible!!!! Appalling!!!! I felt cheated !!! When you ask for an appointment they give you a price and then they charge you another! 👎👎 The worst hairstyle that I have done in my life!
