Brought my car in for brake job. Also my window wouldnt roll up. Dropped the vehicle off Tuesday evening right before close and I was assured it would be ready next day.The next morning (as promised) tech called to say he was starting work on vehicle, gave me expectation of cost, and completed work on time.I walked up there and forgot my wallet, and they were willing to stay late so I could go home and get it. Ultimately had to come back the next day but as I was leaving they said we really appreciate your business, we noticed your windshield wipers need replacing, let us do that for you on the house.Great folks. Friendly. Professional.

Although I no longer live near this location, it is the only speedee oil change I will go to. Everyone here has been so nice and their service never leaves me hanging. Ive gotten my oil changes here, new battery, and even had my door handle replaced and it has been the most pain less car maintenance Ive had.

I had an unscheduled visit after my rearview mirror fell off the windshield into my lap. This is about the 4th time I have had this happen and every other repair shop reattached it but, was loose and only a matter of time before it happened again. I was immediately greeted and taken care of, They fixed the mirror and did an exceptional job. I will go out of my way to visit this location whenever my car has needs in the future. Customer service was A+ 100!

Took care of me in a pinch with a blown tire. The owner was an awesome guy, as was the man that replaced my tire.

They are always helpful. They check and top off my fluids in between oil changes. Very professional and very polite and kind. Even taking care of my 22 years old car.

The people here are really nice! However, I did pay to have an issue with my car fixed and even though I was told that they were certain they found the problem, apparently they didn’t because the next day my car continued with the issue. I also waited 3 hours that day. So I wasted my money, over them essentially guessing wrong. I would say as long as you’re only going there for something simple like an oil change, this place is great. Because they are really nice here

This place is close to my house. Normally, I go to Take 5, but they charge the same price. So, I gave this place a chance. They were professional and friendly. They didnt mind that I had my dog with me. They did my oil change in a timely manner. They even vacuumed my car! Amazing!

I did not feel pressured at any time to purchase anything I didnt need; moreover, a cheaper oil change was recommded to me since I dont drive all that often. I will definitely be a repeat customer!

Been using SpeeDee for over 10yrs. They are always polite and professional. They change my oil, check tire pressure and fluid levels, vacuum inside and recommend only what needs to be done. If there are coupons for something and I don’t know about them, they automatically use the coupon to save me money. SpeeDee is the only place I trust with my car. I even got a new tire from them because they let me know how low my tread was on one and showed me how much I should have. Love SpeeDee.

I have used my SpeeDee location for more thanfive years.I needed an oil change,new windshieldwipes a new bulb for for back up light.SpeeDee had me in and out in 45 min checked17 items which were all okay.There charges for parts and labor are reasonablea d all the employees are knowledgeable andcourteous.I would recommend this location for there services.

Service provided was EXCELLENT- Kiki was extremely informative and reviewed all of his concerns. He even showed me the cabin air filter and how dirty it was so I had him replace both filters. Had a leak on my transmission pan in my 98 grand cherokee called many OTHER shops most didnt even want to give me a estimate . SPEEDEE gave me a est. 50 dollars cheaper than the cheapest I brought It in to get worked on by Andy he worked on my jeeps pan until the prob was 100% corrected i HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS shop

Four hours my car was there before they even put it on the rack to replace two headlights so I can drive a 4 hour trip. Annoyed at the lack of attention and promptness including the 18 minutes left on hold when calling to check status of car—it’s as though they needed the reminder to even do my repair BEFORE they close. Would not recommend.

The guys were very pleasant and most importantly they were done with my car in 15 minutes. I will returnthe cost is more than the dealership but my time is worth more than the few dollars.

Honest mechanics are hard to find. The mechanics at SpeeDee were straight up and got the job done for thousands less than the dealership wanted to charge me. I will be bringing my car back to them for anything I need in the future.

I went in for a 17-point oil change today and was helped by Kiki. He was very professional, polite, and extremely personable. I could tell he knew exactly what he was doing and have full confidence that his work was solid and recommendations were accurate. FAST service! Needed a quick turnaround on an oil change and they delivered.

My husband had a terrible expierence. The mechanic uncapped the brake fluid cape and did not put it Bam on correctly. My husband left and was on the interstate where he had to pump the breaks to stop. This could have been a terrible accident. I called and spoke to the manager who was very rude all he stated is that we do not check brake fluids. He was into interested in what I was saying. He was not apologetic at all. Will never go they again. I was going there when it was Car Doc and the service was much better. Will never recommend to anyone. Someone need to learn customer service before becoming a manager.

Idk this guys name but he did my oil change and a lot of problems went wrong afterwards. They were eventually fixed but anyways.. First he forgot to reset my oil % so you can see and hear in the video that he didnt even know how.. The woman that works there had to give him instructions. After that, when my car started shaking and a bunch of lights came on you can hear him taking my car and saying say something stupid to me bitch ima show you stupid fat bitch anyways, i sure dont want this guy working on my car again and you probably dont either 💁 feel free to share.

I had originally planned on changing the oil myself on my new car, but had trouble removing the oil filter as they are put on extremely tight at the factory. I went to this speedee with my own oil and filter, requesting that they just aid me with one of their power tools in removing the old oil filter.The manager on duty refused to cut me any price breaks and still charged me $32 just for this simple task that some might even have done for free. Worse off, they wouldnt let me finish the change and I had some idiot down there re-attaching my new oil filter.Later on I noticed my car was leaving small oil puddles at each location it was parked, and I decided to change the oil myself. I found that my filter HAD NOT BEEN FULLY TIGHTENED BY THE EMPLOYEE AT SPEEDEE. IT WAS SO LOOSE I SPUN IT OFF WITH TWO FINGERS. HAD I CONTINUED DRIVING THE FILTER COULD HAVE COME OFF, LEAKED OIL ALL OVER THE ROAD, AND CAUSED CATASTROPHIC ENGINE DAMAGE AND/OR SEIZURE.If you care about your vehicle, take it somewhere that employees more competent oil monkeys than these idiots.
